7def9a2418 powerpc/4xx: Constify cpm_suspend_ops
struct platform_suspend_ops are not supposed to change at runtime.
Functions suspend_set_ops working with const platform_suspend_ops. So
mark the non-const structs as const.

b7c670d673 powerpc: Convert to using %pOF instead of full_name
Now that we have a custom printf format specifier, convert users of
full_name to use %pOF instead. This is preparation to remove storing
of the full path string for each node.

0d0935b367 powerpc/4xx: Move machine_check_4xx() into platforms/4xx
Now that we have 4xx platform directory we can move the 4xx machine
check handler in there. Again we drop get_mc_reason() and replace it
with regs->dsisr directly (which is actually SPRN_ESR).

bfa9a2eb92 powerpc/4xx: Create 4xx pseudo-platform in platforms/4xx
We have a lot of code in sysdev for supporting 4xx, ie. either 40x or
44x. Instead it would be cleaner if it was all in platforms/4xx.

This is slightly odd in that we don't actually define any machines in
the 4xx platform, as is usual for a platform directory. But still it
seems like a better result to have all this related code in a directory
by itself.

15f6527e8e [POWERPC] Rename 4xx paths to 40x
4xx is a bit of a misnomer for certain things, as they really apply to PowerPC
40x only. Rename some of the files to clean this up.

f65573314e [POWERPC] Re-organize Kconfig code for 4xx in arch/powerpc
Now that we always take a device tree in arch/powerpc, there's no good
reason not to allow a single kernel to support multiple embedded 4xx
boards - the correct platform code can be selected based on the device
tree information.

Therefore, this patch re-arranges the 4xx Kconfig code to allow this.
In addition we:
	- use "select" instead of depends to configure the correct
config options for specific 4xx CPUs and workarounds, which
makes the information about specific boards and CPUs less
	  scattered.
	- Some old, unused (in arch/powerpc) config options are
	  removed: WANT_EARLY_SERIAL, IBM_OCP, etc.

bef1f40261 kconfig: Standardize "depends" -> "depends on" in Kconfig files
Standardize the miniscule percentage of occurrences of "depends" in
Kconfig files to "depends on", and update kconfig-language.txt to
reflect that.

fd582ec88e ppc: Various minor compile fixes
This fixes up a variety of minor problems in compiling with ARCH=ppc
arising from using the merged versions of various header files.
A lot of the changes are just adding #include <asm/machdep.h> to
files that use ppc_md or smp_ops_t.

This also arranges for us to use semaphore.c, vecemu.c, vector.S and
fpu.S from arch/powerpc/kernel when compiling with ARCH=ppc.

14cf11af6c powerpc: Merge enough to start building in arch/powerpc.
This creates the directory structure under arch/powerpc and a bunch
of Kconfig files. It does a first-cut merge of arch/powerpc/mm,
arch/powerpc/lib and arch/powerpc/platforms/powermac. This is enough
to build a 32-bit powermac kernel with ARCH=powerpc.

For now we are getting some unmerged files from arch/ppc/kernel and
arch/ppc/syslib, or arch/ppc64/kernel. This makes some minor changes
to files in those directories and files outside arch/powerpc.

The boot directory is still not merged. That's going to be interesting.
