0766387bcf powerpc: Use rwsem.h from generic location
As of commit dd472da38, rwsem.h was moved into asm-generic.
This patch removes the arch file and points the build at
its new location.

unifdef-y and header-y have same semantic, so drop unifdef-y

74d96f0186 byteorder: make swab.h include asm/swab.h like a regular header
Add swab.h to kbuild.asm and remove the individual entries from
each arch, mark as unifdef as some arches have some kernel-only
bits inside.

b8b572e101 powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asm
from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a

mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm
git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm

Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places
where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly. Of the latter only
one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc.
