592002f55e virtio_blk: VIRTIO_BLK_F_WCE->VIRTIO_BLK_F_FLUSH
Latest virtio spec says the feature bit name is VIRTIO_BLK_F_FLUSH,
VIRTIO_BLK_F_WCE is the legacy name. virtio blk header says exactly the
reverse - fix that and update driver code to match.

0fa2a56437 virtio_blk: fix comment for virtio 1.0
Fix up comment to match virtio 1.0 logic:
virtio_blk_outhdr isn't the first elements anymore,
the only requirement is that it comes first in
the s/g list.

7e41a9def0 virtio_blk: typo fix
Now that QEmu reuses linux virtio headers, we noticed
a typo in the exported virtio block header. Fix it up.

527100a4ee virtio: Don't expose legacy block features when VIRTIO_BLK_NO_LEGACY defined.
This allows modern implementations to ensure they don't use legacy
feature bits or SCSI commands (which are not used in v1.0 non-legacy).

19c1c5a64c virtio_blk: v1.0 support
Based on patch by Cornelia Huck.

Note: for consistency, and to avoid sparse errors,
convert all fields, even those no longer in use
      for virtio v1.0.

cb553215d5 include/uapi/linux/virtio_blk.h: introduce feature of VIRTIO_BLK_F_MQ
Current virtio-blk spec only supports one virtual queue for transfering
data between VM and host, and inside VM all kinds of operations on
the virtual queue needs to hold one lock, so cause below problems:

	- bad scalability
	- bad throughput

This patch requests to introduce feature of VIRTIO_BLK_F_MQ
so that more than one virtual queues can be used to virtio-blk
device, then above problems can be solved or eased.
