The UART reference clock speed is 7273.8 kHz, not 72738 kHz.
Dots aren't usually used in node names even though ePAPR permits
them. However, this can easily be avoided by expressing the
frequency in Hz, not kHz.
This patch changes the name to refclk7273800hz, reflecting the
actual clock speed.

Commit 5d425c1865 ("arm64: kernel: add support for cpu cache
information") adds cacheinfo support for ARM64. Since there's no
architectural way of detecting the cpus that share particular cache,
device tree can be used and the core cacheinfo already supports the
same.
This patch adds the L2 cache topology on Juno board, FVP/RTSM and
foundation models.

The 64-bit set of updates this release cycle adds support for three new platforms:

For all these, the changes mostly consititude additions of DT contents,
but also some Kconfig entries to allow dependency/selection of drivers

Pull "dts, kbuild: Implement support for dtb vendor subdirs" from
Robert Richter:
dts, kbuild: Implement support for dtb vendor subdirs
For arm64 we want to put dts files into vendor's subdirectories from
the beginning. This patch set implements this. As this is a generic
kbuild implementation, vendor subdirs will be also available for
arch/arm and other architectures. The subdirectory tree is also
reflected in the install path.
A new makefile variable dts-dirs is introduced to point to dts
subdirs. This variable is used by kbuild for building and installation
of dtb files.
A dts Makefile looks now as follows:
----
dtb-$(CONFIG_...) += some_file_1.dtb
dtb-$(CONFIG_...) += some_file_2.dtb
dts-dirs += dir_vendor_a
dts-dirs += dir_vendor_b
always := $(dtb-y)
subdir-y := $(dts-dirs)
clean-files := *.dtb
----
This patches also introduces the dtbs_install make target for
arm64. Install rules are moved to Makefile.dtbinst using the same
style and calling convention like for modinst and fwinst.

Move dtbs install rules to Makefile.dtbinst. This change is needed to
implement support for dts vendor subdirs. The change makes Makefiles
easier and smaller as no longer the dtbs_install rule needs to be
defined. Another advantage is that install goals are not encoded in
targets anymore (%.dtb_dtbinst_).

"This set fixes a bunch of fallout from the changes that went in during
this merge window, particularly:
- Fix fsl_pq_mdio (Claudiu Manoil) and fm10k (Pranith Kumar) build
failures.
- Several networking drivers do atomic_set() on page counts where
that's not exactly legal. From Eric Dumazet.
- Make __skb_flow_get_ports() work cleanly with unaligned data, from
Alexander Duyck.
- Fix some kernel-doc buglets in rfkill and netlabel, from Fabian
Frederick.
- Unbalanced enable_irq_wake usage in bcmgenet and systemport
drivers, from Florian Fainelli.
- pxa168_eth needs to depend on HAS_DMA, from Geert Uytterhoeven.
- Multi-dequeue in the qdisc layer severely bypasses the fairness
limits the previous code used to enforce, reintroduce in a way that
at the same time doesn't compromise bulk dequeue opportunities.
From Jesper Dangaard Brouer.
- macvlan receive path unnecessarily hops through a softirq by using
netif_rx() instead of netif_receive_skb(). From Jason Baron"

Starting with 3.18, we are merging SoC-specific changes for arm64 through
the arm-soc tree, like we have been doing for arm32.
This time, there is only one set of changes, adding support for the
Cavium "Thunder" Soc family. Since the changes are relatively small,
this includes Kconfig, defconfig and DT changes.
If all goes well, we will never require adding actual C source code
for platform support in arm64, given that the architecture is more
clearly defined and we have moved out a lot of the platform specifics
into device drivers for arm32 already.

in the dts file).

Components of the Versatile Express platform (configuration
microcontrollers on motherboard and daughterboards in particular)
talk to each other over a custom configuration bus. They
provide miscellaneous functions (from clock generator control
to energy sensors) which are represented as platform devices
(and Device Tree nodes). The transactions on the bus can
be generated by different "bridges" in the system, some
of which are universal for the whole platform (for the price
of high transfer latencies), others restricted to a subsystem
(but much faster).
Until now drivers for such functions were using custom "func"
API, which is being replaced in this patch by regmap calls.
This required:
* a rework (and move to drivers/bus directory, as suggested
by Samuel and Arnd) of the config bus core, which is much
simpler now and uses device model infrastructure (class)
to keep track of the bridges; non-DT case (soon to be
retired anyway) is simply covered by a special device
registration function
* the new config-bus driver also takes over device population,
so there is no need for special matching table for
of_platform_populate nor "simple-bus" hack in the arm64
model dtsi file (relevant bindings documentation has
been updated); this allows all the vexpress devices
fit into normal device model, making it possible
to remove plenty of early inits and other hacks in
the near future
* adaptation of the syscfg bridge implementation in the
sysreg driver, again making it much simpler; there is
a special case of the "energy" function spanning two
registers, where they should be both defined in the tree
now, but backward compatibility is maintained in the code
* modification of the relevant drivers:
* hwmon - just a straight-forward API change
* power/reset driver - API change
* regulator - API change plus error handling
simplification
* osc clock driver - this one required larger rework
in order to turn in into a standard platform driver
