506629c868 drm/panfrost: Add support for multiple power domains
When there is a single power domain per device, the core will
ensure the power domain is switched on (so it is technically
equivalent to having not power domain specified at all).

However, when there are multiple domains, as in MT8183 Bifrost
GPU, we need to handle them in driver code.

3e1399bccf drm/panfrost: Add support for multiple regulators
Some GPUs, namely, the bifrost/g72 part on MT8183, have a second
regulator for their SRAM, let's add support for that.

We extend the framework in a generic manner so that we could
support more than 2 regulators, if required.

bdefca2d8d drm/panfrost: Add the panfrost_gem_mapping concept
With the introduction of per-FD address space, the same BO can be mapped
in different address space if the BO is globally visible (GEM_FLINK)
and opened in different context or if the dmabuf is self-imported. The
current implementation does not take case into account, and attaches the
mapping directly to the panfrost_gem_object.

Let's create a panfrost_gem_mapping struct and allow multiple mappings
per BO.

The mappings are refcounted which helps solve another problem where
mappings were torn down (GEM handle closed by userspace) while GPU
jobs accessing those BOs were still in-flight. Jobs now keep a
reference on the mappings they use.

v2 (robh):
- Minor review comment clean-ups from Steven
- Use list_is_singular helper
- Just WARN if we add a mapping when madvise state is not WILLNEED.
With that, drop the use of object_name_lock.

v3 (robh):
- Revert returning list iterator in panfrost_gem_mapping_get()

73896f60d4 drm/panfrost: Prefix interrupt handlers' names
Currently, the interrupt lines requested by Panfrost

In order to improve this, prefix each requested

a5f768239e drm/panfrost: Remove core stack power management
Explicit management of the GPU's core stacks is only necessary in the
case of a broken integration with the PDC. Since there are no known
platforms which have such a broken integration let's remove the explicit
control from the driver since this apparently causes problems on other
platforms and will have a small performance penality.

The out of tree mali_kbase driver contains this text regarding
controlling the core stack (CONFIGMALI_CORESTACK):

Enabling this feature on supported GPUs will let the driver powering
on/off the GPU core stack independently without involving the Power
Domain Controller. This should only be enabled on platforms which
integration of the PDC to the Mali GPU is known to be problematic.
This feature is currently only supported on t-Six and t-HEx GPUs.

  If unsure, say N.

22bd4df9da drm/panfrost: devfreq: Round frequencies to OPPs
Currently when setting a frequency in panfrost_devfreq_target the
returned frequency is the actual frequency that the clock driver reports
(the return of clk_get_rate()). However, where the provided OPPs don't
precisely match the frequencies that the clock actually achieves devfreq
will then complain (repeatedly):

devfreq devfreq0: Couldn't update frequency transition information.

To avoid this change panfrost_devfreq_target() to fetch the opp using
devfreq_recommened_opp() and not actually query the clock for the
frequency.

A similar problem exists with panfrost_devfreq_get_cur_freq(), but in
this case because the function is optional we can just remove it and
devfreq will fall back to using the previously set frequency.

let's clear the decks for other drivers to avoid a bigger

f70744c687 drm/panfrost: Don't dereference bogus MMU pointers
It seems that killing an application while faults are occurring
(particularly with a GPU in FPGA at a whopping 40MHz) can lead to
handling a lingering page fault after all the address space contexts
have already been freed. In this situation, the LRU list is empty so
addr_to_drm_mm_node() ends up dereferencing the list head as if it were
a struct panfrost_mmu entry; this leaves "mmu->as" actually pointing at
the pfdev->alloc_mask bitmap, which is also empty, and given that the
fault has a high likelihood of being in AS0, hilarity ensues.

Sadly, the cleanest solution seems to involve another goto. Oh well, at
least it's robust...

9e62b885f7 drm/panfrost: Simplify devfreq utilisation tracking
Instead of tracking per-slot utilisation track a single value for the
entire GPU. Ultimately it doesn't matter if the GPU is busy with only
vertex or a combination of vertex and fragment processing - if it's busy
then it's busy and devfreq should be scaling appropriately.

This also makes way for being able to submit multiple jobs per slot
which requires more values than the original boolean per slot.

5b3ec8134f drm/panfrost: Handle resetting on timeout better
Panfrost uses multiple schedulers (one for each slot, so 2 in reality),
and on a timeout has to stop all the schedulers to safely perform a
reset. However more than one scheduler can trigger a timeout at the same
time. This race condition results in jobs being freed while they are
still in use.

When stopping other slots use cancel_delayed_work_sync() to ensure that
any timeout started for that slot has completed. Also use
mutex_trylock() to obtain reset_lock. This means that only one thread
attempts the reset, the other threads will simply complete without doing
anything (the first thread will wait for this in the call to
cancel_delayed_work_sync()).

While we're here and since the function is already dependent on
sched_job not being NULL, let's remove the unnecessary checks.

65e51e30d8 drm/panfrost: Prevent race when handling page fault
When handling a GPU page fault addr_to_drm_mm_node() is used to
translate the GPU address to a buffer object. However it is possible for
the buffer object to be freed after the function has returned resulting
in a use-after-free of the BO.

Change addr_to_drm_mm_node to return the panfrost_gem_object with an
extra reference on it, preventing the BO from being freed until after
the page fault has been handled.

d18a966204 drm/panfrost: Remove NULL checks for regulator
devm_regulator_get() is now used to populate pfdev->regulator which
ensures that this cannot be NULL (a dummy regulator will be returned if
necessary). So remove the checks in panfrost_devfreq_target().

edfa07504c drm/panfrost: Fix regulator_get_optional() misuse
The panfrost driver requests a supply using regulator_get_optional()
but both the name of the supply and the usage pattern suggest that it is
being used for the main power for the device and is not at all optional
for the device for function, there is no meaningful handling for absent
supplies. Such regulators should use the vanilla regulator_get()
interface, it will ensure that even if a supply is not described in the
system integration one will be provided in software.

45d0dbd15a drm/panfrost: Remove unnecessary hwaccess_lock spin_lock
With the introduction of the as_lock to serialize address space registers,
the hwaccess_lock is only used within the job code and is not protecting
anything. panfrost_job_hw_submit() only accesses registers for 1 job slot
and it's already serialized by drm_sched.

62f1089f3c drm/panfrost: Flush and disable address space when freeing page tables
Currently, page tables are freed without disabling the address space first.
This probably is fine as we'll switch to new page tables when the address
space is allocated again and runtime PM suspend will reset the GPU
clearing the registers. However, it's better to clean up after ourselves.
There is also a problem that we could be accessing the h/w in
tlb_inv_context() when suspended.

Rework the disable code to make sure we flush caches/TLBs and disable the
address space before freeing the page tables if we are not suspended. As
the tlb_inv_context() hook is only called when freeing the page tables and
we do a flush before disabling the AS, lets remove the flush from
tlb_inv_context and avoid any runtime PM issues.
