Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.
Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

Another preliminary patch for the dual-codec support: since the
support of vmaster over multiple codecs is difficult, simply disable
it by a new flag to hda_codec struct. A new user hint is added as
well for consistency.

Fix typos and add the following to the scripts/spelling.txt:
followings||following
While we are here, add a missing colon in the boilerplate in DT binding
documents. The "you SoC" in allwinner,sunxi-pinctrl.txt was fixed as
well.
I reworded "as the followings:" to "as follows:" for
drivers/usb/gadget/udc/renesas_usb3.c.

The original HD-Audio.txt was already in asciidoc format, so it's a
simple conversion in the end.
A new subdirectory, Documentation/sound/hd-audio, is created and the
document is moved there with another file name to match better with
the recent Documentation tree structure.
