Conflicts were simply overlapping changes. In the net/ipv4/route.c
case the code had simply moved around a little bit and the same fix
was made in both 'net' and 'net-next'.

the same time that a new argument was added to qdisc_hash_add().

There's no point in checking for duplicate sessions at the beginning of
l2tp_nl_cmd_session_create(); the ->session_create() callbacks already
return -EEXIST when the session already exists.
Furthermore, even if l2tp_session_find() returns NULL, a new session
might be created right after the test. So relying on ->session_create()
to avoid duplicate session is the only sane behaviour.

Existing L2TP kernel code does not derive the optimal MTU for Ethernet
pseudowires and instead leaves this to a userspace L2TP daemon or
operator. If an MTU is not specified, the existing kernel code chooses
an MTU that does not take account of all tunnel header overheads, which
can lead to unwanted IP fragmentation. When L2TP is used without a
control plane (userspace daemon), we would prefer that the kernel does a
better job of choosing a default pseudowire MTU, taking account of all
tunnel header overheads, including IP header options, if any. This patch
addresses this.
Change-set here uses the new kernel function, kernel_sock_ip_overhead(),
to factor the outer IP overhead on the L2TP tunnel socket (including
IP Options, if any) when calculating the default MTU for an Ethernet
pseudowire, along with consideration of the inner Ethernet header.

Take a reference on the sessions returned by l2tp_session_find_nth()
(and rename it l2tp_session_get_nth() to reflect this change), so that
caller is assured that the session isn't going to disappear while
processing it.
For procfs and debugfs handlers, the session is held in the .start()
callback and dropped in .show(). Given that pppol2tp_seq_session_show()
dereferences the associated PPPoL2TP socket and that
l2tp_dfs_seq_session_show() might call pppol2tp_show(), we also need to
call the session's .ref() callback to prevent the socket from going
away from under us.

Callers of l2tp_nl_session_find() need to hold a reference on the
returned session since there's no guarantee that it isn't going to
disappear from under them.
Relying on the fact that no l2tp netlink message may be processed
concurrently isn't enough: sessions can be deleted by other means
(e.g. by closing the PPPOL2TP socket of a ppp pseudowire).
l2tp_nl_cmd_session_delete() is a bit special: it runs a callback
function that may require a previous call to session->ref(). In
particular, for ppp pseudowires, the callback is l2tp_session_delete(),
which then calls pppol2tp_session_close() and dereferences the PPPOL2TP
socket. The socket might already be gone at the moment
l2tp_session_delete() calls session->ref(), so we need to take a
reference during the session lookup. So we need to pass the do_ref
variable down to l2tp_session_get() and l2tp_session_get_by_ifname().
Since all callers have to be updated, l2tp_session_find_by_ifname() and
l2tp_nl_session_find() are renamed to reflect their new behaviour.

l2tp_session_create() relies on its caller for checking for duplicate
sessions. This is racy since a session can be concurrently inserted
after the caller's verification.
Fix this by letting l2tp_session_create() verify sessions uniqueness
upon insertion. Callers need to be adapted to check for
l2tp_session_create()'s return code instead of calling
l2tp_session_find().
pppol2tp_connect() is a bit special because it has to work on existing
sessions (if they're not connected) or to create a new session if none
is found. When acting on a preexisting session, a reference must be
held or it could go away on us. So we have to use l2tp_session_get()
instead of l2tp_session_find() and drop the reference before exiting.

Couple conflicts resolved here:
1) In the MACB driver, a bug fix to properly initialize the
RX tail pointer properly overlapped with some changes
to support variable sized rings.
2) In XGBE we had a "CONFIG_PM" --> "CONFIG_PM_SLEEP" fix
overlapping with a reorganization of the driver to support
ACPI, OF, as well as PCI variants of the chip.
3) In 'net' we had several probe error path bug fixes to the
stmmac driver, meanwhile a lot of this code was cleaned up
and reorganized in 'net-next'.
4) The cls_flower classifier obtained a helper function in
'net-next' called __fl_delete() and this overlapped with
Daniel Borkamann's bug fix to use RCU for object destruction
in 'net'. It also overlapped with Jiri's change to guard
the rhashtable_remove_fast() call with a check against
tc_skip_sw().
5) In mlx4, a revert bug fix in 'net' overlapped with some
unrelated changes in 'net-next'.
6) In geneve, a stale header pointer after pskb_expand_head()
bug fix in 'net' overlapped with a large reorganization of
the same code in 'net-next'. Since the 'net-next' code no
longer had the bug in question, there was nothing to do
other than to simply take the 'net-next' hunks.

But the intend of __l2tp_ip6_bind_lookup() is to find a sockets with

When looking up an l2tp socket, we must consider a null netdevice id as
wild card. There are currently two problems caused by
__l2tp_ip_bind_lookup() not considering 'dif' as wild card when set to 0:
* A socket bound to a device (i.e. with sk->sk_bound_dev_if != 0)
never receives any packet. Since __l2tp_ip_bind_lookup() is called
with dif == 0 in l2tp_ip_recv(), sk->sk_bound_dev_if is always
different from 'dif' so the socket doesn't match.
* Two sockets, one bound to a device but not the other, can be bound
to the same address. If the first socket binding to the address is
the one that is also bound to a device, the second socket can bind
to the same address without __l2tp_ip_bind_lookup() noticing the
overlap.
To fix this issue, we need to consider that any null device index, be
it 'sk->sk_bound_dev_if' or 'dif', matches with any other value.
We also need to pass the input device index to __l2tp_ip_bind_lookup()
on reception so that sockets bound to a device never receive packets
from other devices.
This patch fixes l2tp_ip6 in the same way.

It's not enough to check for sockets bound to same address at the
beginning of l2tp_ip{,6}_bind(): even if no socket is found at that
time, a socket with the same address could be bound before we take
the l2tp lock again.
This patch moves the lookup right before inserting the new socket, so
that no change can ever happen to the list between address lookup and
socket insertion.
Care is taken to avoid side effects on the socket in case of failure.
That is, modifications of the socket are done after the lookup, when
binding is guaranteed to succeed, and before releasing the l2tp lock,
so that concurrent lookups will always see fully initialised sockets.
For l2tp_ip, 'ret' is set to -EINVAL before checking the SOCK_ZAPPED
bit. Error code was mistakenly set to -EADDRINUSE on error by commit
32c231164b ("l2tp: fix racy SOCK_ZAPPED flag check in l2tp_ip{,6}_bind()").
Using -EINVAL restores original behaviour.
For l2tp_ip6, the lookup is now always done with the correct bound
device. Before this patch, when binding to a link-local address, the
lookup was done with the original sk->sk_bound_dev_if, which was later
overwritten with addr->l2tp_scope_id. Lookup is now performed with the
final sk->sk_bound_dev_if value.
Finally, the (addr_len >= sizeof(struct sockaddr_in6)) check has been
dropped: addr is a sockaddr_l2tpip6 not sockaddr_in6 and addr_len has
already been checked at this point (this part of the code seems to have
been copy-pasted from net/ipv6/raw.c).

All conflicts were simple overlapping changes except perhaps
for the Thunder driver.
That driver has a change_mtu method explicitly for sending
a message to the hardware. If that fails it returns an
error.
Normally a driver doesn't need an ndo_change_mtu method becuase those
are usually just range changes, which are now handled generically.
But since this extra operation is needed in the Thunder driver, it has
to stay.
However, if the message send fails we have to restore the original
MTU before the change because the entire call chain expects that if
an error is thrown by ndo_change_mtu then the MTU did not change.
Therefore code is added to nicvf_change_mtu to remember the original
MTU, and to restore it upon nicvf_update_hw_max_frs() failue.

- Use the UID in routing lookups made by protocol connect() and
sendmsg() functions.
- Make sure that routing lookups triggered by incoming packets
(e.g., Path MTU discovery) take the UID of the socket into
account.
- For packets not associated with a userspace socket, (e.g., ping
replies) use UID 0 inside the user namespace corresponding to
the network namespace the socket belongs to. This allows
all namespaces to apply routing and iptables rules to
kernel-originated traffic in that namespaces by matching UID 0.
This is better than using the UID of the kernel socket that is
sending the traffic, because the UID of kernel sockets created
at namespace creation time (e.g., the per-processor ICMP and
TCP sockets) is the UID of the user that created the socket,
which might not be mapped in the namespace.

In all families that I found, genl_register_family() is only

Static family IDs have never really been used, the only
use case was the workaround I introduced for those users
that assumed their family ID was also their multicast
group ID.
Additionally, because static family IDs would never be
reserved by the generic netlink code, using a relatively
low ID would only work for built-in families that can be
registered immediately after generic netlink is started,
which is basically only the control family (apart from
the workaround code, which I also had to add code for so
it would reserve those IDs)
Thus, anything other than GENL_ID_GENERATE is flawed and
luckily not used except in the cases I mentioned. Move
those workarounds into a few lines of code, and then get
rid of GENL_ID_GENERATE entirely, making it more robust.

These few drivers call ether_setup(), but have no ndo_change_mtu, and thus
were overlooked for changes to MTU range checking behavior. They
previously had no range checks, so for feature-parity, set their min_mtu
to 0 and max_mtu to ETH_MAX_MTU (65535), instead of the 68 and 1500
inherited from the ether_setup() changes. Fine-tuning can come after we get
back to full feature-parity here.

Tunnel deletion is delayed by both a workqueue (l2tp_tunnel_delete -> wq

By the time l2tp_tunnel_destruct() runs to destroy the tunnel and finish

uses this data.
Make sure tunnel deletion for the netns has completed before returning

This is not a good practice and makes it hard to add new parameters.
This fix introduces a new struct ipcm6_cookie similar to ipcm_cookie in

pointer to this structure to corresponding functions. This makes it easier
to add new parameters in the future and makes the function cleaner.

This patch fixes a bug which causes the behavior of whether to ignore
udp6 checksum of udp6 encapsulated l2tp tunnel contrary to what
userspace program requests.
When the flag `L2TP_ATTR_UDP_ZERO_CSUM6_RX` is set by userspace, it is
expected that udp6 checksums of received packets of the l2tp tunnel
to create should be ignored. In `l2tp_netlink.c`:
`l2tp_nl_cmd_tunnel_create()`, `cfg.udp6_zero_rx_checksums` is set
according to the flag, and then passed to `l2tp_core.c`:
`l2tp_tunnel_create()` and then `l2tp_tunnel_sock_create()`. In
`l2tp_tunnel_sock_create()`, `udp_conf.use_udp6_rx_checksums` is set
the same to `cfg.udp6_zero_rx_checksums`. However, if we want the
checksum to be ignored, `udp_conf.use_udp6_rx_checksums` should be set
to `false`, i.e. be set to the contrary. Similarly, the same should be
done to `udp_conf.use_udp6_tx_checksums`.

Currently, SOL_TIMESTAMPING can only be enabled using setsockopt.
This is very costly when users want to sample writes to gather
tx timestamps.
Add support for enabling SO_TIMESTAMPING via control messages by
using tsflags added in `struct sockcm_cookie` (added in the previous
patches in this series) to set the tx_flags of the last skb created in
a sendmsg. With this patch, the timestamp recording bits in tx_flags
of the skbuff is overridden if SO_TIMESTAMPING is passed in a cmsg.
Please note that this is only effective for overriding the recording
timestamps flags. Users should enable timestamp reporting (e.g.,
SOF_TIMESTAMPING_SOFTWARE | SOF_TIMESTAMPING_OPT_ID) using
socket options and then should ask for SOF_TIMESTAMPING_TX_*
using control messages per sendmsg to sample timestamps for each
write.

In order to support fast lookups for TCP sockets with SO_REUSEPORT,
the function that adds sockets to the listening hash set needs
to be able to check receive address equality. Since this equality
check is different for IPv4 and IPv6, we will need two different
socket hashing functions.
This patch adds inet6_hash identical to the existing inet_hash function
and updates the appropriate references. A following patch will
differentiate the two by passing different comparison functions to
__inet_hash.
Additionally, in order to use the IPv6 address equality function from
inet6_hashtables (which is compiled as a built-in object when IPv6 is
enabled) it also needs to be in a built-in object file as well. This
moves ipv6_rcv_saddr_equal into inet_hashtables to accomplish this.

Contrary to common expectations for an "int" return, these functions
return only a positive value -- if used correctly they cannot even
return 0 because the message header will necessarily be in the skb.
This makes the very common pattern of
if (genlmsg_end(...) < 0) { ... }
be a whole bunch of dead code. Many places also simply do
return nlmsg_end(...);
and the caller is expected to deal with it.
This also commonly (at least for me) causes errors, because it is very
common to write
if (my_function(...))
/* error condition */
and if my_function() does "return nlmsg_end()" this is of course wrong.
Additionally, there's not a single place in the kernel that actually
needs the message length returned, and if anyone needs it later then
it'll be very easy to just use skb->len there.
Remove this, and make the functions void. This removes a bunch of dead
code as described above. The patch adds lines because I did
- return nlmsg_end(...);
+ nlmsg_end(...);
+ return 0;
I could have preserved all the function's return values by returning
skb->len, but instead I've audited all the places calling the affected
functions and found that none cared. A few places actually compared
the return value with <= 0 in dump functionality, but that could just
be changed to < 0 with no change in behaviour, so I opted for the more
efficient version.
One instance of the error I've made numerous times now is also present
in net/phonet/pn_netlink.c in the route_dumpit() function - it didn't
check for <0 or <=0 and thus broke out of the loop every single time.
I've preserved this since it will (I think) have caused the messages to
userspace to be formatted differently with just a single message for
every SKB returned to userspace. It's possible that this isn't needed
for the tools that actually use this, but I don't even know what they
are so couldn't test that changing this behaviour would be acceptable.

This encapsulates all of the skb_copy_datagram_iovec() callers
with call argument signature "skb, offset, msghdr->msg_iov, length".
When we move to iov_iters in the networking, the iov_iter object will
sit in the msghdr.
Having a helper like this means there will be less places to touch
during that transformation.

The l2tp [get|set]sockopt() code has fallen back to the UDP functions
for socket option levels != SOL_PPPOL2TP since day one, but that has
never actually worked, since the l2tp socket isn't an inet socket.
As David Miller points out:
"If we wanted this to work, it'd have to look up the tunnel and then
use tunnel->sk, but I wonder how useful that would be"
Since this can never have worked so nobody could possibly have depended
on that functionality, just remove the broken code and return -EINVAL.

Commit e0d4435f "l2tp: Update PPP-over-L2TP driver to work over L2TPv3"
broke the PPPOL2TP_SO_SENDSEQ setsockopt. The L2TP header length was
previously computed by pppol2tp_l2t_header_len() before each call to
l2tp_xmit_skb(). Now that header length is retrieved from the hdr_len
session field, this field must be updated every time the L2TP header
format is modified, or l2tp_xmit_skb() won't push the right amount of
data for the L2TP header.
This patch uses l2tp_session_set_header_len() to adjust hdr_len every
time sequencing is (de)activated from userspace (either by the
PPPOL2TP_SO_SENDSEQ setsockopt or the L2TP_ATTR_SEND_SEQ netlink
attribute).

This patch now always passes msg->msg_namelen as 0. recvmsg handlers must
set msg_namelen to the proper size <= sizeof(struct sockaddr_storage)
to return msg_name to the user.
This prevents numerous uninitialized memory leaks we had in the
recvmsg handlers and makes it harder for new code to accidentally leak
uninitialized memory.
Optimize for the case recvfrom is called with NULL as address. We don't
need to copy the address at all, so set it to NULL before invoking the
recvmsg handler. We can do so, because all the recvmsg handlers must
cope with the case a plain read() is called on them. read() also sets
msg_name to NULL.
Also document these changes in include/linux/net.h as suggested by David
Miller.
Changes since RFC:
Set msg->msg_name = NULL if user specified a NULL in msg_name but had a
non-null msg_namelen in verify_iovec/verify_compat_iovec. This doesn't
affect sendto as it would bail out earlier while trying to copy-in the
address. It also more naturally reflects the logic by the callers of
verify_iovec.
With this change in place I could remove "
if (!uaddr || msg_sys->msg_namelen == 0)
msg->msg_name = NULL
".
This change does not alter the user visible error logic as we ignore
msg_namelen as long as msg_name is NULL.
Also remove two unnecessary curly brackets in ___sys_recvmsg and change
comments to netdev style.

The openvswitch has some indirection, assing ops/n_ops directly in

TCP listener refactoring, part 4 :
To speed up inet lookups, we moved IPv4 addresses from inet to struct
sock_common
Now is time to do the same for IPv6, because it permits us to have fast
lookups for all kind of sockets, including upcoming SYN_RECV.
Getting IPv6 addresses in TCP lookups currently requires two extra cache
lines, plus a dereference (and memory stall).
inet6_sk(sk) does the dereference of inet_sk(__sk)->pinet6
This patch is way bigger than its IPv4 counter part, because for IPv4,
we could add aliases (inet_daddr, inet_rcv_saddr), while on IPv6,
it's not doable easily.
inet6_sk(sk)->daddr becomes sk->sk_v6_daddr
inet6_sk(sk)->rcv_saddr becomes sk->sk_v6_rcv_saddr
And timewait socket also have tw->tw_v6_daddr & tw->tw_v6_rcv_saddr
at the same offset.
We get rid of INET6_TW_MATCH() as INET6_MATCH() is now the generic
macro.

If L2TP data sequence numbers are enabled and reordering is not
enabled, data reception stops if a packet is lost since the kernel
waits for a sequence number that is never resent. (When reordering is
enabled, data reception restarts when the reorder timeout expires.) If
no reorder timeout is set, we should count the number of in-sequence
packets after the out-of-sequence (OOS) condition is detected, and reset
sequence number state after a number of such packets are received.
For now, the number of in-sequence packets while in OOS state which
cause the sequence number state to be reset is hard-coded to 5. This
could be configurable later.

The L2TP datapath is not currently RFC-compliant when sequence numbers
are used in L2TP data packets. According to the L2TP RFC, any received
sequence number NR greater than or equal to the next expected NR is
acceptable, where the "greater than or equal to" test is determined by
the NR wrap point. This differs for L2TPv2 and L2TPv3, so add state in
the session context to hold the max NR value and the NR window size in
order to do the acceptable sequence number value check. These might be
configurable later, but for now we derive it from the tunnel L2TP

If we postpone unhashing of l2tp sessions until the structure is freed, we
risk:
1. further packets arriving and getting queued while the pseudowire is being
closed down
2. the recv path hitting "scheduling while atomic" errors in the case that
recv drops the last reference to a session and calls l2tp_session_free
while in atomic context
As such, l2tp sessions should be unhashed from l2tp_core data structures early
in the teardown process prior to calling pseudowire close. For pseudowires

l2tp's u64_stats writers were incorrectly synchronised, making it possible to
deadlock a 64bit machine running a 32bit kernel simply by sending the l2tp
code netlink commands while passing data through l2tp sessions.
Previous discussion on netdev determined that alternative solutions such as
spinlock writer synchronisation or per-cpu data would bring unjustified
overhead, given that most users interested in high volume traffic will likely
be running 64bit kernels on 64bit hardware.
As such, this patch replaces l2tp's use of u64_stats with atomic_long_t,
thereby avoiding the deadlock.

If userspace deletes a ppp pseudowire using the netlink API, either by
directly deleting the session or by deleting the tunnel that contains the
session, we need to tear down the corresponding pppox channel.
Rather than trying to manage two pppox unbind codepaths, switch the netlink
and l2tp_core session_close handlers to close via. the l2tp_ppp socket
.release handler.

Add calls to l2tp_session_queue_purge as a part of l2tp_tunnel_closeall

via. l2tp_core l2tp_session_delete calls can dispense with their own code for
flushing the reorder queue.

If an l2tp session is deleted, it is necessary to delete skbs in-flight
on the session's reorder queue before taking it down.
Rather than having each pseudowire implementation reaching into the
l2tp_session struct to handle this itself, provide a function in l2tp_core to
purge the session queue.

When a user deletes a tunnel using netlink, all the sessions in the tunnel
should also be deleted. Since running sessions will pin the tunnel socket
with the references they hold, have the l2tp_tunnel_delete close all sessions
in a tunnel before finally closing the tunnel socket.

l2tp_core internally uses l2tp_tunnel_closeall to close all sessions in a
tunnel when a UDP-encapsulation socket is destroyed. We need to do something
similar for IP-encapsulation sockets.
Export l2tp_tunnel_closeall as a GPL symbol to enable l2tp_ip and l2tp_ip6 to
call it from their .destroy handlers.

L2TP sessions hold a reference to the tunnel socket to prevent it going away
while sessions are still active. However, since tunnel destruction is handled
by the sock sk_destruct callback there is a catch-22: a tunnel with sessions
cannot be deleted since each session holds a reference to the tunnel socket.
If userspace closes a managed tunnel socket, or dies, the tunnel will persist
and it will be neccessary to individually delete the sessions using netlink
commands. This is ugly.
To prevent this occuring, this patch leverages the udp encapsulation socket
destroy callback to gain early notification when the tunnel socket is closed.
This allows us to safely close the sessions running in the tunnel, dropping
the tunnel socket references in the process. The tunnel socket is then
destroyed as normal, and the tunnel resources deallocated in sk_destruct.
While we're at it, ensure that l2tp_tunnel_closeall correctly drops session
references to allow the sessions to be deleted rather than leaking.

The sendmsg() syscall handler for PPPoL2TP doesn't decrease the socket
reference counter after successful transmissions. Any successful
sendmsg() call from userspace will then increase the reference counter
forever, thus preventing the kernel's session and tunnel data from
being freed later on.
The problem only happens when writing directly on L2TP sockets.
PPP sockets attached to L2TP are unaffected as the PPP subsystem
uses pppol2tp_xmit() which symmetrically increase/decrease reference
counters.
This patch adds the missing call to sock_put() before returning from
pppol2tp_sendmsg().

I'm not sure why, but the hlist for each entry iterators were conceived
list_for_each_entry(pos, head, member)
The hlist ones were greedy and wanted an extra parameter:
hlist_for_each_entry(tpos, pos, head, member)
Why did they need an extra pos parameter? I'm not quite sure. Not only
they don't really need it, it also prevents the iterator from looking
exactly like the list iterator, which is unfortunate.
Besides the semantic patch, there was some manual work required:
- Fix up the actual hlist iterators in linux/list.h
- Fix up the declaration of other iterators based on the hlist ones.
- A very small amount of places were using the 'node' parameter, this
was modified to use 'obj->member' instead.
- Coccinelle didn't handle the hlist_for_each_entry_safe iterator
properly, so those had to be fixed up manually.
The semantic patch which is mostly the work of Peter Senna Tschudin is here:

There are two major series here, both of which touch lots of drivers all
over the kernel, and will cause you some merge conflicts:
- add a new function called devm_ioremap_resource() to properly be
able to check return values.
- remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL
If you need me to provide a merged tree to handle these resolutions,
please let me know.
Other than those patches, there's not much here, some minor fixes and

When creating unmanaged tunnel sockets we should honour the network namespace
passed to l2tp_tunnel_create. Furthermore, unmanaged tunnel sockets should
not hold a reference to the network namespace lest they accidentally keep
alive a namespace which should otherwise have been released.
Unmanaged tunnel sockets now drop their namespace reference via sk_change_net,
and are released in a new pernet exit callback, l2tp_exit_net.

If a tunnel socket is created by userspace, l2tp hooks the socket destructor
in order to clean up resources if userspace closes the socket or crashes. It
also caches a pointer to the struct sock for use in the data path and in the
netlink interface.
While it is safe to use the cached sock pointer in the data path, where the
skb references keep the socket alive, it is not safe to use it elsewhere as
such access introduces a race with userspace closing the socket. In
particular, l2tp_tunnel_delete is prone to oopsing if a multithreaded
userspace application closes a socket at the same time as sending a netlink
delete command for the tunnel.
This patch fixes this oops by forcing l2tp_tunnel_delete to explicitly look up
a tunnel socket held by userspace using sockfd_lookup().

When creating an L2TPv3 Ethernet session, if register_netdev() should fail for
any reason (for example, automatic naming for "l2tpeth%d" interfaces hits the

This is due to l2tp uses symbols from IPV6, so when IPV6
is a module, l2tp is not allowed to be builtin.

Conflicts:
net/netfilter/nfnetlink_log.c
net/netfilter/xt_LOG.c
Rather easy conflict resolution, the 'net' tree had bug fixes to make
sure we checked if a socket is a time-wait one or not and elide the
logging code if so.
Whereas on the 'net-next' side we are calculating the UID and GID from
the creds using different interfaces due to the user namespace changes
from Eric Biederman.

It is a frequent mistake to confuse the netlink port identifier with a
process identifier. Try to reduce this confusion by renaming fields
that hold port identifiers portid instead of pid.
I have carefully avoided changing the structures exported to
userspace to avoid changing the userspace API.
I have successfully built an allyesconfig kernel with this change.

While investigating l2tp bug, I hit a bug in eth_type_trans(),
because not enough bytes were pulled in skb head.
