Pull MIPS updates from Ralf Baechle:
- three fixes for 3.15 that didn't make it in time
- limited Octeon 3 support.
- paravirtualization support
- improvment to platform support for Netlogix SOCs.
- add support for powering down the Malta eval board in software
- add many instructions to the in-kernel microassembler.
- add support for the BPF JIT.
- minor cleanups of the BCM47xx code.
- large cleanup of math emu code resulting in significant code size
reduction, better readability of the code and more accurate
emulation.
- improvments to the MIPS CPS code.
- support C3 power status for the R4k count/compare clock device.
- improvments to the GIO support for older SGI workstations.
- increase number of supported CPUs to 256; this can be reached on
certain embedded multithreaded ccNUMA configurations.
- various small cleanups, updates and fixes

This patch simply adds definitions for some I/O registers in the PIIX4
PM device, and the magic data for a special cycle which must occur on
the PCI bus in order for the PIIX4 to enter a suspend state.

This patch ensures that the kernel sets a sane base address for the
PIIX4 PM I/O register region during boot. Without this the kernel may
not successfully claim the region as a resource if the bootloader didn't
configure the region. With this patch the kernel will always succeed
with:
pci 0000:00:0a.3: quirk: [io 0x1000-0x103f] claimed by PIIX4 ACPI
The lack of the resource claiming is easily reproducible without this
patch using current versions of QEMU.

This patch causes the kernel to mux the SERIRQ interrupt to the SERIRQ
pin of the PIIX4 and to enable that interrupt. The kernel depends upon
the interrupt when using the SuperIO UARTs (ttyS0 & ttyS1) but
previously would not configure it, instead relying upon the bootloader
having done so. If that is not the case then the typical result is that
the system appears to hang once it reaches userland as no output is
displayed on the UART.

The PIIX4_ICTLR* and PIIX4_OCW* defines are not used by any other files.
Remove them.
The only file (other than fixup-malta.c which includes piix4.h in patch #1)
containing "#include <asm/mips-boards/piix4.h>" is
arch/mips/mti-malta/malta-int.c whose first version is actually
"1da177e4c3:arch/mips/mips-boards/malta/malta_int.c". In that version, in
the function get_int(), things in piix4.h are used. But now malta-int.c no
longer needs those stuff.

The built-in Loongson 2E/2F northbridge in is bonito64-compatible but not
identical with it. To avoid influencing the original bonito64 support and
make the loongson support more maintainable, it's better to separate the
Bonito64 code from the Loongson code.
This also prepares the kernel for the coming Loongson 2f machines family
support.
