On MX31 we can't do much without mapping the AIPS1/2 register space.
Move these mappings from individual boards to plat-mxc/mm.c

- rename mxc_clocks_init to architecture specific versions. This
allows us to have more than one architecture compiled in.
- call mxc_timer_init from clock initialisation instead from board
code

Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h.
Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h,
update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove
asm/hardware.h.

This patch converts the external "add_mx31lite-basic_defconfig.diff" to our
MXC implementation.

This patch adds basic support for i.MX31 LiteKit by LogicPD.
With printascii() in kernel/printk.c, it boots right into the
rootfs-panic.
Note: This is a modified version of Daniel's patch to fit into this patch
stack.
