afa5ec27f4 wl1251: don't require NVS data when EEPROM is used
If EEPROM is used, NVS data is now loaded but ignored.
Stop loading it to avoid need of dummy NVS file for modules with EEPROM.

3f9e750d13 wl1251: fix ELP_CTRL register accesses when using SDIO
For some unknown reason ELP_CTRL can't be accesed using
sdio_memcpy_* functions (any attemts to do so result in timeouts):

wl1251: ERROR sdio write failed (-110)
wl1251: ERROR sdio read failed (-110)
 wl1251: WARNING WLAN not ready

To fix this, add special IO functions for ELP_CTRL access that are
using sdio_readb/sdio_writeb. Similar handling is done in TI
reference driver from Android code drop.

85359499ee wl1251: fix txop unit
mac80211 uses unit units of 32 usec with txop but wl1251_acx_ac_cfg()

only that firmware was using incorrect WMM settings.

56007a028c mac80211: wait for beacon before enabling powersave
Because DTIM information is required for powersave
but is only conveyed in beacons, wait for a beacon
before enabling powersave, and change the way the
information is conveyed to the driver accordingly.

mwl8k doesn't currently seem to implement PS but
requires the DTIM period in a different way; after
talking to Lennert we agreed to just have mwl8k do
the parsing itself in the finalize_join work.

In various cases wl1251_op_bss_info_changed() did not call elp_sleep()

The bug was a theoretical one, in practise it doesn't matter because
if commands start returning errors there will be lots of other problems.

  - It works around a firmware race condition if ELP is entered too fast

3ac64beecd mac80211: allow configure_filter callback to sleep
Over time, a whole bunch of drivers have come up
with their own scheme to delay the configure_filter
operation to a workqueue. To be able to simplify
things, allow configure_filter to sleep, and add
a new prepare_multicast callback that drivers that
need the multicast address list implement. This new
callback must be atomic, but most drivers either
don't care or just calculate a hash which can be
done atomically and then uploaded to the hardware
non-atomically.

A cursory look suggests that at76c50x-usb, ar9170,
mwl8k (which is actually very broken now), rt2x00,
wl1251, wl1271 and zd1211 should make use of this

0e71bb084a wl1251: remove wl1251_ops
Now wl1271 is splitted to separate files, no need to use wl1251_ops anymore.
So remove struct wl1251_chip and wl1251_ops.c.

b5ed9c1b6f wl1251: make irq handling interface specific
In SDIO, the host driver requests the IRQ and invokes a callback to the
card driver. This differs from SPI, so the relevant code needs to be
interface-specific. This patch pushes the irq code down into _spi.c
and _sdio.c, and adds enable/disable callbacks.

This fixes the following warning:
