Hook these platforms restart code into the new restart hook rather
than using arch_reset().

Fix up conflicts in:

This helps resolve the conflicts between the imx cleanups and the
new code that has gone into the imx tree.
Conflict resolution was originally done by Sascha Hauer.

Current code does not set the GPIO value to zero as mentioned in the comment.
Fix it by setting the initial GPIO value to zero.

This patch is to add pad control helper macro to make the code easy
to read. The need is being seen when adding pad definitions for
LCDIF which gets ~30 pads to define.
