Routes without a control must use NULL for the control name. The da732x
driver uses "NULL" instead in a few places. Previous to commit 5fe5b767dc
("ASoC: dapm: Do not pretend to support controls for non mixer/mux widgets")
the DAPM core silently ignored non-NULL controls on non-mixer and non-mux
routes. But starting with that commit it will complain and not add the
route breaking the da732x driver in the process.
This patch replaces the incorrect "NULL" control name with NULL to fix the
issue.

removed, use snd_soc_dapm_to_codec(w->dapm) instead.

Since the ASoC core now takes care of setting the bias level to
SND_SOC_BIAS_OFF when removing the CODEC there is no need to do it manually
anymore either.
The manual transition to SND_SOC_BIAS_STANDBY at the end of CODEC probe()
can also be removed as the core will automatically do this after the CODEC
has been probed.

For CODEC controls snd_kcontrol_chip() currently returns a pointer to the
CODEC that registered the control. With the upcoming consolidation of
platform and CODEC controls this will change. Prepare for this by introducing
the snd_soc_kcontrol_codec() helper function that will hide the implementation
details of how the CODEC for a control can be obtained. This will allow us to
change this easily in the future.
The patch also updates all CODEC drivers to use the new helper function.

Pre-merge code was using direct hw_read() calls as an out of framework
way of doing volatile register I/O when not using regmap. This has never
functioned correctly in mainline due to the regmap conversion, the
hw_read() implementation still does caching. In order to facilitate
removal of the subsystem level I/O code convert to use snd_soc_read(),
there should be no functional impact.

The driver reads from the DC offset control registers during callibration
but since the registers are marked as volatile and there is a register
cache the values will not be read from the hardware after the first reading
rendering the callibration ineffective.
It appears that the driver was originally written for the ASoC level
register I/O code but converted to regmap prior to merge and this issue
was missed during the conversion as the framework level volatile register
functionality was not being used.

With the ongoing component-ization of the ASoC framework and the continuing
migration to using regmap for IO the control_data field of the snd_soc_codec
struct will eventually be removed. Prepare the da732x driver for this by using
da732x->regmap instead of accessing the CODEC's control_data field.
