44c638ce4e rtc: remove superfluous error message 
The RTC core now has error messages in case of registration failure, there
is no need to have other messages in the drivers.

42986fb811 rtc: Add Cadence RTC driver 
This patch adds a driver for Cadence RTC controller.

It can be enabled with RTC_DRV_CADENCE Kconfig option.
It supports waking system from sleep modes.
