48849a4150 iwlwifi: mvm: Refactor and fix max probe len computation
Move iwl_mvm_max_scan_ie_len function to scan.c and fix the
implementation to conform with the LMAC scan API.
Since the correct implementation would leave us with unacceptably
tiny probes, add a workaround which returns a larger value.
In current implementation it's possible that unified_scan_lmac and
unified_sched_scan_lmac would return -ENOBUFS.

361dbec8ac iwlwifi: mvm: choose an initial tx rate based on rssi conditions
Improve the initial tx rate and antenna selection to be based on
the rssi of the last rx. This avoids starting at the lowest legacy

Since this option might cause trouble in certain setups, allow to
disable it by default.

3edf8ff617 iwlwifi: mvm: prepare for scheduler config command
The scheduler is a HW sub-block that directs the work of the Flow
Handler by issuing requests for frame transfers, specifying source
and destination. Its primary function is to allocate flows into the
TX FIFOs based upon a pre-determined mapping.

The driver has some responsibilities to the scheduler, namely
initialising and maintaining the hardware registers. This is
currently done by directly accessing them, which can cause races
with the firmware also accessing the registers.

To address this problem, change the driver to no longer directly
access the registers but go through the firmware for this if the
firmware has support for DQA and thus the new command.

a0a09243e0 iwlwifi: mvm: use the firmware to get the temperature during CT kill
Reading the temperature directly from the hardware, without the help
of the firmware, is a complex process and is not entirely the same for
different hardware. Also, some NICs don't easily allow access to the
sensors when the firmware is not running, which would add even more
complexity to the code.

To reduce the code complexity and to avoid code duplication between
the firmware and the driver, boot the firmware briefly to read the
current temperature while in CT kill mode.

3dfd3a97c8 iwlwifi: mvm: correct firmware disassoc command sequence
The firmware would like to have a MAC context (unassoc)
before the AP station is removed (we do this) but would
like to keep the BSSID until after it is removed, so we
need to send two commands - one with the BSSID before
and one without the BSSID after.

In order to do this, we need to store the BSSID as it
will have been cleared by mac80211 by the time we get
notified of the disassociation. Also pass it around as
an override to the various functions needing it, and
keep taking it from the mac80211 data otherwise. This
avoids having to keep track of the BSSID in all modes.

b112889c5a iwlwifi: mvm: add Aux ROC request/response flow
The Remain On Channel framework added to the firmare is
a bit like time events. It allows the driver to request
the firmware to be on a certain channel for a certain time.
Unlike the time events, the ROC infrastructure doesn't need
a MAC context in the firmware - it uses a generic context
called "auxiliary framework".

This is useful for any offchannel activity that is not bound
to a specific MAC.
The flow is synchronized much like with time events:
1) The driver receives an action frame from the wpa_supplicant
via nl80211 that requests to be sent offchannel.
2) The driver sends an Aux ROC command (0x53) to the firmware.
3) The firmware responds with the unique id of the time event.
4) When time event starts, the driver puts the frame in the
   Aux queue.

Special care needs to be taken when the time events ends:
the queue needs to be cleaned-up.

999609f120 iwlwifi: mvm: remove vif argument from power_update_mac
The power update function looks at all current vifs to determine the power
policy. It doesn't use the current vif. Instead the value was overwritten
and used internally.

bca49d9a22 iwlwifi: mvm: pass force_assoc_off all the way down to avoid hacks
In some cases, we need to force the association to be off in the
MAC_CONTEXT_CMD command we send to the firmware. Instead of having to
hack the vif->bss_conf.assoc value, pass it all the way down the call
chain.

Additionally, for the iwl_mvm_mac_ctxt_add() case, we *always* set
forced_assoc_off to true, so we can remove the hack in the d3 code
that was forcing it to off by hacking the bss_conf.assoc value.

fa7b2e7fd0 iwlwifi: mvm: don't filter out the first beacon
Enabling beacon filtering should be done only after a beacon
has been received. Doing that too early will cause
disconnections.
This has already been fixed, but the fix didn't take care
about the case where the beacon is received after the
association, it waited only for association which is not
enough.
