279da1495d sparc32: remove stale RTC_PORT definition

scripts/Makefile.build:295: recipe for target 'drivers/block/floppy.o' failed

The reason is a duplicate definition of the RTC_PORT macro. The
one in arch/sparc/include/asm/io_32.h was apparently used a long time
ago for the drivers/char/rtc.c driver that is not available on SPARC
any more, since we now select 'RTC_CLASS' unconditionally.

Removing the macro fixes the build problem, and for consistency,
this also removes the RTC_ALWAYS_BCD macro and the comment for both.

556269c138 arch/*/io.h: Add ioremap_wt() to all architectures
Add ioremap_wt() to all arch-specific asm/io.h headers which
define ioremap_wc() locally. These headers do not include
<asm-generic/iomap.h>. Some of them include <asm-generic/io.h>,
but ioremap_wt() is defined for consistency since they define
all ioremap_xxx locally.

In all architectures without Write-Through support, ioremap_wt()
is defined indentical to ioremap_nocache().

frv and m68k already have ioremap_writethrough(). On those we
add ioremap_wt() indetical to ioremap_writethrough() and defines
ARCH_HAS_IOREMAP_WT in both architectures.

The ioremap_wt() interface is exported to drivers.

1191ccb34c sparc: io: implement dummy relaxed accessor macros for writes
write{b,w,l,q}_relaxed are implemented by some architectures in order to
permit memory-mapped I/O accesses with weaker barrier semantics than the
non-relaxed variants.

This patch adds dummy macros for the write accessors to sparc, in the
same vein as the dummy definitions for the relaxed read accessors. The
existing relaxed read{b,w,l} accessors are moved into asm/io.h, since
they are identical between 32-bit and 64-bit machines.

c3373da90b sparc32: clean up io_32.h
After introducing asm-generic/io.h a few things could still be cleaned up
o Drop useless macro indirection for sbus_* io access methods
  They were in the past used to hide casts between long and pointers
  but this is no longer so
o Fix function definitions for sbus memory functions so
  return value appear on same line as function name

e1039fb426 sparc32: introduce asm-generic/io.h
Use asm-generic/io.h definitions where applicable.
The inxx() and outxx() methods whcih was duplicated in pcic.c +
leon_pci.c are replaced by a set of static inlins from asm-generic/io.h

iomap.c is replaced by the generic versions, but are still
present to support sparc64.

a21a2fd403 sparc: switch to GENERIC_PCI_IOMAP
sparc copied pci_iomap from generic code, probably to avoid
pulling the rest of iomap.c in. Since that's in
a separate file now, we can reuse the common implementation.

f11b478d46 fbmem: fix fb_read, fb_write unaligned accesses
fb_{read,write} access the framebuffer using lots of fb_{read,write}l's
but don't check that the file position is aligned which can cause problems
on some architectures which do not support unaligned accesses.

Since the operations are essentially memcpy_{from,to}io, new
fb_memcpy_{from,to}fb macros have been defined and these are used instead.

For Sparc, fb_{read,write} macros use sbus_{read,write}, so this defines
new sbus_memcpy_{from,to}io functions the same as memcpy_{from,to}io but
using sbus_{read,write}b instead of {read,write}b.

8654164f54 sparc32: Fix page_to_phys().
It doesn't account for phys_base like it should, fix by using
page_to_pfn().

While we're here, make virt_to_page() use pfn_to_page() as well, so we
consistently use the asm/memory-model.h abstractions instead of
open-coding memory model assumptions.

a439fe51a1 sparc, sparc64: use arch/sparc/include
The majority of this patch was created by the following script:

***
ASM=arch/sparc/include/asm
mkdir -p $ASM
git mv include/asm-sparc64/ftrace.h $ASM
git rm include/asm-sparc64/*
git mv include/asm-sparc/* $ASM
sed -ie 's/asm-sparc64/asm/g' $ASM/*
sed -ie 's/asm-sparc/asm/g' $ASM/*
***

The rest was an update of the top-level Makefile to use sparc
for header files when sparc64 is being build.
And a small fixlet to pick up the correct unistd.h from
sparc64 code.
