IT9135 devices do support USB 1.
Support added with restricton on pid count to 5.
IT9137 devices wil not connect in USB 1 mode.

However, things are a little confusing, it is not clear that
dvb-usb-it9137-01.fw does not work with version 2 chips
as in recent files both firmwares are the same.

Only single devices have been tested. Dual ITE 9135 devices
should work, but have not been tested.
