90ab5ee941 module_param: make bool parameters really bool (drivers & misc)
module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.

It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version
it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version.

c47e789328 drivers/memstick: Add module.h to the prev. implicit modular users
This is another group of drivers that simply assumed that module.h was
everywhere. But it won't be once we clean up its presence from device.h
Call out the real users of it in advance.

f1d8269802 memstick: use fully asynchronous request processing
Instead of using a separate thread to pump requests from block layer queue
to memstick, do so inline, utilizing the callback design of the memstick.

b77899985b memstick: allow "set_param" method to return an error code
Some controllers (Jmicron, for instance) can report temporal failure
condition during power-on. It is desirable to account for this using a
return value of "set_param" device method. The return value can also be
handy to distinguish between supported and unsupported device parameters
in run time.

ead7077360 memstick: automatically retrieve "INT" value from command response
MemoryStick storage cards, when in parallel mode, send several meaningful bits
of their "INT" register as part of command response. This data is stored by
host and can be used to spare invocation of "GET_INT" TPC on each data page
transferred between host and card.

eebbe9ca78 tifm: fix memorystick host initialization code
Instead of assuming that host is powered on only once at card insertion, allow
for the possibility that memstick layer may need to cycle card's power to get
it out from some unhealthy states.

92b22d935f tifm: fix the MemoryStick host fifo handling code
Additional input received from JMicron on MemoryStick host interfaces showed
that some assumtions in fifo handling code were incorrect. This patch also
fixes data corruption used to occure during PIO transfers.
