3c6b03d18d cifs: smbd: depend on INFINIBAND_ADDR_TRANS
CIFS_SMB_DIRECT code depends on INFINIBAND_ADDR_TRANS provided symbols.
So declare the kconfig dependency. This is necessary to allow for

bb4c041947 cifs: smbd: Don't use RDMA read/write when signing is used
SMB server will not sign data transferred through RDMA read/write. When
signing is used, it's a good idea to have all the data signed.

In this case, use RDMA send/recv for all data transfers. This will degrade
performance as this is not generally configured in RDMA environemnt. So
warn the user on signing and RDMA send/recv.

23657ad730 SMB3: Fix 3.11 encryption to Windows and handle encrypted smb3 tcon
Temporarily disable AES-GCM, as AES-CCM is only currently
enabled mechanism on client side. This fixes SMB3.11
encrypted mounts to Windows.

Also the tree connect request itself should be encrypted if
requested encryption ("seal" on mount), in addition we should be
enabling encryption in 3.11 based on whether we got any valid
encryption ciphers back in negprot (the corresponding session flag is
not set as it is in 3.0 and 3.02)

1d0cffa674 cifs: do not allow creating sockets except with SMB1 posix exensions
RHBZ: 1453123

Since at least the 3.10 kernel and likely a lot earlier we have
not been able to create unix domain sockets in a cifs share
when mounted using the SFU mount option (except when mounted
with the cifs unix extensions to Samba e.g.)
Trying to create a socket, for example using the af_unix command from
xfstests will cause :
BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 00000000
00000040

Since no one uses or depends on being able to create unix domains sockets
on a cifs share the easiest fix to stop this vulnerability is to simply
not allow creation of any other special files than char or block devices
when sfu is used.

Added update to Ronnie's patch to handle a tcon link leak, and
to address a buf leak noticed by Gustavo and Colin.

Merge tag 'fscache-next-20180406' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/dhowells/linux-fs

Pull fscache updates from David Howells:
"Three patches that fix some of AFS's usage of fscache:

   (1) Need to invalidate the cache if a foreign data change is detected
       on the server.

   (2) Move the vnode ID uniquifier (equivalent to i_generation) from
the auxiliary data to the index key to prevent a race between
file delete and a subsequent file create seeing the same index
       key.

   (3) Need to retire cookies that correspond to files that we think got
       deleted on the server.

Four patches to fix some things in fscache and cachefiles:

   (4) Fix a couple of checker warnings.

   (5) Correctly indicate to the end-of-operation callback whether an
       operation completed or was cancelled.

   (6) Add a check for multiple cookie relinquishment.

   (7) Fix a path through the asynchronous write that doesn't wake up a
waiter for a page if the cache decides not to write that page,
       but discards it instead.

A couple of patches to add tracepoints to fscache and cachefiles:

   (8) Add tracepoints for cookie operators, object state machine
execution, cachefiles object management and cachefiles VFS
       operations.

   (9) Add tracepoints for fscache operation management and page
       wrangling.

  And then three development patches:

  (10) Attach the index key and auxiliary data to the cookie, pass this
information through various fscache-netfs API functions and get
rid of the callbacks to the netfs to get it.

This means that the cache can get at this information, even if
the netfs goes away. It also means that the cache can be lazy in
       updating the coherency data.

  (11) Pass the object data size through various fscache-netfs API
rather than calling back to the netfs for it, and store the value
       in the object.

This makes it easier to correctly resize the object, as the size
is updated on writes to the cache, rather than calling back out
       to the netfs.

  (12) Maintain a catalogue of allocated cookies. This makes it possible
to catch cookie collision up front rather than down in the bowels
of the cache being run from a service thread from the object
       state machine.

This will also make it possible in the future to reconnect to a
cookie that's not gone dead yet because it's waiting for
finalisation of the storage and also make it possible to bring
cookies online if the cache is added after the cookie has been
       obtained"

ee1235a9a0 fscache: Pass object size in rather than calling back for it
Pass the object size in to fscache_acquire_cookie() and
fscache_write_page() rather than the netfs providing a callback by which it
can be received. This makes it easier to update the size of the object
when a new page is written that extends the object.

The current object size is also passed by fscache to the check_aux
function, obviating the need to store it in the aux data.

David Howells
402cb8dda9 fscache: Attach the index key and aux data to the cookie
Attach copies of the index key and auxiliary data to the fscache cookie so
that:

 (1) The callbacks to the netfs for this stuff can be eliminated. This
can simplify things in the cache as the information is still
available, even after the cache has relinquished the cookie.

 (2) Simplifies the locking requirements of accessing the information as we
don't have to worry about the netfs object going away on us.

 (3) The cache can do lazy updating of the coherency information on disk.
As long as the cache is flushed before reboot/poweroff, there's no
need to update the coherency info on disk every time it changes.

 (4) Cookies can be hashed or put in a tree as the index key is easily
     available. This allows:

     (a) Checks for duplicate cookies can be made at the top fscache layer
rather than down in the bowels of the cache backend.

     (b) Caching can be added to a netfs object that has a cookie if the
cache is brought online after the netfs object is allocated.

A certain amount of space is made in the cookie for inline copies of the
data, but if it won't fit there, extra memory will be allocated for it.

The downside of this is that live cache operation requires more memory.

transport status is set to reconnecting so other processes will release
memory registration resources.

Upper layer will retry the reconnect. This is not in fast I/O path so
setting the timeout to 5 seconds.

to save the irq state before taking the spinlock. This lets us
remove the variable, which makes the function slightly more efficient
and avoids the warning.

9aca7e4544 cifs: Fix autonegotiate security settings mismatch
Autonegotiation gives a security settings mismatch error if the SMB
server selects an SMBv3 dialect that isn't SMB3.02. The exact error is
"protocol revalidation - security settings mismatch".
This can be tested using Samba v4.2 or by setting the global Samba
setting max protocol = SMB3_00.

The check that fails in smb3_validate_negotiate is the dialect
verification of the negotiate info response. This is because it tries
to verify against the protocol_id in the global smbdefault_values. The
protocol_id in smbdefault_values is SMB3.02.
In SMB2_negotiate the protocol_id in smbdefault_values isn't updated,
it is global so it probably shouldn't be, but server->dialect is.

This patch changes the check in smb3_validate_negotiate to use
server->dialect instead of server->vals->protocol_id. The patch works
with autonegotiate and when using a specific version in the vers mount
option.

bd3dcc6a22 CIFS: SMBD: Upper layer performs SMB read via RDMA write through memory registration
If I/O size is larger than rdma_readwrite_threshold, use RDMA write for
SMB read by specifying channel SMB2_CHANNEL_RDMA_V1 or
SMB2_CHANNEL_RDMA_V1_INVALIDATE in the SMB packet, depending on SMB dialect
used. Append a smbd_buffer_descriptor_v1 to the end of the SMB packet and fill
in other values to indicate this SMB read uses RDMA write.

There is no need to read from the transport for incoming payload. At the time
SMB read response comes back, the data is already transferred and placed in the
pages by RDMA hardware.

When SMB read is finished, deregister the memory regions if RDMA write is used
for this SMB read. smbd_deregister_mr may need to do local invalidation and
sleep, if server remote invalidation is not used.

There are situations where the MID may not be created on I/O failure, under
which memory region is deregistered when read data context is released.

db223a590d CIFS: SMBD: Upper layer performs SMB write via RDMA read through memory registration
When sending I/O, if size is larger than rdma_readwrite_threshold we prepare
to send SMB write packet for a RDMA read via memory registration. The actual
I/O is done by remote peer through local RDMA hardware. Modify the relevant
fields in the packet accordingly, and append a smbd_buffer_descriptor_v1 to
the end of the SMB write packet.

On write I/O finish, deregister the memory region if this was for a RDMA read.
If remote invalidation is not used, the call to smbd_deregister_mr will do
local invalidation and possibly wait. Memory region is normally deregistered
in MID callback as soon as it's used. There are situations where the MID may
not be created on I/O failure, under which memory region is deregistered when
write data context is released.

On the receive path, the transport maintains receive buffers and a reassembly

The transport recognizes the RFC1002 header length use in the SMB
upper layer payloads in CIFS. Because this length is mainly used for TCP and
not applicable to RDMA, it is handled as a out-of-band information and is
never sent over the wire, and the trasnport behaves like TCP to upper layer
by processing and exposing the length correctly on data payloads.

de04644904 cifs: Define usercopy region in cifs_request slab cache
CIFS request buffers, stored in the cifs_request slab cache, need to be
copied to/from userspace.

cache object allocation:
    fs/cifs/cifsfs.c:
        cifs_init_request_bufs():
            ...
            cifs_req_poolp = mempool_create_slab_pool(cifs_min_rcv,
                                                      cifs_req_cachep);

    fs/cifs/misc.c:
        cifs_buf_get():
            ...
            ret_buf = mempool_alloc(cifs_req_poolp, GFP_NOFS);
            ...
            return ret_buf;

In support of usercopy hardening, this patch defines a region in the
cifs_request slab cache in which userspace copy operations are allowed.

This region is known as the slab cache's usercopy region. Slab caches
can now check that each dynamically sized copy operation involving
cache-managed memory falls entirely within the slab's usercopy region.

This patch is verbatim from Brad Spengler/PaX Team's PAX_USERCOPY
whitelisting code in the last public patch of grsecurity/PaX based on my
understanding of the code. Changes or omissions from the original code are
mine and don't reflect the original grsecurity/PaX code.

ead751507d License cleanup: add SPDX license identifiers to some files
Many source files in the tree are missing licensing information, which
makes it harder for compliance tools to determine the correct license.

By default all files without license information are under the default
license of the kernel, which is GPL version 2.

Update the files which contain no license information with the 'GPL-2.0'
SPDX license identifier. The SPDX identifier is a legally binding
shorthand, which can be used instead of the full boiler plate text.

This patch is based on work done by Thomas Gleixner and Kate Stewart and
 Philippe Ombredanne.

 How this work was done:

Patches were generated and checked against linux-4.14-rc6 for a subset of
 the use cases:
  - file had no licensing information it it.
  - file was a */uapi/* one with no licensing information in it,
  - file was a */uapi/* one with existing licensing information,

Further patches will be generated in subsequent months to fix up cases
where non-standard license headers were used, and references to license
had to be inferred by heuristics based on keywords.

The analysis to determine which SPDX License Identifier to be applied to
a file was done in a spreadsheet of side by side results from of the
output of two independent scanners (ScanCode & Windriver) producing SPDX
tag:value files created by Philippe Ombredanne. Philippe prepared the
base worksheet, and did an initial spot review of a few 1000 files.

The 4.13 kernel was the starting point of the analysis with 60,537 files
assessed. Kate Stewart did a file by file comparison of the scanner
results in the spreadsheet to determine which SPDX license identifier(s)
to be applied to the file. She confirmed any determination that was not
immediately clear with lawyers working with the Linux Foundation.

Criteria used to select files for SPDX license identifier tagging was:
  - Files considered eligible had to be source code files.
  - Make and config files were included as candidates if they contained >5
    lines of source
  - File already had some variant of a license header in it (even if <5
    lines).

All documentation files were explicitly excluded.

The following heuristics were used to determine which SPDX license
 identifiers to apply.

  - when both scanners couldn't find any license traces, file was
considered to have no license information in it, and the top level
    COPYING file license applied.

For non */uapi/* files that summary was:

    SPDX license identifier # files
    ---------------------------------------------------|-------
    GPL-2.0 11139

and resulted in the first patch in this series.

If that file was a */uapi/* path one, it was "GPL-2.0 WITH
Linux-syscall-note" otherwise it was "GPL-2.0". Results of that was:

    SPDX license identifier # files
    ---------------------------------------------------|-------
    GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note 930

and resulted in the second patch in this series.

  - if a file had some form of licensing information in it, and was one
of the */uapi/* ones, it was denoted with the Linux-syscall-note if
any GPL family license was found in the file or had no licensing in
it (per prior point). Results summary:

    SPDX license identifier # files
    ---------------------------------------------------|------
    GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note 270
    GPL-2.0+ WITH Linux-syscall-note 169
    ((GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note) OR BSD-2-Clause) 21
    ((GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note) OR BSD-3-Clause) 17
    LGPL-2.1+ WITH Linux-syscall-note 15
    GPL-1.0+ WITH Linux-syscall-note 14
    ((GPL-2.0+ WITH Linux-syscall-note) OR BSD-3-Clause) 5
    LGPL-2.0+ WITH Linux-syscall-note 4
    LGPL-2.1 WITH Linux-syscall-note 3
    ((GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note) OR MIT) 3
    ((GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note) AND MIT) 1

and that resulted in the third patch in this series.

  - when the two scanners agreed on the detected license(s), that became
    the concluded license(s).

  - when there was disagreement between the two scanners (one detected a
license but the other didn't, or they both detected different
licenses) a manual inspection of the file occurred.

  - In most cases a manual inspection of the information in the file
resulted in a clear resolution of the license that should apply (and
which scanner probably needed to revisit its heuristics).

  - When it was not immediately clear, the license identifier was
confirmed with lawyers working with the Linux Foundation.

  - If there was any question as to the appropriate license identifier,
the file was flagged for further research and to be revisited later
    in time.

In total, over 70 hours of logged manual review was done on the
spreadsheet to determine the SPDX license identifiers to apply to the
source files by Kate, Philippe, Thomas and, in some cases, confirmation
by lawyers working with the Linux Foundation.

Kate also obtained a third independent scan of the 4.13 code base from
FOSSology, and compared selected files where the other two scanners
disagreed against that SPDX file, to see if there was new insights. The
Windriver scanner is based on an older version of FOSSology in part, so
 they are related.

Thomas did random spot checks in about 500 files from the spreadsheets
for the uapi headers and agreed with SPDX license identifier in the
files he inspected. For the non-uapi files Thomas did random spot checks
 in about 15000 files.

In initial set of patches against 4.14-rc6, 3 files were found to have
copy/paste license identifier errors, and have been fixed to reflect the
 correct identifier.

Additionally Philippe spent 10 hours this week doing a detailed manual
inspection and review of the 12,461 patched files from the initial patch
 version early this week with:
  - a full scancode scan run, collecting the matched texts, detected
    license ids and scores
  - reviewing anything where there was a license detected (about 500+
files) to ensure that the applied SPDX license was correct
  - reviewing anything where there was no detection but the patch license
was not GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note to ensure that the applied
    SPDX license was correct

This produced a worksheet with 20 files needing minor correction. This
worksheet was then exported into 3 different .csv files for the
different types of files to be modified.

These .csv files were then reviewed by Greg. Thomas wrote a script to
parse the csv files and add the proper SPDX tag to the file, in the
format that the file expected. This script was further refined by Greg
based on the output to detect more types of files automatically and to
distinguish between header and source .c files (which need different
comment types.) Finally Greg ran the script using the .csv files to
 generate the patches.

   - reviewing anything where there was a license detected (about 500+
files) to ensure that the applied SPDX license was correct

   - reviewing anything where there was no detection but the patch
license was not GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note to ensure that the
     applied SPDX license was correct

This produced a worksheet with 20 files needing minor correction. This
worksheet was then exported into 3 different .csv files for the
different types of files to be modified.

These .csv files were then reviewed by Greg. Thomas wrote a script to
parse the csv files and add the proper SPDX tag to the file, in the
format that the file expected. This script was further refined by Greg
based on the output to detect more types of files automatically and to
distinguish between header and source .c files (which need different
comment types.) Finally Greg ran the script using the .csv files to
  generate the patches.

b24413180f License cleanup: add SPDX GPL-2.0 license identifier to files with no license

48923d2a9d CIFS: do not send invalid input buffer on QUERY_INFO requests
query_info() doesn't use the InputBuffer field of the QUERY_INFO
request, therefore according to [MS-SMB2] it must:

a) set the InputBufferOffset to 0
b) send a zero-length InputBuffer

Doing a) is trivial but b) is a bit more tricky.

The packet is allocated according to it's StructureSize, which takes
into account an extra 1 byte buffer which we don't need
here. StructureSize fields must have constant values no matter the
actual length of the whole packet so we can't just edit that constant.

Both the NetBIOS-over-TCP message length ("rfc1002 length") L and the
iovec length L' have to be updated. Since L' is computed from L we
just update L by decrementing it by one.

26b433d0da fscache: remove unused ->now_uncached callback
Patch series "Ranged pagevec lookup", v2.

In this series I make pagevec_lookup() update the index (to be
consistent with pagevec_lookup_tag() and also as a preparation for
ranged lookups), provide ranged variant of pagevec_lookup() and use it
in places where it makes sense. This not only removes some common code
but is also a measurable performance win for some use cases (see patch
4/10) where radix tree is sparse and searching & grabing of a page after
the end of the range has measurable overhead.

This patch (of 10):

The callback doesn't ever get called. Remove it.

76e752701a cifs: Check for timeout on Negotiate stage
Some servers seem to accept connections while booting but never send
the SMBNegotiate response neither close the connection, causing all
processes accessing the share hang on uninterruptible sleep state.

This happens when the cifs_demultiplex_thread detects the server is
unresponsive so releases the socket and start trying to reconnect.
At some point, the faulty server will accept the socket and the TCP
status will be set to NeedNegotiate. The first issued command accessing
the share will start the negotiation (pid 5828 below), but the response
will never arrive so other commands will be blocked waiting on the mutex
(pid 55352).

This patch checks for unresponsive servers also on the negotiate stage
releasing the socket and reconnecting if the response is not received
and checking again the tcp state when the mutex is acquired.

42bec214d8 cifs: Fix df output for users with quota limits
The df for a SMB2 share triggers a GetInfo call for
FS_FULL_SIZE_INFORMATION. The values returned are used to populate
struct statfs.

The problem is that none of the information returned by the call
contains the total blocks available on the filesystem. Instead we use
the blocks available to the user ie. quota limitation when filling out
statfs.f_blocks. The information returned does contain Actual free units
on the filesystem and is used to populate statfs.f_bfree. For users with
quota enabled, it can lead to situations where the total free space
reported is more than the total blocks on the system ending up with df
reports like the following

 # df -h /mnt/a
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
//192.168.22.10/a  2.5G -2.3G  2.5G    - /mnt/a

To fix this problem, we instead populate both statfs.f_bfree with the
same value as statfs.f_bavail ie. CallerAvailableAllocationUnits. This
is similar to what is done already in the code for cifs and df now
reports the quota information for the user used to mount the share.

 # df --si /mnt/a
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on

3b49c9a1e9 fs: convert a pile of fsync routines to errseq_t based reporting
This patch converts most of the in-kernel filesystems that do writeback
out of the pagecache to report errors using the errseq_t-based
infrastructure that was recently added. This allows them to report
errors once for each open file description.

Most filesystems have a fairly straightforward fsync operation. They
call filemap_write_and_wait_range to write back all of the data and
wait on it, and then (sometimes) sync out the metadata.

For those filesystems this is a straightforward conversion from calling
filemap_write_and_wait_range in their fsync operation to calling
file_write_and_wait_range.

9d5b86ac13 fs/locks: Remove fl_nspid and use fs-specific l_pid for remote locks
Since commit c69899a17c "NFSv4: Update of VFS byte range lock must be
atomic with the stateid update", NFSv4 has been inserting locks in rpciod
worker context. The result is that the file_lock's fl_nspid is the
kworker's pid instead of the original userspace pid.

The fl_nspid is only used to represent the namespaced virtual pid number
when displaying locks or returning from F_GETLK. There's no reason to set
it for every inserted lock, since we can usually just look it up from
fl_pid. So, instead of looking up and holding struct pid for every lock,
let's just look up the virtual pid number from fl_pid when it is needed.
That means we can remove fl_nspid entirely.

The translaton and presentation of fl_pid should handle the following four
cases:

1 - F_GETLK on a remote file with a remote lock:
In this case, the filesystem should determine the l_pid to return here.
Filesystems should indicate that the fl_pid represents a non-local pid
value that should not be translated by returning an fl_pid <= 0.

2 - F_GETLK on a local file with a remote lock:
This should be the l_pid of the lock manager process, and translated.

3 - F_GETLK on a remote file with a local lock, and
4 - F_GETLK on a local file with a local lock:
These should be the translated l_pid of the local locking process.

Fuse was already doing the correct thing by translating the pid into the
caller's namespace. With this change we must update fuse to translate
to init's pid namespace, so that the locks API can then translate from
init's pid namespace into the pid namespace of the caller.

With this change, the locks API will expect that if a filesystem returns
a remote pid as opposed to a local pid for F_GETLK, that remote pid will
be <= 0. This signifies that the pid is remote, and the locks API will
forego translating that pid into the pid namespace of the local calling
process.

Finally, we convert remote filesystems to present remote pids using
negative numbers. Have lustre, 9p, ceph, cifs, and dlm negate the remote
pid returned for F_GETLK lock requests.

Since local pids will never be larger than PID_MAX_LIMIT (which is
currently defined as <= 4 million), but pid_t is an unsigned int, we
should have plenty of room to represent remote pids with negative
numbers if we assume that remote pid numbers are similarly limited.

If this is not the case, then we run the risk of having a remote pid
returned for which there is also a corresponding local pid. This is a
problem we have now, but this patch should reduce the chances of that
occurring, while also returning those remote pid numbers, for whatever
that may be worth.

511c54a2f6 CIFS: Reconnect expired SMB sessions
According to the MS-SMB2 spec (3.2.5.1.6) once the client receives
STATUS_NETWORK_SESSION_EXPIRED error code from a server it should
reconnect the current SMB session. Currently the client doesn't do
that. This can result in subsequent client requests failing by
the server. The patch adds an additional logic to the demultiplex
thread to identify expired sessions and reconnect them.

966681c9f0 CIFS: fix circular locking dependency
When a CIFS filesystem is mounted with the forcemand option and the
following command is run on it, lockdep warns about a circular locking
dependency between CifsInodeInfo::lock_sem and the inode lock.

while echo foo > hello; do :; done & while touch -c hello; do :; done

cifs_writev() takes the locks in the wrong order, but note that we can't
only flip the order around because it releases the inode lock before the
call to generic_write_sync() while it holds the lock_sem across that
call.

But, AFAICS, there is no need to hold the CifsInodeInfo::lock_sem across
the generic_write_sync() call either, so we can release both the locks
before generic_write_sync(), and change the order.

5dd43ce2f6 sched/wait: Split out the wait_bit*() APIs from <linux/wait.h> into <linux/wait_bit.h>
The wait_bit*() types and APIs are mixed into wait.h, but they
are a pretty orthogonal extension of wait-queues.

Furthermore, only about 50 kernel files use these APIs, while
over 1000 use the regular wait-queue functionality.

So clean up the main wait.h by moving the wait-bit functionality
out of it, into a separate .h and .c file:

  include/linux/wait_bit.h for types and APIs
  kernel/sched/wait_bit.c for the implementation

Update all header dependencies.

This reduces the size of wait.h rather significantly, by about 30%.

de1892b887 Don't delay freeing mids when blocked on slow socket write of request
When processing responses, and in particular freeing mids (DeleteMidQEntry),
which is very important since it also frees the associated buffers (cifs_buf_release),
we can block a long time if (writes to) socket is slow due to low memory or networking
issues.

We can block in send (smb request) waiting for memory, and be blocked in processing
responess (which could free memory if we let it) - since they both grab the
server->srv_mutex.

In practice, in the DeleteMidQEntry case - there is no reason we need to
grab the srv_mutex so remove these around DeleteMidQEntry, and it allows
us to free memory faster.

e37fea58f7 fs: cifs: replace CURRENT_TIME by other appropriate apis
CURRENT_TIME macro is not y2038 safe on 32 bit systems.

The patch replaces all the uses of CURRENT_TIME by current_time() for
filesystem times, and ktime_get_* functions for authentication
timestamps and timezone calculations.

This is also in preparation for the patch that transitions vfs
timestamps to use 64 bit time and hence make them y2038 safe.

CURRENT_TIME macro will be deleted before merging the aforementioned
change.

The inode timestamps read from the server are assumed to have correct
granularity and range.

The patch also assumes that the difference between server and client
times lie in the range INT_MIN..INT_MAX. This is valid because this is
the difference between current times between server and client, and the
largest timezone difference is in the range of one day.

All cifs timestamps currently use timespec representation internally.
Authentication and timezone timestamps can also be transitioned into
using timespec64 when all other timestamps for cifs is transitioned to
use timespec64.

7db0a6efdc SMB3: Work around mount failure when using SMB3 dialect to Macs
Macs send the maximum buffer size in response on ioctl to validate
negotiate security information, which causes us to fail the mount
as the response buffer is larger than the expected response.

Changed ioctl response processing to allow for padding of validate
negotiate ioctl response and limit the maximum response size to
maximum buffer size.
