When pmu::setup_aux() is called the coresight PMU needs to know which
sink to use for the session by looking up the information in the
event's attr::config2 field.
As such simply replace the cpu information by the complete perf_event
structure and change all affected customers.

The intel_bts driver does not use the 'normal' BTS buffer which is exposed
through the cpu_entry_area but instead uses the memory allocated for the
perf AUX buffer.
This obviously comes apart when using PTI because then the kernel mapping;
which includes that AUX buffer memory; disappears. Fixing this requires to
expose a mapping which is visible in all context and that's not trivial.
As a quick fix disable this driver when PTI is enabled to prevent
malfunction.

Commit:
d2878d642a ("perf/x86/intel/bts: Disallow use by unprivileged users on paranoid systems")
... adds a privilege check in the exactly wrong place in the event init path:
after the 'LBR exclusive' reference has been taken, and doesn't release it
in the case of insufficient privileges. After this, nobody in the system
gets to use PT or LBR afterwards.
This patch moves the privilege check to where it should have been in the
first place.

I just noticed that hw.itrace_started and hw.config are aliased to the
same location. Now, the PT driver happens to use both, which works out
fine by sheer luck:
- STORE(hw.itrace_start) is ordered before STORE(hw.config), in the
program order, although there are no compiler barriers to ensure that,
- to the perf_log_itrace_start() hw.itrace_start looks set at the same
time as when it is intended to be set because both stores happen in the
same path,
- hw.config is never reset to zero in the PT driver.
Now, the use of hw.config by the PT driver makes more sense (it being a
HW PMU) than messing around with itrace_started, which is an awkward API
to begin with.
This patch replaces hw.itrace_started with an attach_state bit and an
API call for the PMU drivers to use to communicate the condition.

In preparation for adding more flags to perf AUX records, introduce a
separate API for setting the flags for a session, rather than appending
more bool arguments to perf_aux_output_end. This allows to set each
flag at the time a corresponding condition is detected, instead of
tracking it in each driver's private state.

Just like intel_pt, intel_bts can only handle one event at a time,
which is the reason we introduced PERF_PMU_CAP_EXCLUSIVE in the first
place. However, at the moment one can have as many intel_bts events
within the same context at the same time as one pleases. Only one of
them, however, will get scheduled and receive the actual trace data.
Fix this by making intel_bts an "exclusive" PMU.

Since commit 4d4c474124 ("perf/x86/intel/bts: Fix BTS PMI detection")
my box goes boom on boot:
| .... node #0, CPUs: #1#2#3#4#5#6#7
| BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000018
| IP: [<ffffffff8100c463>] intel_bts_interrupt+0x43/0x130
| Call Trace:
| <NMI> d [<ffffffff8100b341>] intel_pmu_handle_irq+0x51/0x4b0
| [<ffffffff81004d47>] perf_event_nmi_handler+0x27/0x40
This happens because the code introduced in this commit dereferences the
debug store pointer unconditionally. The debug store is not guaranteed to
be available, so a NULL pointer check as on other places is required.

Since BTS doesn't have a dedicated PMI status bit, the driver needs to
take extra care to check for the condition that triggers it to avoid
spurious NMI warnings.
Regardless of the local BTS context state, the only way of knowing that
the NMI is ours is to compare the write pointer against the interrupt
threshold.

The intel_bts driver is using a CPU-local 'started' variable to order
callbacks and PMIs and make sure that AUX transactions don't get messed
up. However, the ordering rules in regard to this variable is a complete
mess, which recently resulted in perf_fuzzer-triggered warnings and
panics.
The general ordering rule that is patch is enforcing is that this
cpu-local variable be set only when the cpu-local AUX transaction is
active; consequently, this variable is to be checked before the AUX
related bits can be touched.

As per AUX buffer management requirement, AUX output has to happen between
pmu::start and pmu::stop calls so that perf_event_stop() actually stops it
and therefore perf can free the AUX data after it has called pmu::stop.
This patch moves perf_aux_output_{begin,end} from bts_event_{add,del} to
bts_event_{start,stop}. As a bonus, we get rid of bts_buffer_is_full(),
which is already taken care of by perf_aux_output_begin() anyway.
