HS-USB found in RZ/G2E (a.k.a. r8a774c0) is very similar to the
one found in R-Car E3 (a.k.a. r8a77990), as it needs to release
the PLL reset by the UGCTRL register like R-Car E3, therefore add
r8a774c0 support in a similar fashion to what was done for the

PHY model is being used on omap5 platforms even if port mode
is not OMAP_EHCI_PORT_MODE_PHY. So don't guess if PHY is required
or not based on PHY mode.
If PHY is provided in device tree, it must be required. So, if
devm_usb_get_phy_by_phandle() gives us an error code other
than -ENODEV (no PHY) then error out.
This fixes USB Ethernet on omap5-uevm if PHY happens to
probe after EHCI thus causing a -EPROBE_DEFER.

That makes the USB role switch support option visible and
selectable for the user. The class driver is also moved to
drivers/usb/roles/ directory.
This will fix an issue that we have with the Intel USB role
switch driver on systems that don't have USB Type-C connectors:
Intel USB role switch driver depends on the USB role switch
class as it should, but since there was no way for the user
to enable the USB role switch class, there was also no way
to select that driver. USB Type-C drivers select the USB
role switch class which makes the Intel USB role switch
driver available and therefore hides the problem.
So in practice Intel USB role switch driver was depending on
USB Type-C drivers.

This caused bus suspend to busyloop in some cases.

The polarity of the over current detection pin isn't configured on i.MX6/7
if it's unspecified in the device tree. So the actual configuration depends
on bootloader behavior which is bad.
So encourage users to fix their device tree by issuing a warning in this
case.

The status quo on i.MX6 is that if "over-current-active-high" is
specified in the device tree this is configured as expected. If
the property is missing polarity isn't changed and so the
polarity is kept as setup by the bootloader. Reset default is
active high, so active low can only be used with help by the
bootloader. On i.MX7 it is similar, but there disabling of
over current detection has a similar inconsistency.
This patch introduces a new property that allows to explicitly
configure for active low over current detection and consistently
sets this up. In the absence of an explicit configuration the
bit is kept as is. On i.MX7 over current detection is used unless
disabled in the device tree.

In stream mode, when fast-forwarding TRBs, the stream number
is not cleared causing the new stream to not get assigned. So
we don't want controller to carry on transfers when short packet
is received. So disable the CSP for stream capable endpoint.
This is based on the 3.30a Programming guide, where table 3-1
device descriptor structure field definitions says for CSP bit
If this bit is 0, the controller generates an XferComplete event
and remove the stream. So if we keep CSP as 1 then switching between
streams would not happen as in stream mode, when fast-forwarding
TRBs, the stream number is not cleared causing the new stream to not get

Disable power_down by setting the parameter to

Meson SoCs where USB devices are only recognized when plugged in before
booting Linux. A hot-plugged USB device was not detected even though the
device got power (my USB thumb drive for example has an LED which lit
up).
A similar fix was implemented for Rockchip SoCs in commit c216765d3a

suggests that a change in the dwc2 driver is the cause because the

Commit 211f658b7b ("usb: dwc3: pci: Use devm functions to get
the phy GPIOs") changed the code to claim the PHY GPIOs permanently
for Intel Baytrail devices.
This causes issues when the actual PHY driver attempts to claim the
same GPIO descriptors. For example, tusb1210 now fails to probe with:
tusb1210: probe of dwc3.0.auto.ulpi failed with error -16 (EBUSY)
dwc3-pci needs to turn on the PHY once before dwc3 is loaded, but
usually the PHY driver will then hold the GPIOs to turn off the
PHY when requested (e.g. during suspend).
To fix the problem, this reverts the commit to restore the old
behavior to put the GPIOs immediately after usage.

"Software shall ensure that a device is prevented from entering a U-state
where its worst case exit latency approaches the ESIT."
Allowing too long exit latencies for periodic endpoint confuses xHC
internal scheduling, and new devices may fail to enumerate with a
"Not enough bandwidth for new device state" error from the host.

Occasionally AMD SNPS 3.0 xHC does not respond to
CSS when set, also it does not flag anything on SRE and HCE
to point the internal xHC errors on USBSTS register. This stalls
the entire system wide suspend and there is no point in stalling
just because of xHC CSS is not responding.
To work around this problem, if the xHC does not flag
anything on SRE and HCE, we can skip the CSS
timeout and allow the system to continue the suspend. Once the
system resume happens we can internally reset the controller
using XHCI_RESET_ON_RESUME quirk

The USB-serial console implementation has never reported the actual
terminal settings used. Despite storing the corresponding cflags in its
struct console, these were never honoured on later tty open() where the
tty termios would be left initialised to the driver defaults.
Unlike the serial console implementation, the USB-serial code calls
subdriver open() already at console setup. While calling set_termios()
and write() before open() looks like it could work for some USB-serial
drivers, others definitely do not expect this, so modelling this after
serial core is going to be intrusive, if at all possible.
Instead, use a (renamed) tty helper to save the termios data used at
console setup so that the tty termios reflects the actual terminal
settings after a subsequent tty open().
Note that the calls to tty_init_termios() (tty_driver_install()) and
tty_save_termios() are serialised using the disconnect mutex.
This specifically fixes a regression that was triggered by a recent
change adding software flow control to the pl2303 driver: a getty trying
to disable flow control while leaving the baud rate unchanged would now
also set the baud rate to the driver default (prior to the flow-control
change this had been a noop).

Analyzed the USB trace in the link layer we realized it is because
of the 6-ms timer of tRecoveryConfigurationTimeout which documented
on the USB 3.2 Revision 1.0, the section 7.5.10.4.2 of "Exit from
Recovery.Configuration"; device initiates U1 exit -> Recovery.Active
-> Recovery.Configuration, then the host timer timeout makes the link
transits to eSS.Inactive -> Rx.Detect follows by a Warm Reset.
Interestingly, the other higher volume of SanDisk Ultra Flair sharing
the same VID:PID, such as 64GB, would not request LPM during runtime,
it sticks at U0 always, thus disabling LPM does not affect those thumb
drives at all.
The same odd occures in SanDisk Ultra Fit 16GB, VID:PID in 0781:5583.

The problem is caused by use of a static array to store
environment-string pointers. When the routine is called by multiple
threads concurrently, the pointers from one thread can overwrite those
from another.
The solution is to use an ordinary automatic array instead of a static

Modify the wait delay utilize the high resolution timer API to allow for
more precisely scheduled callbacks.
A previous commit added a 1ms retry delay after multiple consecutive
NAKed transactions using jiffies. On systems with a low timer interrupt
frequency, this delay may be significantly longer than specified,
resulting in misbehavior with some USB devices.
This scenario was reached on a Raspberry Pi 3B with a Macally FDD-USB
floppy drive (identified as 0424:0fdc Standard Microsystems Corp.
Floppy, based on the USB97CFDC USB FDC). With the relay delay, the drive
would be unable to mount a disk, replying with NAKs until the device was
reset.
Using ktime, the delta between starting the timer (in dwc2_hcd_qh_add)
and the callback function can be determined. With the original delay
implementation, this value was consistently approximately 12ms. (output
in us).

<idle>-0 [000] ..s. 1600.595974: dwc2_wait_timer_fn: wait_timer delta: 11977
After converting the relay delay to using a higher resolution timer, the

and sends NAKs for any delays that are longer.

Availability of TRB's is calculated using dwc3_calc_trbs_left(), which
determines total available TRB's based on the HWO bit set in a TRB.
In the present code, __dwc3_prepare_one_trb() is called with a TRB which
needs to be prepared for transfer. This __dwc3_prepare_one_trb() calls
dwc3_calc_trbs_left() to determine total available TRBs and set IOC bit
if the total available TRBs are zero. Since the present working TRB (which
is passed as an argument to __dwc3_prepare_one_trb() ) doesn't yet have
the HWO bit set before calling dwc3_calc_trbs_left(), there are chances
that dwc3_calc_trbs_left() wrongly calculates this present working TRB
as free(since the HWO bit is not yet set) and returns the total available
TRBs as greater than zero (including the present working TRB). This could
be a problem.
This patch corrects the above mentioned problem in __dwc3_prepare_one_trb()
by increementing the dep->trb_enqueue at the last (after preparing the TRB)
instead of increementing at the start and setting the IOC bit only if the
total available TRBs returned by dwc3_calc_trbs_left() is 1 . Since we are
increementing the dep->trb_enqueue at the last, the present working TRB is
also considered as available by dwc3_calc_trbs_left() and non zero value is
returned . So, according to the modified logic, when the total available
TRBs is equal to 1 that means the total available TRBs in the pool are 0.

Gadget driver may take an unbounded amount of time to queue requests
after XferNotReady. This is important for isochronous endpoints which
need to be started for a specific (micro-)frame.
If we fail to start a transfer for isochronous endpoint, let's try
queueing to a future interval and see if that helps. We will stop trying
if we fail a start transfer for 5 intervals in the future.

udc->done is not initialized until in the remove function.
Furthermore, on module removal the udc data is accessed although
the release function is already triggered by usb_del_gadget_udc()

Fix by rewriting the release and remove functions, basically moving
all the cleanup into the release function, and doing the completion
only in the module removal case.

In DWC_usb31 version 1.70a-ea06 and prior, for highspeed and fullspeed
isochronous IN, BIT[15:14] of the 16-bit microframe number reported by
the XferNotReady event are invalid. The driver uses this number to
schedule the isochronous transfer and passes it to the START TRANSFER
command. Because this number is invalid, the command may fail. If
BIT[15:14] matches the internal 16-bit microframe, the START TRANSFER
command will pass and the transfer will start at the scheduled time, if
it is off by 1, the command will still pass, but the transfer will start
2 seconds in the future. For all other conditions, the START TRANSFER
command will fail with bus-expiry.
In order to workaround this issue, we can test for the correct
combination of BIT[15:14] by sending START TRANSFER commands with
different values of BIT[15:14]: 'b00, 'b01, 'b10, and 'b11. Each
combination is 2^14 uframe apart (or 2 seconds). 4 seconds into the
future will result in a bus-expiry status. As the result, within the 4
possible combinations for BIT[15:14], there will be 2 successful and 2
failure START COMMAND status. One of the 2 successful command status
will result in a 2-second delay start. The smaller BIT[15:14] value is
the correct combination.
Since there are only 4 outcomes and the results are ordered, we can
simply test 2 START TRANSFER commands with BIT[15:14] combinations 'b00
and 'b01 to deduce the smaller successful combination.
Let test0 = test status for combination 'b00 and test1 = test status for
'b01 of BIT[15:14]. The correct combination is as follow:
if test0 fails and test1 passes, BIT[15:14] is 'b01
if test0 fails and test1 fails, BIT[15:14] is 'b10
if test0 passes and test1 fails, BIT[15:14] is 'b11
if test0 passes and test1 passes, BIT[15:14] is 'b00

Some protocols implemented in userspace with FunctionFS might require large
buffers, e.g. 64kB or more. Currently the said memory is allocated with
kmalloc, which might fail should system memory be highly fragmented.
On the other hand, some UDC hardware allows scatter-gather operation and
this patch takes advantage of this capability: if the requested buffer
is larger than PAGE_SIZE and the UDC allows scatter-gather operation, then
the buffer is allocated with vmalloc and a scatterlist describing it is
created and passed to usb request.

"workaround_for_vbus" like below:
< Example for R-Car E3 Ebisu >
# modprobe <any usb gadget driver>
# echo 1 > /sys/kernel/debug/ee020000.usb/b_device
(connect a usb cable to host side.)
# echo 2 > /sys/kernel/debug/ee020000.usb/b_device
Previous code should have connected a usb cable before the "b_device"
is set to 1 on the Ebisu board. However, if xHCI driver on the board
is probed, it causes some troubles:
- Conflicts USB VBUS/signals between the board and another host.
- "Cannot enable. Maybe the USB cable is bad?" might happen on
both the board and another host with a usb hub.
- Cannot enumerate a usb gadget correctly because an interruption
of VBUS change happens unexpectedly.

The error due to noise in the measurements is in the order of a few
tenths of a %. As can be seen, the baud rate is significantly improved
for some rates (e.g. 961200), and corresponds to the output given by the
windows driver.
The theoretical baud rate has been calculated for all baud rates from 1
to 3M, and as expected, the error is centered around 0, with a triangle
shape instead of a sawtooth, so the maximum error is decreased to half.

'cipher' algorithms (single block ciphers) are always synchronous, so
passing CRYPTO_ALG_ASYNC in the mask to crypto_alloc_cipher() has no
effect. Many users therefore already don't pass it, but some still do.
This inconsistency can cause confusion, especially since the way the
'mask' argument works is somewhat counterintuitive.

USB3 roothub might autosuspend before a plugged USB3 device is detected,
causing USB3 device enumeration failure.
USB3 devices don't show up as connected and enabled until USB3 link trainig
completes. On a fast booting platform with a slow USB3 link training the
link might reach the connected enabled state just as the bus is suspending.
If this device is discovered first time by the xhci_bus_suspend() routine
it will be put to U3 suspended state like the other ports which failed to
suspend earlier.
The hub thread will notice the connect change and resume the bus,
moving the port back to U0
This U0 -> U3 -> U0 transition right after being connected seems to be
too much for some devices, causing them to first go to SS.Inactive state,
and finally end up stuck in a polling state with reset asserted
Fix this by failing the bus suspend if a port has a connect change or is
in a polling state in xhci_bus_suspend().
Don't do any port changes until all ports are checked, buffer all port
changes and only write them in the end if suspend can proceed

This will clear the USB_PORT_FEAT_C_CONNECTION bit in case of a hub port reset
only if a device is was attached to the hub port before resetting the hub port.
Using a Lenovo T480s attached to the ultra dock it was not possible to detect
some usb-c devices at the dock usb-c ports because the hub_port_reset code
will clear the USB_PORT_FEAT_C_CONNECTION bit after the actual hub port reset.
Using this device combo the USB_PORT_FEAT_C_CONNECTION bit was set between the
actual hub port reset and the clear of the USB_PORT_FEAT_C_CONNECTION bit.
This ends up with clearing the USB_PORT_FEAT_C_CONNECTION bit after the
new device was attached such that it was not detected.
This patch will not clear the USB_PORT_FEAT_C_CONNECTION bit if there is
currently no device attached to the port before the hub port reset.
This will avoid clearing the connection bit for new attached devices.

Implement workaround for ThunderX2 Errata-129 (documented in
CN99XX Known Issues" available at Cavium support site).
As per ThunderX2errata-129, USB 2 device may come up as USB 1
if a connection to a USB 1 device is followed by another connection to
a USB 2 device, the link will come up as USB 1 for the USB 2 device.
Resolution: Reset the PHY after the USB 1 device is disconnected.
The PHY reset sequence is done using private registers in XHCI register
space. After the PHY is reset we check for the PLL lock status and retry
the operation if it fails. From our tests, retrying 4 times is sufficient.
Add a new quirk flag XHCI_RESET_PLL_ON_DISCONNECT to invoke the workaround
in handle_xhci_port_status().

Ensure that the shared_hcd pointer is valid when calling usb_put_hcd()
The shared_hcd is removed and freed in xhci by first calling
usb_remove_hcd(xhci->shared_hcd), and later
usb_put_hcd(xhci->shared_hcd)
Afer commit fe190ed0d6 ("xhci: Do not halt the host until both HCD have
disconnected their devices.") the shared_hcd was never properly put as
xhci->shared_hcd was set to NULL before usb_put_hcd(xhci->shared_hcd) was
called.
shared_hcd (USB3) is removed before primary hcd (USB2).
While removing the primary hcd we might need to handle xhci interrupts
to cleanly remove last USB2 devices, therefore we need to set
xhci->shared_hcd to NULL before removing the primary hcd to let xhci
interrupt handler know shared_hcd is no longer available.
xhci-plat.c, xhci-histb.c and xhci-mtk first create both their hcd's before
adding them. so to keep the correct reverse removal order use a temporary
shared_hcd variable for them.

During the initial connect to a non-pd port, sink would hard reset
twice before deeming that the port partner is non-pd. TCPM sets the
the charge path to false during the hard reset. This causes unnecessary
connects/disconnects of charge path and makes port take longer to
charge from the non-pd ports. Avoid this by not setting the charge path
to false unless the partner has already identified to be pd capable.
When partner is a pd port, set the charge path to false in
SNK_HARD_RESET_SINK_OFF. Set the current limits to default value based
of CC pull up and resume the charge path when port enters
SNK_HARD_RESET_SINK_ON.

During HARD_RESET the data link is disconnected.
For self powered device, the spec is advising against doing that.
>From USB_PD_R3_0
7.1.5 Response to Hard Resets
Device operation during and after a Hard Reset is defined as follows:
Self-powered devices Should Not disconnect from USB during a Hard Reset
(see Section 9.1.2).
Bus powered devices will disconnect from USB during a Hard Reset due to the
loss of their power source.
Tackle this by letting TCPM know whether the device is self or bus powered.
This overcomes unnecessary port disconnections from hard reset.
Also, speeds up the enumeration time when connected to Type-A ports.

Current check for the last extra TRB for zero and unaligned transfers
does not account for isoc OUT. The last TRB of the Buffer Descriptor for
isoc OUT transfers will be retired with HWO=0. As a result, we won't
return early. The req->remaining will be updated to include the BUFSIZ
count of the extra TRB, and the actual number of transferred bytes
calculation will be wrong.
To fix this, check whether it's a short or zero packet and the last TRB

"A new media request API
This API is needed to support device drivers that can dynamically
change their parameters for each new frame. The latest versions of
Google camera and codec HAL depends on such feature.
At this stage, it supports only stateless codecs.
It has been discussed for a long time (at least over the last 3-4
years), and we finally reached to something that seem to work.
This series contain both the API and core changes required to support
it and a new m2m decoder driver (cedrus).
As the current API is still experimental, the only real driver using
it (cedrus) was added at staging[1]. We intend to keep it there for a
while, in order to test the API. Only when we're sure that this API
works for other cases (like encoders), we'll move this driver out of
staging and set the API into a stone.

testing) to it too, as it makes easier to test the API for the ones

The alloc_bootmem_pages_nopanic(size) is a shortcut for
__alloc_bootmem_nopanic(size, PAGE_SIZE, BOOTMEM_LOW_LIMIT) which allocates
PAGE_SIZE aligned memory. Since BOOTMEM_LOW_LIMIT is hardwired to 0 there
is no restrictions on where the allocated memory should reside.
The memblock_alloc_nopanic(size, PAGE_SIZE) also allocates PAGE_SIZE
aligned memory without any restrictions and thus can be used as a
replacement for alloc_bootmem_pages_nopanic()

Pull siginfo updates from Eric Biederman:
"I have been slowly sorting out siginfo and this is the culmination of
that work.
The primary result is in several ways the signal infrastructure has
been made less error prone. The code has been updated so that manually
specifying SEND_SIG_FORCED is never necessary. The conversion to the
new siginfo sending functions is now complete, which makes it
difficult to send a signal without filling in the proper siginfo
fields.
At the tail end of the patchset comes the optimization of decreasing
the size of struct siginfo in the kernel from 128 bytes to about 48
bytes on 64bit. The fundamental observation that enables this is by
definition none of the known ways to use struct siginfo uses the extra
bytes.
This comes at the cost of a small user space observable difference.
For the rare case of siginfo being injected into the kernel only what
can be copied into kernel_siginfo is delivered to the destination, the
rest of the bytes are set to 0. For cases where the signal and the
si_code are known this is safe, because we know those bytes are not
used. For cases where the signal and si_code combination is unknown
the bits that won't fit into struct kernel_siginfo are tested to
verify they are zero, and the send fails if they are not.
I made an extensive search through userspace code and I could not find
anything that would break because of the above change. If it turns out
I did break something it will take just the revert of a single change
to restore kernel_siginfo to the same size as userspace siginfo.
Testing did reveal dependencies on preferring the signo passed to
sigqueueinfo over si->signo, so bit the bullet and added the
complexity necessary to handle that case.
Testing also revealed bad things can happen if a negative signal
number is passed into the system calls. Something no sane application
will do but something a malicious program or a fuzzer might do. So I
have fixed the code that performs the bounds checks to ensure negative
signal numbers are handled"

In the iov_iter struct, separate the iterator type from the iterator
direction and use accessor functions to access them in most places.
Convert a bunch of places to use switch-statements to access them rather
then chains of bitwise-AND statements. This makes it easier to add further
iterator types. Also, this can be more efficient as to implement a switch
of small contiguous integers, the compiler can use ~50% fewer compare
instructions than it has to use bitwise-and instructions.
Further, cease passing the iterator type into the iterator setup function.
The iterator function can set that itself. Only the direction is required.

The generic power-domain framework has been updated to allow devices
that require more than one power-domain to create a new device for
each power-domain required and then link these new power-domain
devices to the consumer device.
Update the Tegra xHCI driver to use the new APIs provided by the
generic power-domain framework so we can use the generic power-domain
framework for managing the xHCI controllers power-domains. Please
note that to maintain backward compatibility with older device-tree
blobs these new generic power-domain APIs are only used if the

Upon success the update_status handler returns a positive number
corresponding to the number of bytes transferred by usb_control_msg.
However the return code of the update_status handler should indicate if
an error occurred(negative) or how many bytes of the user's input to sysfs
that was consumed. Return code zero indicates all bytes were consumed.
The bug can for example result in the update_status handler being called
twice, the second time with only the "unconsumed" part of the user's input
to sysfs. Effectively setting an incorrect brightness.
Change the update_status handler to return zero for all successful
transactions and forward usb_control_msg's error code upon failure.

Commit 7a68d9fb85 ("USB: usbdevfs: sanitize flags more") checks the
transfer flags for URBs submitted from userspace via usbfs. However,
the check for whether the USBDEVFS_URB_SHORT_NOT_OK flag should be
allowed for a control transfer was added in the wrong place, before
the code has properly determined the direction of the control
transfer. (Control transfers are special because for them, the
direction is set by the bRequestType byte of the Setup packet rather
than direction bit of the endpoint address.)
This patch moves code which sets up the allow_short flag for control
transfers down after is_in has been set to the correct value.

Currently when requesting a specific voltage or current through
the psy interface, for PPS, when reading back from that interface
the values will always be the same as previously given, if the
request was successful. However PPS only allows for 20mV voltage
steps and 50mA current steps, and the psy class expects microvolt
and micro amp requests, so inbetween values can be provided through
this interface. Really when reading back the true values negotiated
should be given, and not the ones originally asked for.
To report the actual values negotiated with the Source, the values
stored are now rounded down to the relevant step units prior to
building the PPS request, so that those values are later correctly
reported through the psy interface. In addition this improves the
adjustments made to meet the operating power requirements of the
platform, which previously could have been slightly out due to not
using valid PPS units of voltage and current.

The bug would let the usb controller enter partial power down,
which was formally known as hibernate, upon boot if nothing was plugged
in to the port. Partial power down couldn't be exited properly, so any
usb devices plugged in after boot would not be usable.
Before the name change, params.hibernation was false by default, so
_dwc2_hcd_suspend() would skip entering hibernation. With the
rename, _dwc2_hcd_suspend() was changed to use params.power_down
to decide whether or not to enter partial power down.
Since params.power_down is non-zero by default, it needs to be set
to 0 for rockchip devices to restore functionality.
This bug was reported in the linux-usb thread:

Linus recently observed that if we did not worry about the padding
member in struct siginfo it is only about 48 bytes, and 48 bytes is
much nicer than 128 bytes for allocating on the stack and copying
around in the kernel.
The obvious thing of only adding the padding when userspace is
including siginfo.h won't work as there are sigframe definitions in
the kernel that embed struct siginfo.
So split siginfo in two; kernel_siginfo and siginfo. Keeping the
traditional name for the userspace definition. While the version that
is used internally to the kernel and ultimately will not be padded to
128 bytes is called kernel_siginfo.
The definition of struct kernel_siginfo I have put in include/signal_types.h
A set of buildtime checks has been added to verify the two structures have
the same field offsets.
To make it easy to verify the change kernel_siginfo retains the same
size as siginfo. The reduction in size comes in a following change.

The gadget documentation doesn't state clearly whether a gadget
driver's ->disconnect() callback should be invoked when the D+ pullup
is turned off. Some UDC drivers do this and some don't. This patch
settles the issue by making the core function usb_gadget_disconnect()
issue the callback, so that UDC drivers don't need to worry about it.
A description of the new behavior is added to the function's
kerneldoc. Also, the patch removes a few superseded callbacks from
other core routines.
Future patches will remove the ->disconnect() calls from the UDC
drivers that make them, as they are now unnecessary. Until all those
patches are merged gadget drivers may receive extra ->disconnect()
callbacks, but this should be harmless.

When operating in USB 2.0 speeds (HS/FS), if GUSB2PHYCFG.ENBLSLPM or
GUSB2PHYCFG.SUSPHY is set, it must be cleared before issuing an endpoint
command.
Current implementation only save and restore GUSB2PHYCFG.SUSPHY
configuration. We must save and clear both GUSB2PHYCFG.ENBLSLPM and
GUSB2PHYCFG.SUSPHY settings. Restore them after the command is
completed.

When using external vbus supply regulator, it should be enabled
synchronously with PWR bit in HPRT register. This also fixes
unbalanced use of this optional regulator (This can be reproduced
easily when unbinding the driver).

dwc2_vbus_supply_exit() may call regulator_disable(). It shouldn't be
called with interrupts disabled as it might sleep.
This is seen with DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP=y.

There's a race with root hub resume, when using external vbus supply.
Root hub gets resumed, but runtime pm autosuspend runs as external vbus
supply isn't enabled. So, host never exit from power down properly.
Initialize vbus external supply before, rater that after hub resume.

Move devm_regulator_get_optional() call to probe routine. This avoids
'vbus-supply' regulator to be requested lots of times, upon each call
to dwc2_vbus_supply_init(), e.g. like with runtime pm.

The driver may sleep in an interrupt handler.
The function call path (from bottom to top) in Linux-4.17 is:
[FUNC] fotg210_ep_queue(GFP_KERNEL)
drivers/usb/gadget/udc/fotg210-udc.c, 744:
fotg210_ep_queue in fotg210_get_status
drivers/usb/gadget/udc/fotg210-udc.c, 768:
fotg210_get_status in fotg210_setup_packet
drivers/usb/gadget/udc/fotg210-udc.c, 949:
fotg210_setup_packet in fotg210_irq (interrupt handler)
To fix this bug, GFP_KERNEL is replaced with GFP_ATOMIC.
If possible, spin_unlock() and spin_lock() around fotg210_ep_queue()
can be also removed.
This bug is found by my static analysis tool DSAC.

Disabling all EP's allow to reset EP's to initial state.
On disconnect disable all EP's instead of just killing
all requests. Because of some platform didn't catch
disconnect event, same stuff added to
dwc2_hsotg_core_init_disconnected() function when USB
reset detected on the bus.
Changed from version 1:
Changed lock acquire flow in dwc2_hsotg_ep_disable()
function.

DWC3 variant found in Exynos5433 SoCs requires keeping all DRD30/UHOST30
clocks enabled all the time the driver does any access to DWC3 registers,
otherwise external abort happens. So far DWC3 hardware module worked with
samsung,exynos5250-dwusb3 compatible only by luck when built into kernel:
all DRD30 clocks were left enabled by bootloader and later kept enabled
by the DRD PHY driver. However, if one tried to use Exnos DWC3 driver as
a module or performed system suspend/resume cycle, external abort
happened. This patch finally fixes this issue.
