57d34a6cee rcu: Update docs to include kfree_rcu()
Mention kfree_rcu() in the call_rcu() section. Additionally fix the
example code for list replacement that used the wrong structure element.

3943ac5d99 Doc: Fix wrong API example usage of call_rcu().
At some point the API of call_rcu() changed from three parameters
to two parameters, correct the documentation.

One confusing thing in RCU/listRCU.txt, which is NOT fixed in this patch,
is that no reason or explaination is given for using call_rcu() instead of
the normal synchronize_rcu() call.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
