Stop providing the possibility to override the address space using
set_fs() now that there is no need for that any more.

riscv: use 16KB kernel stack on 64-bit
With the current 8KB stack size there are frequent overflows in a 64-bit
configuration. We may split IRQ stacks off in the future, but this fixes a
number of issues right now.

5340627e3f riscv: add support for SECCOMP and SECCOMP_FILTER
This patch was extensively tested on Fedora/RISCV (applied by default on
top of 5.2-rc7 kernel for <2 months). The patch was also tested with 5.3-rc
on QEMU and SiFive Unleashed board.

libseccomp (userspace) was rebased:
https://github.com/seccomp/libseccomp/pull/134

Fully passes libseccomp regression testing (simulation and live).

There is one failing kernel selftest: global.user_notification_signal

v1 -> v2:
  - return immediately if secure_computing(NULL) returns -1
  - fixed whitespace issues
  - add missing seccomp.h
  - remove patch #2 (solved now)
  - add riscv to seccomp kernel selftest

riscv: turn mm_segment_t into a struct
This matches what other heavily used architectures do, and will allow us
to easily use <asm-generic/uaccess.h> for the nommu case.

0500871f21 Construct init thread stack in the linker script rather than by union
Construct the init thread stack in the linker script rather than doing it
by means of a union so that ia64's init_task.c can be got rid of.

The following symbols are then made available from INIT_TASK_DATA() linker
script macro:

	init_thread_union
	init_stack

INIT_TASK_DATA() also expands the region to THREAD_SIZE to accommodate the
size of the init stack. init_thread_union is given its own section so that
it can be placed into the stack space in the right order. I'm assuming
that the ia64 ordering is correct and that the task_struct is first and the
thread_info second.
