When using EAPOL to do a PTK rekey, there is a possible race condition.
When msg 3/4 is received, the supplicant will send msg 4/4 and install
the new key immediately; however, the driver must make sure that msg 4/4
is sent before installing the new key. We use TX report to ensure it is
sent.

Since the driver itself will enter power saving mode dynamically
according to the traffic, we set hw capability SUPPORTS_PS and
SUPPORTS_DYNAMIC_PS in case of fwctrl_lps.
The process IEEE80211_CONF_CHANGE_PS in op_config is used by
SW-LPS only, so we add constraints to avoid errors.

this.

When the hardware is turned on and in the initialization stage, the PTA
circuit is unstable. Hence we need to force some hardware settings to
make sure the PTA circuit work correctly, otherwise it may affect the
user's experience.

The btcoex is sometimes unstable because there are some unexpected
behaviors before the firmware has been downloaded successfully.
Therefore we force the antenna path settings to avoid this, then let the
firmware control the btcoexistence when the firmware is ready.

When wifi is under concurrent mode, we can not distinguish if it is the
real PS or just a fake one by sending null data, so we turn it off
in case of miracast scenario.

If bt is queing, we need to set the packet priority properly.
Originally we only consider if wifi was connected or not, but now we
also consider if bt is under abnormal scan or wifi is scanning, roaming
or linking, and set the coex table.

The larger the bt a2dp bit pool is, the more time bt needs to receive
them. If we do not adjust the wifi duration, the voice quality will be
low. Hence we reduce the time that wifi holds, to improve the a2dp
service.
If the bt is slave, it may receive a packet at any time, so we
need to mark them as high priority packets in case of packet loss

For time division multiple access, the wifi and bt take turns to
transmit, but we need to let AP know that wifi is under standby mode by
sending null data to "pretend" entering power saving state using lps
rpwm.
But, the fw does not know if it is the actual power saving mode or just a
fake one to cheat to the AP. Hence, before fw setting the tdma duration,
the fw needs the driver to check the power saving state first.

In the hardware initialisation stage, the PTA circuits may be unstable,
so we reset it after 6 secs to fix the problem.
dis_ver_info_cnt is used to indicate the time after init, and we can set
PTA according to it.

We add some profiling combinations when the bt notifies the coex
mechanism to detect more situations and adjust the coex to fit to it.
Also monitor if the wifi is under 5G mode, if so, the signals do net
intefere each other, bt can just ignore it

When driver is going to sleep, it does not leave LPS/IPS, thus the
BTCoex may have mismatch when driver wakes up. To avoid that, BTCoex
needs to clear the IPS/LPS state when it receives a pnp notify, then
it can properly set up the hw when driver wakes up.

For hid a2dp profiling, decrease the bt power because of the distance of
bt is usually short, and do not adjust the wifi duration to a longer
period since it may be interrupted by bt easily, set tdma instead.

In file halbtc8192e2ant.c, there are directives that depend on an
undocumented configuration parameter BT_AUTO_REPORT_ONLY_8192E_2ANT
that cannot be set from Kconfig. This parameter is replaced by a
boolean in the main structure used by all routines. It still cannot
be changed dynamically, but it is easier to document.
Upon the advice of Realtek, the auto report option is turned on with
this patch.

In file halbtc8723b2ant.c, there are directives that depend on an
undocumented configuration parameter BT_AUTO_REPORT_ONLY_8723B_2ANT
that cannot be set from Kconfig. This parameter is replaced by a
boolean in the main structure used by all routines. It still cannot
be changed dynamically, but it is easier to document.
Routines halbtc8723b2ant_set_bt_auto_report(), and
btc8723b2ant_bt_auto_report() are restored.

When wifi is under scanning/linking/roaming, do not run the reset of the
coex mechanism because these activities are important for wifi, just run
the linking process and return.
