635d62f073 [media] ivtv: embed video_device 
Embed the video_device struct to simplify the error handling and in
order to (eventually) get rid of video_device_alloc/release.

b285192a43 [media] rename most media/video pci drivers to media/pci 
Rename all PCI drivers with their own directory under
drivers/media/video into drivers/media/pci and update the
building system.
