Allow specifying the bus type explicitly for MIPI D-PHY, parallel and
Bt.656 busses. This is useful for devices that can make use of different
bus types. There are CSI-2 transmitters and receivers but the PHY
selection needs to be made between C-PHY and D-PHY; many devices also
support parallel and Bt.656 interfaces but the means to pass that
information to software wasn't there.
Autodetection (value 0) is removed as an option as the property could be
simply omitted in that case.

Add 'data-enable-active' property to endpoint node properties list.
The property allows to specify the polarity of the data-enable signal,
which when in active state determinates when data lines have to sampled
for valid pixel data.

Sensors are occasionally mounted upside down to systems such as mobile
phones or tablets. In order to use such a sensor without having to turn
every image upside down, most camera sensors support reversing the readout
order by setting both horizontal and vertical flipping.
This patch documents the "rotation" property for camera sensors, mirroring
what is defined for displays in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/display/panel/panel.txt .

In the vast majority of cases the bus type is known to the driver(s)
since a receiver or transmitter can only support a single one. There
are cases however where different options are possible, or the bus type
cannot be automatically detected.
The existing V4L2 OF support tries to figure out the bus type and
parse the bus parameters based on that. This does not scale too well
as there are multiple serial busses that share common properties.
Some hardware also supports multiple types of busses on the same
interfaces.
