4acaf048b1 mwifiex: recover from skb allocation failures during RX
This patch adds recovery mechanism for SDIO RX during SKB allocation
failures.
For allocation failures during multiport aggregation, we skip and drop RX
packets.
For single port read case, we will use preallocated card->mpa_rx.buf to
complete cmd53 read.
Now we terminate SDIO operations only upon cmd53 failures.

2f5872b601 mwifiex: Fix issue in the SDIO reset path of mwifiex.
SDIO reset was not happening properly on mwifiex as cancel_work_sync
in mwifiex_sdio_remove used to kill the calling work function itself.
Due to this, the interface was not getting removed and card was not
getting added again. Reset work function has been made independent
of adapter variable and cancel_work_sync has been moved to cleanup
function.

080465f27a mwifiex: fix crash in SDIO RX path
With patch '960d6d08e39 "mwifiex: delay skb allocation for RX
until cmd53 over"' we no more pass skb parameter to MP aggregation setup
helper function. We instead pass length to be aggregated.

This patch fixes an issue where we were passing length parameter of NULL
skb to aggregation routine resulting into crash. We should instead pass
rx_len received from mp_regs.

960d6d08e3 mwifiex: delay skb allocation for RX until cmd53 over
This patch moves SKB allocation for RX packets from current
place i.e. after reading MP regs to place where we already
have read data from SDIO bus ie after cmd53.

mp_rx_aggr_setup has been modified accordingly to set
skb_arr to NULL.

92263a841b mwifiex: add SDIO rx single port aggregation
This patch brings in support for SDIO single port rx aggregation
to mwifiex.
Maximum read size support by SDIO cmd53 is 64K.
Based on multi port aggregation which is already part of mwifiex, idea here
is multiple packets received in FW can be aggregated into single buffer.
A separate upload type is defined for such packet aggregated to single port.
Packets from this single buffer are later deaggregated into individual packets.
This way, driver can receive more packets each time through single SDIO cmd53;
thereby reducing no of times MMC bus is accessed.

SDIO SP aggregation support is advertised by FW during load time and driver
would get FW block size in command response of HostCmd_CMD_SDIO_SP_RX_AGGR_CFG.

c7346c3231 mwifiex: fix a bug in Tx multiport aggregation
When aggregation port limit is reached, we stop aggregation and
the data is sent to firmware. It is observed that one less packet
than the port limit is aggregated in this case. ex. 15 instead of

The reason is we have redundant port limit checks before current
packet is added to aggregation buffer.

The issue is fixed by removing these checks. We already have
necessary check in precopy current buffer handling.

bb71d01a42 mwifiex: restore current SDIO write port in failure cases
During SDIO MP aggregation, we at first acquire current write
port to write data onto and then proceed with using this port
for SDIO write. If error occurs later in mwifiex_write_data_sync

restore current write port and write bitmap. This results into
leaking one port and hole in SDIO write port bitmap.

232fde062e mwifiex: fix IRQ enable/disable
During tear down (e.g. mwifiex_sdio_remove during system suspend),
mwifiex left IRQs enabled for a significant period of time when it was
unable to handle them correctly. This caused interrupt storms and
interfered with the bluetooth interface on the same SDIO card.

Solve this by disabling interrupts at the point when they can no longer
be handled correctly, which is at the start of mwifiex_remove_card().

For cleanliness, we now enable interrupts in the mwifiex_add_card() path,
to be symmetrical with the disabling of interrupts. We also couple the
registration of the sdio IRQ handler with the actual enable/disable of
interrupts at the hardware level.

I also removed a write to this register in mwifiex_init_sdio which seemed
pointless and won't cause any ill effects now that we only register
the SDIO IRQ handler when we are ready to accept interrupts.

Includes some corrections from Amitkumar Karwar.

b60186f824 mwifiex: add support for Marvell SD8897 chipset
Some of the key differences between SD8897 and older chipsets
are as follows:

a) sdio mpa_rx and mpa_tx ports have been increased from 16 to 32
b) Same is the case with read/write bitmap that one receives from
   mpa_reg read
c) aggregation packet count doubled from 8 to 16
d) Most of key reg addresses are changed
e) There is a separate command or control port
f) Now command rx/tx_done have new interrupts

1. 'supports_sdio_new_mode' flag is added to handle (a) and (b).
2. (c) and (d) are taken care of by filling chip specific
   information in global structurei (mwifiex_sdio_sd8897).
3. For older chipsets, port 0 was cmd port and port 1->15 were
data port. Therefore we had CTRL_PORT_MASK to differentiate
port type. Now these changes are under 'has_control_mask' flag.

c23b7c8f71 mwifiex: code rearrangement in multiport aggregation path
There are some macros defined for multiport aggregation
calculations. As we may need to add some more code to
accomodate new chipsets, we will change them to inline
functions. Also, use dynamic allocation for Rx buffer array.
