We actually can't allow the missing of the regualor name, thus update
the binding doc to make regulator-name property to be required.

Add code to support support for "anatop-enable-bit" device-tree
property. This property translates to LINREG_ENABLE bit in real hardware
and is present on 1p1, 2p5 and 3p0 regulators on i.MX6 and 1p0d regulator
on i.MX7.

The anatop regulators are SoC internal LDO regulators usually supplied
by an external PMIC. This patch adds support for specifying the supply
from the device tree using the vin-supply property.

some of anatop's regulators(cpu, vddpu and vddsoc) have
register settings about LDO's step time, which will impact
the LDO ramp up speed, need to use set_voltage_time_sel
interface to add necessary delay everytime LDOs' voltage
is increased.
