The omap_dss_device structure stores a videomode. All the connector and
panel drivers that use omap_dss_device also store the videomode in their
own panel_drv_data structures. There's no need to duplicate, remove the
videomode field from omap_dss_device.

The connector drivers need a handle to the source they are connected to
in order to control the source.
All drivers get that handle at probe time, resulting in probe deferral
when the source hasn't been probed yet. However they don't need the
handle until their connect handler is called.
Move retrieval of the source handle to the connect handler to avoid
probe deferrals.

The kernel favours 'unsigned int' over plain 'unsigned'. Replace all
occurences of the latter by the former. This avoid lots of checkpatch
complaints in patches that touch lines where a plain 'unsigned' is used.

Droid 4 has a command mode DSI panel, which does not have/use
DSI based backlight support. This adds proper support for this
using a backlight phandle property, which follows the common
panel binding.
If no backlight phandle is found, it is assumed, that the
native backlight should be used instead. This is used by
the Nokia N950.

attribute_groups are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions
working with attribute_groups provided by <linux/sysfs.h> work with const
attribute_group. So mark the non-const structs as const.

omap_video_timings can be replaced with the generic videomode in omapdrm
and the omap_video_timings can be removed.
This patch will replace the omap_video_timings with videomode.
With the change we no longer need the functions to convert to/from
videomode and drm_display_mode to omap_video_timings, these can be removed
as well.

omap_video_timings struct have the same members as struct videomode, but
their types are different. As first step change the types of the
omap_video_timings struct members to match their counterpart in
struct videomode to catch any type cast related issues.

The following functions test whether their argument is NULL and then
return immediately.
* backlight_device_unregister
* drm_gem_object_unreference_unlocked
Thus the test around the calls is not needed.
This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

The recent changes which removed platform data support from panels &
encoders had a few mistakes, causing probes of DVI connector and DSI
command mode panels to fail every time due to missing '!'. Fix the
if()s.

Now that omapfb has its own copy of omapdss and display drivers, we can
move omapdss and display drivers which omapdrm uses to omapdrm's
directory.
We also need to change the main drm Makefile so that omapdrm directory
is always entered, because omapdss has a file that can't be built as a
module.
