Having the filename in the header serves little purpose and is
often wrong after renames as it is here in several places, just
drop it from all omapdrm files.
While we are here unify the copyright tags to the TI recommended style.

The HDMI wrapper code only needs to differentiate between major OMAP
revisions, which can be obtained from the HDMI transmitter compatible
string. Replace the OMAP SoC model checks to prepare for removal of the

The devm_ioremap_resource() call can handle being given a NULL resource,
and prints an error message when mapping fails. Switch the remaining
devm_ioremap() calls to devm_ioremap_resource() and remove all
extraneous resource NULL checks and error messages printed manually by
the driver.

While implementing writeback support, odd behavior of WBDELAYCOUNT was
observed with the combination of WB capture and HDMI. The result of the
debugging was that the HDMI sync polarities are not set correctly.
The current code sets the sync polarities going from HDMI WP to DISPC
according to the video mode used, which seems to work normally fine, but
causes problems with WB as WB expects the syncs to be active-high.
This patch changes the HDMI sync polarities so that the DISPC always
gets active-high syncs from HDMI WP, and the HDMI core gets sync
polarities according to the used video mode.

omap_video_timings can be replaced with the generic videomode in omapdrm
and the omap_video_timings can be removed.
This patch will replace the omap_video_timings with videomode.
With the change we no longer need the functions to convert to/from
videomode and drm_display_mode to omap_video_timings, these can be removed
as well.

On OMAP4 and OMAP5 ES1.0 the HDMI_WP_VIDEO_TIMING_H:HSW field is
set directly to the HSW value. On later SoCs the field needs to be
programmed with the value of HSW-1.
Currently the driver always programs the field with the HSW value. Most
videomodes seem to work fine with that, but at least low resolution
interlaced modes don't work at all.
This patch fixes the HSW for OMAP5 ES2.0+ SoCs.

Now that omapfb has its own copy of omapdss and display drivers, we can
move omapdss and display drivers which omapdrm uses to omapdrm's
directory.
We also need to change the main drm Makefile so that omapdrm directory
is always entered, because omapdss has a file that can't be built as a
module.
