21cb5a2748 ARM: dts: exynos: Fix HDMI-HPD line handling on Arndale
HDMI-HPD was set active low, moreover by default pincontrol chip sets
pull-down on the pin. As a result HDMI driver assumes TV is always
connected regardless of actual state.  The patch fixes it.

620375c8fd ARM: dts: exynos: Use i2c-gpio for HDMI-DDC on Arndale
HDMI-DDC for unknown reasons doesn't work with Exynos I2C controllers.
Fortunately i2c-gpio comes to the rescue.

5343b15792 ARM: dts: exynos: Add HDMI CEC device to Exynos5 SoC family
Exynos5250 and Exynos542x SoCs have the same CEC hardware module as
Exynos4 SoC series, so enable support for it using the same compatible
string.

Tested on Odroid XU3 (Exynos5422) and Google Snow (Exynos5250) boards.

d953f1fb14 ARM: dts: exynos: Use macros for pinctrl configuration on exynos5250
Usage of DTS macros instead of hard-coded numbers makes code easier to
read.  One does not have to remember which value means pull-up/down or
specific driver strength.

90c6e35383 ARM: dts: exynos: Use common macros for pinctrl configuration
Replace duplicated macros in each DTSI file with a common macro coming
from header.  Include the header in each pinctrl DTSI so further changes
could use it.

Although PIN_FUNC_SPC_2 does not bring much information about the
function itself, it still is more descriptive then hard-coded
number <2>.

eb8b8b03ca ARM: dts: Extend exynos5250-pinctrl nodes using labels instead of paths
A previously defined Device Tree node, can be extended either by defining
a node using the same full path or by creating a label for the node and
referencing to it.

Using full paths is more error prone since if there was a typo error, a
new node will be created instead of extending the node as it was desired.
This will lead to run-time errors that could be hard to detect.

A mistyped label on the other hand, will cause a dtc compile error which
makes it easier to detect the mistake since happens at build-time instead.

ee1a8d402e ARM SoC device tree changes
These changes from 30 individual branches for the most part update device
 tree files, but there are also a few source code changes that have crept
 in this time, usually in order to atomically move over a driver from
 using hardcoded data to DT probing.
 
 A number of platforms change their DT files to use the C preprocessor,
 which is causing a bit of churn, but that is hopefully only this once.
 
 There are a few conflicts with the other branches unfortunately:
 
 * in exynos5440.dtsi and kirkwood-6281.dtsi, device nodes are added
   from multiple branches. Need to be careful to have the right
   set of closing braces as git gets this one wrong.
 
 * In kirkwood.dtsi, one 'ranges' line got split into two lines, while
   another line got added. Order of the lines does not matter.
 
 * in sama5d3.dtsi, some cleanup was merged the wrong way, causing
   a bogus conflict. We want the 'dmas' and 'dma-names' properties
   to get added here.
 
 * Two lines got removed independently in arch/arm/mach-mxs/mach-mxs.c
 
 * Contents get added independently in arch/arm/mach-omap2/cclock33xx_data.c
