All CortexA7/A15 based Exynos5 SoCs have ARM architected timers, so enable
support for them directly in the base dtsi. None of the known firmware
properly configures CNTFRQ arch timer register, so force clock frequency
to 24MHz, which is the only configuration supported by the remaining
clock drivers so far.
Stock firmware for Peach Pit and Pi Chromebooks also doesn't reset
properly other arch timer registers, so add respective properties
indicating that. Other Exynos5-based boards behaves correctly in this area,
what finally allows to enable support for KVM-based virtualization.

Commit aff138bf8e ("ARM: dts: exynos: Add TMU nodes regulator supply
for Peach boards") assigned LDO10 to Exynos Thermal Measurement Unit,
but it turned out that it supplies also some other critical parts and
board freezes/crashes when it is turned off.
The mentioned commit made Exynos TMU a consumer of that regulator and in
typical case Exynos TMU driver keeps it enabled from early boot. However
there are such configurations (example is multi_v7_defconfig), in which
some of the regulators are compiled as modules and are not available
from early boot. In such case it may happen that LDO10 is turned off by
regulator core, because it has no consumers yet (in this case consumer
drivers cannot get it, because the supply regulators for it are not yet
available). This in turn causes the board to crash. This patch restores
'always-on' property for the LDO10 regulator.

Regulators, which are marked as 'on-in-suspend' seems to be critical for
board operation, thus they must not be disabled anytime. This can be
only assured by marking them as 'always-on', because otherwise some
actions of their clients might result in turning them off. This patch
restores suspend/resume operation on Peach-Pit Chromebook board. It

During my research I found that some of the requirements for the memory
buffers for MFC v6+ devices were blindly copied from the previous (v5)
version and simply turned out to be excessive. The relaxed requirements
are applied by the recent patches to the MFC driver and the driver is
now fully functional even without the reserved memory blocks for all
v6+ variants. This patch removes those reserved memory nodes from all

This patch enables getting a HPD GPIO descriptor quicker.
The exynos-hdmi driver uses "hpd" for HDMI hot plug detection.
static int hdmi_resources_init(struct hdmi_context *hdata)
{
...
hdata->hpd_gpio = devm_gpiod_get(dev, "hpd", GPIOD_IN);
...
}
This calls 'of_find_gpio()' and it generates the GPIO consumer ID by referring
GPIO suffix. So 'hpd-gpios' is preferred on getting a GPIO descriptor.
However, if the device tree uses 'hpd-gpio', then the exynos-hdmi driver
always retries to get a GPIO descriptor because the first GPIO suffix is not
'gpio' but 'gpios'. So you always see the debug message below.
of_get_named_gpiod_flags: can't parse 'hpd-gpios' property of node '/soc/hdmi@14530000[0]'
Use the preferred property, 'hpd-gpios' instead of 'hpd-gpio'.

and reg properties in the Exynos5420 Peach Pit DTS.
But unfortunately it also added a regression on the Peach Pit when
changing the port node names since the OF graph logic expects the port
nodes to be always named 'port'.
The Documentation/devicetree/bindings/graph.txt binding document says
that when there is more than one port, '#address-cells', '#size-cells'
and 'reg' properties should be used to number the port nodes.

[k.kozlowski: Add Samsung copyrights]
Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <k.kozlowski@samsung.com>
The Exynos5800 Peach Pi and Exynos5420 Peach Pit Chromebooks have the
LDO10 1.8V output connected to the VDD18_TS{01,23,4} Exynos SoC pins.
Add this regulator as the input supply of the Thermal Management Unit
channels and also remove the always-on property since all the devices
using LDO10 as input supply are now defined.

Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <k.kozlowski@samsung.com>
The regulator always-on property should only be used for regulators
that either can't be disabled or the drivers for the client devices
are not enabling the regulator and so being disabled due to unused.
There are some max77802 regulators in the Peach Pit and Pi boards
that are always-on but shouldn't since they are enabled by drivers:
BUCK5 is max77802 inl1 supply
BUCK7 is max77802 inl{2,10} supply
BUCK9 is max77802 inl{3,4,5,7} supply
BUCK10 is mmc1 vqmmc supply
LDO9 is adc vdd supply
This patch removes the always-on property for these regulators.
Some regulators should remain always-on even when they are used as
input supplies, because these regulators are also used by other
components that are not described in the DT, for example:
LDO10 is hdmi vdd_osc supply but it's also used as input supply for
the Exynos5420 temperature sensor.
LDO8 is hdmi vdd and vdd_pll supply but it's also used as supply for
the Exynos5420 Display port.
BUCK2 and BUCK6 are the vdd supplies for the EAGLE and KFC clusters.

Exynos5420 and Exynos5800 boards boot from big core (A15) but
Exynos5422 boards choose otherwise: LITTLE core (A7) (on Exynos5422 this
is property of the board - configurable by pulling up/down gpg2-1).
To make user-visible CPU ordering more consistent the 'cpus' node was
overridden by exynos5422-cpus.dtsi.
However this is a little bit ugly and error-prone. Overriding the CPU
child nodes requires to basically reverse what was done initially in
exynos5420.dtsi.
Instead, split CPU configuration entirely to separate files which should
be included by board DTS.

The Marvell mwifiex driver prevents the system to enter into a suspend
state if the card power is not preserved during a suspend/resume cycle.
So Suspend-to-RAM and Suspend-to-idle is failing on Exynos5800 Peach Pi
and Exynos5420 Peach Pit Chromebooks.
Add the keep-power-in-suspend Power Management property to the SDIO/MMC
node so the mwifiex suspend handler doesn't fail and the system is able
to enter into a suspend state.

HS400 timing values are added for SMDK5420, exynos5420-peach-pit
and exynos5800-peach-pi boards. This also adds RCLK GPIO line,
this gpio should be in pull-down state.
This also enables HS400 on peach-pi and this updates the clock
frequency to 800MHz to be set as input clock to controller.

The kernel can use as the default console a serial port if is defined
as stdout device in the Device Tree.
This allows a board to be booted without the need of having a console
parameter in the kernel command line.

Peach Pit and Pi boards have a WiFi module that is always powered
but needs toggling an enable pin and ungating a 32kHz reference
clock as part of their power sequencing.
Add a dev node for the SDIO slot and a MMC power sequence provider.

The Exynos5420 SoC has 3 sets of 8 pads used as data lines for the 3
MMC/SD/SDIO slots. These needs to be muxed as SD_n_DATA instead of a
GPIO or external interrupt to allow the MMC controller to communicate
with the attached cards or SDIO devices.
Which data lines needs to be muxed as SD_n_DATA depends on the bus
width used for data transfer:
* bus-width = <1> needs SD_n_DATA[0]
* bus-width = <4> needs SD_n_DATA[0-3]
* bus-width = <8> needs SD_n_DATA[0-7]
The Exynos5250-pinctrl.dtsi file that defines the groups of pins has
SD_n_DATA[0] muxed for both sdn_bus1 and sdn_bus4 so just one of them
needs to be included in the device node's pinctrl property.
But Exynos5420-pinctrl has a different definition and only includes
SD_n_DATA[1-3] for sdn_bus4. So for a bus-width = <4>, both sdn_bus1
and sdn_bus4 have to be in the dev pinctrl to mux all the needed pads.
It seems all Exynos5420 boards had just cargo cult the pinctrl lines
assuming that sdn_bus4 also included SD_n_DATA[0] and it only works
because the bootloader muxes the pads correctly. But that is not the
case for the devices not used by the bootloader such as WiFi modules.
Add sdn_bus1 too in the nodes pinctrl to not rely on the bootloader.
