At this moment the following is supported:
* Link state management through phylib
* Autonomous L2 forwarding managed through iproute2 bridge commands.
IP termination must be done currently through the master netdevice,
since the switch is unmanaged at this point and using
DSA_TAG_PROTO_NONE.

This provides an unified API for accessing register bit fields
regardless of memory layout. The basic unit of data for these API
functions is the u64. The process of transforming an u64 from native CPU
encoding into the peripheral's encoding is called 'pack', and
transforming it from peripheral to native CPU encoding is 'unpack'.

pull-request: bpf-next 2019-04-28
The following pull-request contains BPF updates for your *net-next* tree.
The main changes are:
1) Introduce BPF socket local storage map so that BPF programs can store
private data they associate with a socket (instead of e.g. separate hash
table), from Martin.
2) Add support for bpftool to dump BTF types. This is done through a new
`bpftool btf dump` sub-command, from Andrii.
3) Enable BPF-based flow dissector for skb-less eth_get_headlen() calls which
was currently not supported since skb was used to lookup netns, from Stanislav.
4) Add an opt-in interface for tracepoints to expose a writable context
for attached BPF programs, used here for NBD sockets, from Matt.
5) BPF xadd related arm64 JIT fixes and scalability improvements, from Daniel.
6) Change the skb->protocol for bpf_skb_adjust_room() helper in order to
support tunnels such as sit. Add selftests as well, from Willem.
7) Various smaller misc fixes.

This adds a tracepoint that can both observe the nbd request being sent
to the server, as well as modify that request , e.g., setting a flag in
the request that will cause the server to collect detailed tracing data.
The struct request * being handled is included to permit correlation
with the block tracepoints.

"The first five in this series are heavily inspired by the work Al did
on the aio side to fix the races there.
The last two re-introduce a feature that was in io_uring before it got
merged, but which I pulled since we didn't have a good way to have
BVEC iters that already have a stable reference. These aren't
necessarily related to block, it's just how io_uring pins fixed
buffers"
