87c4790330 brcmfmac: handle IF event for P2P_DEVICE interface
The firmware notifies about interface changes through the IF event
which has a NO_IF flag that means host can ignore the event. This
behaviour was introduced in the driver by:

brcmfmac: ignore IF event if firmware indicates it

It turns out that the IF event for the P2P_DEVICE also has this
flag set, but the event should not be ignored in this scenario.
The mentioned commit caused a regression in 3.12 kernel in creation
of the P2P_DEVICE interface.

01376a07bc brcmfmac: move firmware event related defines to fweh.h
The dhd.h file contained a number of definitions that are
related to events received from the firmware. Those are
processed and dispatched in the driver by fweh. Hence the
definitions are moved to its include file.

5af47fb394 brcmfmac: fix sparse error 'bad constant expression'
The definition of BRCMF_EVENTING_MASK_LEN results in a sparse
error message

.../fweh.c:331:22: error: bad constant expression
.../fweh.c:388:22: error: bad constant expression
.../dhd_common.c:256:22: error: bad constant expression

This is caused by the use of roundup() in BRCMF_EVENTING_MASK_LEN
and it is used to allocate an array variable on the stack. Better
use DIV_ROUND_UP() macro.

deb09280cd brcmfmac: only use ifidx from BDC header in brcmf_rx_frames()
In brcmf_rx_frames() the call to brcmf_fweh_process_skb() could
change the ifidx using information in the event data. This is
only different to the BDC ifidx for IF ADD event. However, the
creation of the new interface is deferred to event worker so
it does not exist. After brcmf_fweh_process_skb() it is only
used to set statistics.
