11b3c20bdd drm: Change the return type of the unload hook to void
The integer returned by the unload hook is ignored by the drm core, so
let's make it void.

This patch was created using the following Coccinelle semantic script
(except for the declaration and comment in drm_drv.h):

Compile-tested only.

4f03b1fc1e drm: Create drm legacy driver header
And move a few legayc functions to start things over there.

It compiles ...

Inspired by a patch from Dave Airlie, but with a split between drm.ko
private legacy functions and stuff used by drivers.

baa7094355 drm: const'ify ioctls table (v2)
Because, there is no reason for it not to be const.

v1: original
v2: fix compile break in vmwgfx, and couple related cleanups suggested

247d36d751 drm (ast, cirrus, mgag200, nouveau, savage, vmwgfx): Remove drm_mtrr_{add, del}
This replaces drm_mtrr_{add,del} with arch_phys_wc_{add,del}. The
interface is simplified (because the base and size parameters to
drm_mtrr_del never did anything), and it no longer adds MTRRs on
systems that don't need them.

c0e09200dc drm: reorganise drm tree to be more future proof.
With the coming of kernel based modesetting and the memory manager stuff,
the everything in one directory approach was getting very ugly and
starting to be unmanageable.

This restructures the drm along the lines of other kernel components.

It creates a drivers/gpu/drm directory and moves the hw drivers into
subdirectores. It moves the includes into an include/drm, and
sets up the unifdef for the userspace headers we should be exporting.
