Hook up the default .reset(), .atomic_duplicate_state() and
.atomic_free_state() helpers to ensure that state objects are properly
created and destroyed, and call drm_mode_config_reset() at init time to
create the initial state objects.
Framebuffer reference count also gets maintained automatically by the
transitional helpers except for the legacy page flip operation. Maintain
it explicitly there.

The drm_connector encoder field points to the encoder driving the
connector. No such association exists at init time, as all pipelines are
disabled. Don't set the field.

Add a new macro to downcast an rcar_du_encoder pointer to a drm_encoder
pointer and use it. This prepares for the replacement of the
rcar_drm_encoder encoder field with a drm_slave_encoder.

In preparation for DT support where panel timings will be described by a
DRM-agnostic video mode, replace the struct drm_mode_modeinfo instance
in the panel platform data with a struct videomode.

Many drm connectors do not need mode validation.
The patch makes this callback optional and removes dumb implementations.

Create a single rcar_du_encoder structure that implements a KMS encoder.
The current implementation is straightforward and only configures CRTC
output routing.
