Move i2cmux node from soc node to root node.
i2cmux node does not have any register properties and thus shouldn't be
placed on the bus.
This fixes the following build warnings with W=1:
arch/arm/boot/dts/imx28-cfa10049.dtb: Warning (simple_bus_reg): Node /apb@80000000/apbx@80040000/i2cmux missing or empty reg/ranges property

The FEC driver ignores the GPIO polarity from 'phy-reset-gpios' and
considers that the Ethernet PHY is active low, unless the
property 'phy-reset-active-high' is present.
Fix the device tree description by explicitly passing the
'GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW' flag to the 'phy-reset-gpios' property.

The device tree specification recommends that generic name should be
used for nodes. So instead of naming those fixed regulator nodes
arbitrarily, let's use the generic name 'regulator@num' for those nodes.

Convert mx23/mx28 dts filed to use the pinctrl header files.
NOTE: During automatic conversion of these files to use the pinconfig
definitions an inconsistency has been found in:
arch/arm/boot/dts/imx28-apx4devkit.dts
According to the comment the function for pad SSP2_SS0 should have
been MX28_PAD_SSP2_SS0__GPIO_2_19, while the given value 0x2131
represents: MX28_PAD_SSP2_SS0__AUART3_TX
I used the later (though probably wrong) definition because that's
what is actually being used in the DTB.

The SSD1307 was used in an early prototype that will never get
distributed. The final board now has a SSD1306 instead, that has its own
power generation unit and thus doesn't need any PWM. The panel attached
to it also changed.
