133d7c6a50 wireless: remove WLAN_80211 and WLAN_PRE80211 from Kconfig
With the WLAN_PRE80211 drivers moved to drivers/staging, this
distinction becomes unnecessary.

3d23e349d8 wext: refactor
Refactor wext to
 * split out iwpriv handling
 * split out iwspy handling
 * split out procfs support
 * allow cfg80211 to have wireless extensions compat code
   w/o CONFIG_WIRELESS_EXT

After this, drivers need to
 - select WIRELESS_EXT	- for wext support
 - select WEXT_PRIV	- for iwpriv support
 - select WEXT_SPY	- for iwspy support

except cfg80211 -- which gets new hooks in wext-core.c
and can then get wext handlers without CONFIG_WIRELESS_EXT.

Wireless extensions procfs support is auto-selected
based on PROC_FS and anything that requires the wext core
(i.e. WIRELESS_EXT or CFG80211_WEXT).

04adf89066 hostap: select required crypto bits in Kconfig
This is fallout from moving the crypto stuff to the new lib80211
component.

274bfb8dc5 lib80211: absorb crypto bits from net/ieee80211
These bits are shared already between ipw2x00 and hostap, and could
probably be shared both more cleanly and with other drivers. This
commit simply relocates the code to lib80211 and adjusts the drivers
appropriately.

2a5e1c0eb9 [WIRELESS]: Refactor wireless Kconfig.
This patch refactors the wireless Kconfig all over and already
introduces net/wireless/Kconfig with just the WEXT bit for now,
the cfg80211 patch will add to that as well.

a485cde662 [PATCH] hostap: allow flashing firmware
Host AP driver has code to support writing firmware to non-volatile
memory, a.k.a. flash. This code has been extensively tested when Host
AP was a standalone driver.

Add a configuration option to the kernel to allow enabling this
functionality. Improve the description of the RAM download option.
Mention cards that require it. Remove obsolete scary comment.

62fe7e3781 [PATCH] hostap: Replace crypto code with net/ieee80211 version
Replace Host AP version of WEP, TKIP, CCMP implementation with
net/ieee80211 that has more or less identical implementation (since
it is based on the Host AP implementation). Remove Host AP specific
implementation and modules from drivers/net/wireless/hostap.
