The S390 architecture does not support any graphics hardware,
but with the latest support for Virtio GPU in Linux and Virtio
GPU emulation in QEMU, it's possible to enable graphics for

To enable display we need to enable the Linux Virtual Terminal (VT)

at boot so we need a dummy console driver till the Virtio GPU
driver is initialized and we can run the framebuffer console.
The framebuffer console over a Virtio GPU device can be run

For testing the exitless interrupt support it turned out useful to
have separate counters for inject and delivery of I/O interrupt.
While at it do the same for all interrupt types. For timer
related interrupts (clock comparator and cpu timer) we even had
no delivery counters. Fix this as well. On this way some counters
are being renamed to have a similar name.

For interrupt injection of floating interrupts we queue the interrupt
either in the GISA or in the floating interrupt list. The first CPU
that looks at these data structures - either in KVM code or hardware
will then deliver that interrupt. To minimize latency we also:
-a: choose a VCPU to deliver that interrupt. We prefer idle CPUs
-b: we wake up the host thread that runs the VCPU
-c: set an I/O intervention bit for that CPU so that it exits guest
context as soon as the PSW I/O mask is enabled
This will make sure that this CPU will execute the interrupt delivery
code of KVM very soon.
We can now optimize the injection case if we have exitless interrupts.
The wakeup is still necessary in case the target CPU sleeps. We can
avoid the I/O intervention request bit though. Whenever this
intervention request would be handled, the hardware could also directly
inject the interrupt on that CPU, no need to go through the interrupt
injection loop of KVM.

"The main thing in this merge is the defense for the Spectre
vulnerabilities. But there are other updates as well, the changes in
more detail:
- An s390 specific implementation of the array_index_mask_nospec
function to the defense against spectre v1
- Two patches to utilize the new PPA-12/PPA-13 instructions to run
the kernel and/or user space with reduced branch predicton.
- The s390 variant of the 'retpoline' spectre v2 defense called
'expoline'. There is no return instruction for s390, instead an
indirect branch is used for function return
The s390 defense mechanism for indirect branches works by using an
execute-type instruction with the indirect branch as the target of
the execute. In effect that turns off the prediction for the
indirect branch.
- Scrub registers in entry.S that contain user controlled values to
prevent the speculative use of these values.
- Re-add the second parameter for the s390 specific runtime
instrumentation system call and move the header file to uapi. The
second parameter will continue to do nothing but older kernel
versions only accepted valid real-time signal numbers. The details
will be documented in the man-page for the system call.
- Corrections and improvements for the s390 specific documentation
- Add a line to /proc/sysinfo to display the CPU model dependent
license-internal-code identifier
- A header file include fix for eadm.
- An error message fix in the kprobes code.

Add CONFIG_EXPOLINE to enable the use of the new -mindirect-branch= and
-mfunction_return= compiler options to create a kernel fortified against
the specte v2 attack.
With CONFIG_EXPOLINE=y all indirect branches will be issued with an
execute type instruction. For z10 or newer the EXRL instruction will
be used, for older machines the EX instruction. The typical indirect
call
basr %r14,%r1
is replaced with a PC relative call to a new thunk
brasl %r14,__s390x_indirect_jump_r1
The thunk contains the EXRL/EX instruction to the indirect branch
__s390x_indirect_jump_r1:
exrl 0,0f
j .
0: br %r1
The detour via the execute type instruction has a performance impact.
To get rid of the detour the new kernel parameter "nospectre_v2" and
"spectre_v2=[on,off,auto]" can be used. If the parameter is specified
the kernel and module code will be patched at runtime.

added blk_status_t usage to the eadm subchannel driver. However
blk_status_t is unknown when included via <linux/blkdev.h> for CONFIG_BLOCK=n.
Only include <linux/blk_types.h> since this is the only dependency eadm has.
This fixes build failures like below:

Here is the set of "big" driver core patches for 4.16-rc1.
The majority of the work here is in the firmware subsystem, with reworks
to try to attempt to make the code easier to handle in the long run, but
no functional change. There's also some tree-wide sysfs attribute
fixups with lots of acks from the various subsystem maintainers, as well
as a handful of other normal fixes and changes.
And finally, some license cleanups for the driver core and sysfs code.
All have been in linux-next for a while with no reported issues.

There is no need to have ARCH_SUPPORTS_DEFERRED_STRUCT_PAGE_INIT, as all
the page initialization code is in common code.
Also, there is no need to depend on MEMORY_HOTPLUG, as initialization
code does not really use hotplug memory functionality. So, we can
remove this requirement as well.
This patch allows to use deferred struct page initialization on all
platforms with memblock allocator.
Tested on x86, arm64, and sparc. Also, verified that code compiles on
PPC with CONFIG_MEMORY_HOTPLUG disabled.

Pull siginfo cleanups from Eric Biederman:
"Long ago when 2.4 was just a testing release copy_siginfo_to_user was
made to copy individual fields to userspace, possibly for efficiency
and to ensure initialized values were not copied to userspace.
Unfortunately the design was complex, it's assumptions unstated, and
humans are fallible and so while it worked much of the time that
design failed to ensure unitialized memory is not copied to userspace.
This set of changes is part of a new design to clean up siginfo and
simplify things, and hopefully make the siginfo handling robust enough
that a simple inspection of the code can be made to ensure we don't
copy any unitializied fields to userspace.
The design is to unify struct siginfo and struct compat_siginfo into a
single definition that is shared between all architectures so that
anyone adding to the set of information shared with struct siginfo can
see the whole picture. Hopefully ensuring all future si_code
assignments are arch independent.
The design is to unify copy_siginfo_to_user32 and
copy_siginfo_from_user32 so that those function are complete and cope
with all of the different cases documented in signinfo_layout. I don't
think there was a single implementation of either of those functions
that was complete and correct before my changes unified them.
The design is to introduce a series of helpers including
force_siginfo_fault that take the values that are needed in struct
siginfo and build the siginfo structure for their callers. Ensuring
struct siginfo is built correctly.
The remaining work for 4.17 (unless someone thinks it is post -rc1
material) is to push usage of those helpers down into the
architectures so that architecture specific code will not need to deal
with the fiddly work of intializing struct siginfo, and then when
struct siginfo is guaranteed to be fully initialized change copy
siginfo_to_user into a simple wrapper around copy_to_user.
Further there is work in progress on the issues that have been
documented requires arch specific knowledge to sort out.
The changes below fix or at least document all of the issues that have
been found with siginfo generation. Then proceed to unify struct
siginfo the 32 bit helpers that copy siginfo to and from userspace,
and generally clean up anything that is not arch specific with regards
to siginfo generation.
It is a lot but with the unification you can of siginfo you can
already see the code reduction in the kernel"

Pull init_task initializer cleanups from David Howells:
"It doesn't seem useful to have the init_task in a header file rather
than in a normal source file. We could consolidate init_task handling
instead and expand out various macros.
Here's a series of patches that consolidate init_task handling:
(1) Make THREAD_SIZE available to vmlinux.lds for cris, hexagon and
openrisc.
(2) Alter the INIT_TASK_DATA linker script macro to set
init_thread_union and init_stack rather than defining these in C.
Insert init_task and init_thread_into into the init_stack area in
the linker script as appropriate to the configuration, with
different section markers so that they end up correctly ordered.
We can then get merge ia64's init_task.c into the main one.
We then have a bunch of single-use INIT_*() macros that seem only
to be macros because they used to be used per-arch. We can then
expand these in place of the user and get rid of a few lines and
a lot of backslashes.
(3) Expand INIT_TASK() in place.
(4) Expand in place various small INIT_*() macros that are defined
conditionally. Expand them and surround them by #if[n]def/#endif
in the .c file as it takes fewer lines.
(5) Expand INIT_SIGNALS() and INIT_SIGHAND() in place.
(6) Expand INIT_STRUCT_PID in place.
These macros can then be discarded"

pull-request: bpf-next 2018-01-26
The following pull-request contains BPF updates for your *net-next* tree.
The main changes are:
1) A number of extensions to tcp-bpf, from Lawrence.
- direct R or R/W access to many tcp_sock fields via bpf_sock_ops
- passing up to 3 arguments to bpf_sock_ops functions
- tcp_sock field bpf_sock_ops_cb_flags for controlling callbacks
- optionally calling bpf_sock_ops program when RTO fires
- optionally calling bpf_sock_ops program when packet is retransmitted
- optionally calling bpf_sock_ops program when TCP state changes
- access to tclass and sk_txhash
- new selftest
2) div/mod exception handling, from Daniel.
One of the ugly leftovers from the early eBPF days is that div/mod
operations based on registers have a hard-coded src_reg == 0 test
in the interpreter as well as in JIT code generators that would
return from the BPF program with exit code 0. This was basically
adopted from cBPF interpreter for historical reasons.
There are multiple reasons why this is very suboptimal and prone
to bugs. To name one: the return code mapping for such abnormal
program exit of 0 does not always match with a suitable program
type's exit code mapping. For example, '0' in tc means action 'ok'
where the packet gets passed further up the stack, which is just
undesirable for such cases (e.g. when implementing policy) and
also does not match with other program types.
After considering _four_ different ways to address the problem,
we adapt the same behavior as on some major archs like ARMv8:
X div 0 results in 0, and X mod 0 results in X. aarch64 and
aarch32 ISA do not generate any traps or otherwise aborts
of program execution for unsigned divides.
Given the options, it seems the most suitable from
all of them, also since major archs have similar schemes in
place. Given this is all in the realm of undefined behavior,
we still have the option to adapt if deemed necessary.
3) sockmap sample refactoring, from John.
4) lpm map get_next_key fixes, from Yonghong.
5) test cleanups, from Alexei and Prashant.

The patch modifies the previously defined GISA data structure to be
able to store two GISA formats, format-0 and format-1. Additionally,
it verifies the availability of the GISA format facility and enables
the use of a format-1 GISA in the SIE control block accordingly.
A format-1 can do everything that format-0 can and we will need it
for real HW passthrough. As there are systems with only format-0
we keep both variants.

The adapter interruption virtualization (AIV) facility is an
optional facility that comes with functionality expected to increase
the performance of adapter interrupt handling for both emulated and
passed-through adapter interrupts. With AIV, adapter interrupts can be
delivered to the guest without exiting SIE.
This patch provides some preparations for using AIV for emulated adapter
interrupts (including virtio) if it's available. When using AIV, the
interrupts are delivered at the so called GISA by setting the bit
corresponding to its Interruption Subclass (ISC) in the Interruption
Pending Mask (IPM) instead of inserting a node into the floating interrupt
list.
To keep the change reasonably small, the handling of this new state is
deferred in get_all_floating_irqs and handle_tpi. This patch concentrates
on the code handling enqueuement of emulated adapter interrupts, and their
delivery to the guest.
Note that care is still required for adapter interrupts using AIV,
because there is no guarantee that AIV is going to deliver the adapter
interrupts pending at the GISA (consider all vcpus idle). When delivering
GISA adapter interrupts by the host (usual mechanism) special attention
is required to honor interrupt priorities.
Empirical results show that the time window between making an interrupt
pending at the GISA and doing kvm_s390_deliver_pending_interrupts is
sufficient for a guest with at least moderate cpu activity to get adapter
interrupts delivered within the SIE, and potentially save some SIE exits
(if not other deliverable interrupts).
The code will be activated with a follow-up patch.

In preperation to support pass-through adapter interrupts, the Guest

(AIV) features will be introduced here.
This patch introduces format-0 GISA (that is defines the struct describing
the GISA, allocates storage for it, and introduces fields for the
GISA address in kvm_s390_sie_block and kvm_s390_vsie).
As the GISA requires storage below 2GB, it is put in sie_page2, which is
already allocated in ZONE_DMA. In addition, The GISA requires alignment to
its integral boundary. This is already naturally aligned via the
padding in the sie_page2.

This patch prepares a simplification of bit operations between the irq
pending mask for emulated interrupts and the Interruption Pending Mask
(IPM) which is part of the Guest Interruption State Area (GISA), a feature
that allows interrupt delivery to guests by means of the SIE instruction.
Without that change, a bit-wise *or* operation on parts of these two masks
would either require a look-up table of size 256 bytes to map the IPM
to the emulated irq pending mask bit orientation (all bits mirrored at half
byte) or a sequence of up to 8 condidional branches to perform tests of
single bit positions. Both options are to be rejected either by performance
or space utilization reasons.
Beyond that this change will be transparent.

Another VCPU might try to modify the SCB while we are creating the
shadow SCB. In general this is no problem - unless the compiler decides
to not load values once, but e.g. twice.
For us, this is only relevant when checking/working with such values.
E.g. the prefix value, the mso, state of transactional execution and
addresses of satellite blocks.
E.g. if we blindly forward values (e.g. general purpose registers or
execution controls after masking), we don't care.
Leaving unpin_blocks() untouched for now, will handle it separately.
The worst thing right now that I can see would be a missed prefix
un/remap (mso, prefix, tx) or using wrong guest addresses. Nothing
critical, but let's try to avoid unpredictable behavior.

b) gmap_read_table()
c) gmap_pte_op_walk()
Are never called for gmap shadows. And never should be. This dates back
to gmap shadow prototypes where we allowed to call mprotect_notify() on
the gmap shadow (to get notified about the prefix pages getting removed).
This is avoided by always getting notified about any change on the gmap
shadow.
The only real function for walking page tables on shadow gmaps is
gmap_table_walk().
So, essentially, these functions should never get called and
gmap_pte_op_walk() can be cleaned up. Add some checks to callers of
gmap_pte_op_walk().

Among the existing architecture specific versions of
copy_siginfo_to_user32 there are several different implementation
problems. Some architectures fail to handle all of the cases in in
the siginfo union. Some architectures perform a blind copy of the
siginfo union when the si_code is negative. A blind copy suggests the
data is expected to be in 32bit siginfo format, which means that
receiving such a signal via signalfd won't work, or that the data is
in 64bit siginfo and the code is copying nonsense to userspace.
Create a single instance of copy_siginfo_to_user32 that all of the
architectures can share, and teach it to handle all of the cases in
the siginfo union correctly, with the assumption that siginfo is
stored internally to the kernel is 64bit siginfo format.
A special case is made for x86 x32 format. This is needed as presence
of both x32 and ia32 on x86_64 results in two different 32bit signal
formats. By allowing this small special case there winds up being
exactly one code base that needs to be maintained between all of the
architectures. Vastly increasing the testing base and the chances of
finding bugs.
As the x86 copy of copy_siginfo_to_user32 the call of the x86
signal_compat_build_tests were moved into sigaction_compat_abi, so
that they will keep running.

The function copy_siginfo_from_user32 is used for two things, in ptrace
since the dawn of siginfo for arbirarily modifying a signal that
user space sees, and in sigqueueinfo to send a signal with arbirary
siginfo data.
Create a single copy of copy_siginfo_from_user32 that all architectures
share, and teach it to handle all of the cases in the siginfo union.
In the generic version of copy_siginfo_from_user32 ensure that all
of the fields in siginfo are initialized so that the siginfo structure
can be safely copied to userspace if necessary.
When copying the embedded sigval union copy the si_int member. That
ensures the 32bit values passes through the kernel unchanged.

We need to consistently enforce that keyed hashes cannot be used without
setting the key. To do this we need a reliable way to determine whether
a given hash algorithm is keyed or not. AF_ALG currently does this by
checking for the presence of a ->setkey() method. However, this is
actually slightly broken because the CRC-32 algorithms implement
->setkey() but can also be used without a key. (The CRC-32 "key" is not
actually a cryptographic key but rather represents the initial state.
If not overridden, then a default initial state is used.)
Prepare to fix this by introducing a flag CRYPTO_ALG_OPTIONAL_KEY which
indicates that the algorithm has a ->setkey() method, but it is not
required to be called. Then set it on all the CRC-32 algorithms.
The same also applies to the Adler-32 implementation in Lustre.
Also, the cryptd and mcryptd templates have to pass through the flag
from their underlying algorithm.

pull-request: bpf-next 2017-12-18
The following pull-request contains BPF updates for your *net-next* tree.
The main changes are:
1) Allow arbitrary function calls from one BPF function to another BPF function.
As of today when writing BPF programs, __always_inline had to be used in
the BPF C programs for all functions, unnecessarily causing LLVM to inflate
code size. Handle this more naturally with support for BPF to BPF calls
such that this __always_inline restriction can be overcome. As a result,
it allows for better optimized code and finally enables to introduce core
BPF libraries in the future that can be reused out of different projects.
x86 and arm64 JIT support was added as well, from Alexei.
2) Add infrastructure for tagging functions as error injectable and allow for
BPF to return arbitrary error values when BPF is attached via kprobes on
those. This way of injecting errors generically eases testing and debugging
without having to recompile or restart the kernel. Tags for opting-in for
this facility are added with BPF_ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION(), from Josef.
3) For BPF offload via nfp JIT, add support for bpf_xdp_adjust_head() helper
call for XDP programs. First part of this work adds handling of BPF
capabilities included in the firmware, and the later patches add support
to the nfp verifier part and JIT as well as some small optimizations,
from Jakub.
4) The bpftool now also gets support for basic cgroup BPF operations such
as attaching, detaching and listing current BPF programs. As a requirement
for the attach part, bpftool can now also load object files through
'bpftool prog load'. This reuses libbpf which we have in the kernel tree
as well. bpftool-cgroup man page is added along with it, from Roman.
5) Back then commit e87c6bc385 ("bpf: permit multiple bpf attachments for
a single perf event") added support for attaching multiple BPF programs
to a single perf event. Given they are configured through perf's ioctl()
interface, the interface has been extended with a PERF_EVENT_IOC_QUERY_BPF
command in this work in order to return an array of one or multiple BPF
prog ids that are currently attached, from Yonghong.
6) Various minor fixes and cleanups to the bpftool's Makefile as well
as a new 'uninstall' and 'doc-uninstall' target for removing bpftool
itself or prior installed documentation related to it, from Quentin.
7) Add CONFIG_CGROUP_BPF=y to the BPF kernel selftest config file which is
required for the test_dev_cgroup test case to run, from Naresh.
8) Fix reporting of XDP prog_flags for nfp driver, from Jakub.
9) Fix libbpf's exit code from the Makefile when libelf was not found in
the system, also from Jakub.

This reverts commits 5c9d2d5c26, c7da82b894, and e7fe7b5cae.
We'll probably need to revisit this, but basically we should not
complicate the get_user_pages_fast() case, and checking the actual page
table protection key bits will require more care anyway, since the
protection keys depend on the exact state of the VM in question.
Particularly when doing a "remote" page lookup (ie in somebody elses VM,
not your own), you need to be much more careful than this was. Dave
Hansen says:
"So, the underlying bug here is that we now a get_user_pages_remote()
and then go ahead and do the p*_access_permitted() checks against the
current PKRU. This was introduced recently with the addition of the
new p??_access_permitted() calls.
We have checks in the VMA path for the "remote" gups and we avoid
consulting PKRU for them. This got missed in the pkeys selftests
because I did a ptrace read, but not a *write*. I also didn't
explicitly test it against something where a COW needed to be done"
It's also not entirely clear that it makes sense to check the protection
key bits at this level at all. But one possible eventual solution is to
make the get_user_pages_fast() case just abort if it sees protection key
bits set, which makes us fall back to the regular get_user_pages() case,
which then has a vma and can do the check there if we want to.
We'll see.
Somewhat related to this all: what we _do_ want to do some day is to
check the PAGE_USER bit - it should obviously always be set for user
pages, but it would be a good check to have back. Because we have no
generic way to test for it, we lost it as part of moving over from the
architecture-specific x86 GUP implementation to the generic one in
commit e585513b76 ("x86/mm/gup: Switch GUP to the generic
get_user_page_fast() implementation").

The assumption of unconditionally reloading skb pointers on
BPF helper calls where bpf_helper_changes_pkt_data() holds
true is wrong. There can be different contexts where the
BPF helper would enforce a reload such as in case of XDP.
Here, we do have a struct xdp_buff instead of struct sk_buff
as context, thus this will access garbage.
JITs only ever need to deal with cached skb pointer reload
when ld_abs/ind was seen, therefore guard the reload behind
SEEN_SKB only. Tested on s390x.

Revise and add CFI CFA and register rule annotations to the vDSO
functions for proper stack unwinding and debugging.
Because glibc might call the vDSO in special ways, the vDSO code
does not rely on a stack frame created by the caller. The TOD clock
value can be therefore not stored in the pre-allocated stack area
and additional stack space is required.
To correctly annotate these situations with CFI, the .cfi_val_offset
directive is required to create relative offsets on the value of the
stack register %r15. Because the .cfi_val_offset directive is
available with recent GNU assembler versions only, additional checks
are necessary.
Note that if the vDSO is assembled with an older assembler version,
stack unwinding and debugging from within the vDSO code might not
be possible.

Using perf probe and libdw on kernel modules failed to find CFI
data for symbols. The CFI data is stored in the .eh_frame section.
The elfutils libdw is not able to extract the CFI data correctly,
because the .eh_frame section requires "non-simple" relocations
for kernel modules.
The suggestion is to avoid these "non-simple" relocations by emitting
the CFI data in the .debug_frame section. Let gcc emit respective
directives by specifying the -fno-asynchronous-unwind-tables option.
Using the .debug_frame section for CFI data, the .eh_frame section
becomes unused and, thus, discard it for kernel and modules builds
The vDSO requires the .eh_frame section and, hence, emit the CFI data
in both, the .eh_frame and .debug_frame sections.

All skey functions call skey_check_enable at their start, which checks
if we are in the PSTATE and injects a privileged operation exception
if we are.
Unfortunately they continue processing afterwards and perform the
operation anyhow as skey_check_enable does not deliver an error if the
exception injection was successful.
Let's move the PSTATE check into the skey functions and exit them on
such an occasion, also we now do not enable skey handling anymore in
such a case.

Now that the SPDX tag is in all arch/s390/kvm/ files, that identifies
the license in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL
text wording can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.
This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.
No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.
Update the arch/s390/kvm/ files with the correct SPDX license
identifier based on the license text in the file itself. The SPDX
identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of

To mitigate and correct the broken uapi for the BPF_PROG_TYPE_PERF_EVENT
program type, introduce a user_pt_regs structure (similar to arm64) that
exports parts from the beginnig of the pt_regs structure.
The export must start with the beginning of the pt_regs structure because
to correctly calculate BPF prologues for perf (regs_query_register_offset()).
For BPF_PROG_TYPE_PERF_EVENT program types, the BPF program is then passed
a user_pt_regs structure.
Note: Depending on future changes to the s390 pt_regs structure, consider
the user_pt_regs structure to be stable for a particular kernel version
only. (Of course, s390 tries to ensure keep it stable as much as possible.)

Martin Cermak reported that setting a uprobe doesn't work. Reason for
this is that the common uprobes code tries to get an unmapped area at
the last possible page within an address space.
This broke with commit 1aea9b3f92 ("s390/mm: implement 5 level pages
tables") which introduced an off-by-one bug which prevents to map
anything at the last possible page within an address space.
The check with the off-by-one bug however can be removed since with

The switch_to() macro has an optimization to avoid saving and
restoring register contents that aren't needed for kernel threads.
There is however the possibility that a kernel thread execve's a user
space program. In such a case the execve'd process can partially see
the contents of the previous process, which shouldn't be allowed.
To avoid this, simply always save and restore register contents on
context switch.

In response to compile breakage introduced by a series that added the
pud_write helper to x86, Stephen notes:
did you consider using the other paradigm:
In arch include files:
#define pud_write pud_write
static inline int pud_write(pud_t pud)
.....
Then in include/asm-generic/pgtable.h:
#ifndef pud_write
tatic inline int pud_write(pud_t pud)
{
....
}
#endif
If you had, then the powerpc code would have worked ... ;-) and many
of the other interfaces in include/asm-generic/pgtable.h are
protected that way ...
Given that some architecture already define pmd_write() as a macro, it's
a net reduction to drop the definition of __HAVE_ARCH_PMD_WRITE.

KVM API says for the signal mask you set via KVM_SET_SIGNAL_MASK, that
"any unblocked signal received [...] will cause KVM_RUN to return with
-EINTR" and that "the signal will only be delivered if not blocked by
the original signal mask".
This, however, is only true, when the calling task has a signal handler
registered for a signal. If not, signal evaluation is short-circuited for
SIG_IGN and SIG_DFL, and the signal is either ignored without KVM_RUN
returning or the whole process is terminated.
Make KVM_SET_SIGNAL_MASK behave as advertised by utilizing logic similar
to that in do_sigtimedwait() to avoid short-circuiting of signals.

the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.
No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

Now that the SPDX tag is in all arch/s390/crypto/ files, that identifies
the license in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL
text wording can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.
Update the remaining arch/s390/ files with the correct SPDX license
identifier based on the license text in the file itself. The SPDX
identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of
the full boiler plate text.

git commit badb8bb983 "fix alloc_pgste check in init_new_context" fixed
the problem of 'current->mm == NULL' in init_new_context back in 2011.
git commit 3eabaee998 "KVM: s390: allow sie enablement for multi-
threaded programs" completely removed the check against alloc_pgste.
git commit 23fefe119c "s390/kvm: avoid global config of vm.alloc_pgste=1"
re-added a check against the alloc_pgste flag but without the required
check for current->mm != NULL.
For execve() called by a kernel thread init_new_context() reads from
((struct mm_struct *) NULL)->context.alloc_pgste to decide between
2K vs 4K page tables. If the bit happens to be set for the init process
it will be created with large page tables. This decision is inherited by
all the children of init, this waste quite some memory.
Re-add the check for 'current->mm != NULL'.

Using a tab to align disassembly lines which follow the first line with
"Krnl Code: " doesn't always work, e.g. if there is a prefix (timestamp
or syslog prefix) which is not 8 chars aligned. Go back to alignment
with spaces.
