The gma500 driver uses empty implementations for some of its encoders.
Replace the code with the generic simple encoder. As a side effect, the
patch also removes an indirection in the encoder setup for Medfield.

The GMA500 driver is using the legacy GPIO API to fetch
three optional display control GPIO lines from the SFI
description used by the Medfield platform.
Switch this over to use GPIO descriptors and delete the
custom platform data.
We create three new static locals in the tc35876x bridge
code but it is hardly any worse than the I2C client static
local already there: I tried first to move it to the DRM
driver state container but there are workarounds for
probe order in the code so I just stayed off it, as the
result is unpredictable.
People wanting to do a more throrugh and proper cleanup
of the GMA500 driver can work on top of this, I can't
solve much more since I don't have access to the hardware,
I can only attempt to tidy up my GPIO corner.

Drop remaining uses of the deprecated drmP.h in gma500
Replaced drmp.h with forward declarations or include files
as relevant.
Moved all include files to blocks in following order:
\#include <linux/*>
\#include <asm/*>
\#include <drm/*>
\#include ""
And within each block sort the include files alphabetically.

Drop use of drmp.h from all header files in drm/gma500.
Fix fallout in all files.
In some cases moved include lines and sorted them too.
With drmP.h removed from all header files it can now be removed from
each .c file without any further dependencies

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, and __devexit
from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

We need to merge this ahead of some of the cleanup because a lot of needed
cleanup spans both new and old chips. If we try and clean up and the merge
we end up fighting ourselves.
