This fixes the following warning by also sending the flags argument for
gpio controllers:
Property 'cs-gpios', cell 6 is not a phandle reference in

Keyboard driver for GPIO buttons(gpio-keys) checks for the legacy
"gpio-key,wakeup" boolean property to enable gpio buttons as wakeup
source.
Few dts files assign value "1" to gpio-key,wakeup which is incorrect.
Since the presence of the boolean property indicates it is enabled,
value of "0" or "1" have no significance.
This patch replaces the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup" with the unified
"wakeup-source" property which inturn fixes the above mentioned issue.

This patch adds necessary DT nodes for pcie controllers and miphys for SPEAr13xx
SoCs.
SPEAr1310 has 3 PCIe ports and SPEAr1340 has 1, which are multiplexed with
ahci/sata pins. By default evaluation board of both controller works in ahci
mode. Because of this, these nodes are marked "disabled" by default.
In order to use pcie controller on evaluation boards do necessary modifications
on board and enable (By replacing "disabled" with "okay") pcie and miphy from
respective 'evb' dtsi file.
Phy specific initialization was previously done from spear1340.c, which isn't
required anymore as we have separate drivers for it. Remove it.

amba-pl011 driver supports two pin state "default" and "sleep" and it
expect from dt to provide this pinctrl states and phandler otherwise it
gives a warning message.
To remove this warning message pass default state with null phandler to uart
pins in device node (In our case all the pins are configured in default states
so we pass null phandler to pins).

SPEAr family. The DT bindings now additionally pass the phy mode as a
configuration parameter for the ethernet device.
