If an aggregation session fails, frames still end up in the driver queue
with IEEE80211_TX_CTL_AMPDU set.
This causes tx for the affected station/tid to stall, since
ath_tx_get_tid_subframe returning packets to send.
Fix this by clearing IEEE80211_TX_CTL_AMPDU as long as no aggregation
session is running.

P4 systems with cpuid level < 4 can have SMT, but the cache topology
description available (cpuid2) does not include SMP information.
Now we know that SMT shares all cache levels, and therefore we can
mark all available cache levels as shared.
We do this by setting cpu_llc_id to ->phys_proc_id, since that's
the same for each SMT thread. We can do this unconditional since if
there's no SMT its still true, the one CPU shares cache with only
itself.
This fixes a problem where such CPUs report an incorrect LLC CPU mask.
This in turn fixes a crash in the scheduler where the topology was
build wrong, it assumes the LLC mask to include at least the SMT CPUs.

Commit 8c7424cff6 "nfsd4: don't try to encode conflicting owner if low
on space" forgot to free conf->data in nfsd4_encode_lockt and before
sign conf->data to NULL in nfsd4_encode_lock_denied, causing a leak.
Worse, kfree() can be called on an uninitialized pointer in the case of
a succesful lock (or one that fails for a reason other than a conflict).
(Note that lock->lk_denied.ld_owner.data appears it should be zero here,
until you notice that it's one arm of a union the other arm of which is
written to in the succesful case by the
memcpy(&lock->lk_resp_stateid, &lock_stp->st_stid.sc_stateid,
sizeof(stateid_t));
in nfsd4_lock(). In the 32-bit case this overwrites ld_owner.data.)

An object can only have an active gtt mapping if it is currently bound
into the global gtt. Therefore we can simply walk the list of all bound
objects and check the flag upon those for an active gtt mapping.

ZONE_DMA is created to allow 32-bit only devices to access memory in the
absence of an IOMMU. On systems where the memory starts above 4GB, it is
expected that some devices have a DMA offset hardwired to be able to
access the bottom of the memory. Linux currently supports DT bindings
for the DMA offsets but they are not (easily) available early during
boot.
This patch tries to guess a DMA offset and assumes that ZONE_DMA
corresponds to the 32-bit mask above the start of DRAM.

The DRA74/72 control module pins have a weak pull up and pull down.
This is configured by bit offset 17. if BIT(17) is 1, a pull up is
selected, else a pull down is selected.
However, this pull resisstor is applied based on BIT(16) -
PULLUDENABLE - if BIT(18) is *0*, then pull as defined in BIT(17) is
applied, else no weak pulls are applied. We defined this in reverse.

In the recent commit b50a6c584b "Clear MMCR2 when enabling PMU", I
screwed up the handling of MMCR2 for tasks using EBB.
We must make sure we set MMCR2 *before* ebb_switch_in(), otherwise we
overwrite the value of MMCR2 that userspace may have written. That
potentially breaks a task that uses EBB and manually uses MMCR2 for
event freezing.

While we already had various kind of bugs in that area
ec0223ec48 ("net: sctp: fix sctp_sf_do_5_1D_ce to verify if
we/peer is AUTH capable") and b14878ccb7 ("net: sctp: cache
auth_enable per endpoint"), this one is a bit of a different
kind.
Giving a bit more background on why SCTP authentication is
needed can be found in RFC4895:
SCTP uses 32-bit verification tags to protect itself against
blind attackers. These values are not changed during the
lifetime of an SCTP association.
Looking at new SCTP extensions, there is the need to have a
method of proving that an SCTP chunk(s) was really sent by
the original peer that started the association and not by a
malicious attacker.
To cause this bug, we're triggering an INIT collision between
peers; normal SCTP handshake where both sides intent to
authenticate packets contains RANDOM; CHUNKS; HMAC-ALGO
parameters that are being negotiated among peers:

RFC4895 says that each endpoint therefore knows its own random
number and the peer's random number *after* the association
has been established. The local and peer's random number along
with the shared key are then part of the secret used for
calculating the HMAC in the AUTH chunk.
Now, in our scenario, we have 2 threads with 1 non-blocking
SEQ_PACKET socket each, setting up common shared SCTP_AUTH_KEY
and SCTP_AUTH_ACTIVE_KEY properly, and each of them calling
sctp_bindx(3), listen(2) and connect(2) against each other,
thus the handshake looks similar to this, e.g.:

Since such collisions can also happen with verification tags,
the RFC4895 for AUTH rather vaguely says under section 6.1:
In case of INIT collision, the rules governing the handling
of this Random Number follow the same pattern as those for
the Verification Tag, as explained in Section 5.2.4 of
RFC 2960 [5]. Therefore, each endpoint knows its own Random
Number and the peer's Random Number after the association
has been established.
In RFC2960, section 5.2.4, we're eventually hitting Action B:
B) In this case, both sides may be attempting to start an
association at about the same time but the peer endpoint
started its INIT after responding to the local endpoint's
INIT. Thus it may have picked a new Verification Tag not
being aware of the previous Tag it had sent this endpoint.
The endpoint should stay in or enter the ESTABLISHED
state but it MUST update its peer's Verification Tag from
the State Cookie, stop any init or cookie timers that may
running and send a COOKIE ACK.
In other words, the handling of the Random parameter is the
same as behavior for the Verification Tag as described in
Action B of section 5.2.4.
Looking at the code, we exactly hit the sctp_sf_do_dupcook_b()
case which triggers an SCTP_CMD_UPDATE_ASSOC command to the
side effect interpreter, and in fact it properly copies over
peer_{random, hmacs, chunks} parameters from the newly created
association to update the existing one.
Also, the old asoc_shared_key is being released and based on
the new params, sctp_auth_asoc_init_active_key() updated.
However, the issue observed in this case is that the previous
asoc->peer.auth_capable was 0, and has *not* been updated, so
that instead of creating a new secret, we're doing an early
return from the function sctp_auth_asoc_init_active_key()
leaving asoc->asoc_shared_key as NULL. However, we now have to
authenticate chunks from the updated chunk list (e.g. COOKIE-ACK).
That in fact causes the server side when responding with ...

... to trigger a NULL pointer dereference, since in
sctp_packet_transmit(), it discovers that an AUTH chunk is
being queued for xmit, and thus it calls sctp_auth_calculate_hmac().
Since the asoc->active_key_id is still inherited from the
endpoint, and the same as encoded into the chunk, it uses
asoc->asoc_shared_key, which is still NULL, as an asoc_key
and dereferences it in ...
crypto_hash_setkey(desc.tfm, &asoc_key->data[0], asoc_key->len)
... causing an oops. All this happens because sctp_make_cookie_ack()
called with the *new* association has the peer.auth_capable=1
and therefore marks the chunk with auth=1 after checking
sctp_auth_send_cid(), but it is *actually* sent later on over
the then *updated* association's transport that didn't initialize
its shared key due to peer.auth_capable=0. Since control chunks
in that case are not sent by the temporary association which
are scheduled for deletion, they are issued for xmit via
SCTP_CMD_REPLY in the interpreter with the context of the
*updated* association. peer.auth_capable was 0 in the updated
association (which went from COOKIE_WAIT into ESTABLISHED state),
since all previous processing that performed sctp_process_init()
was being done on temporary associations, that we eventually
throw away each time.
The correct fix is to update to the new peer.auth_capable
value as well in the collision case via sctp_assoc_update(),
so that in case the collision migrated from 0 -> 1,
sctp_auth_asoc_init_active_key() can properly recalculate
the secret. This therefore fixes the observed server panic.

When timestamping received packets, rx_timestamp_work may be scheduled
before the timestamps is received from the hardware resulting in the
packet beeing delivered without the timestamp.
This is fixed by changing the receive timestamp path:
On receiving a packet that need timestamping, the rxts list is
traversed. If a match is found, packet+timestamp are delivered,
otherwise the packet is added to a rx_queue.
When a timestamp arrives rx_queue is traversed and if a matching
packet is found, it is delivered with the timestamp. Otherwise the
timestamp is added to the rxts list for matching with packets arriving
later.
In case the hardware drops a timestamp, a workqueue regularly checks
the queue for old packets and delivers them without a timestamp.

alb/tlb mode.
The second patch, by me, is an ethtool private flag that enable turning off the
BlueFlame hardware feature.
The last two patches, introduce a new low memory profile for mlx4_en and
mlx4_core. This mode is useful when running from a limited resources
environment, like kdump. This will reduce the memory consumed by both drivers
from more than 100M to ~30M.

When running in kdump kernel, reduce number of resources allocated for
the hardware. This will enable the NIC to operate in this low memory

When port is down dev_addr is changed (e.g. by bonding) but current_mac
is not touched. When port is up again, hash_mac is updated to dev_addr,
but current_mac isn't. This leads to inconsistency between current_mac
and mac_hash. Because of that, mlx4_en_replace_mac() fails to find
current_mac in mac_hash.
Fix is to reset current_mac to dev_addr when port is up - as we do for
mac_hash.

Now that all the users of mvpp2_bm_bufs_free() have been fixed, we can safely
clean the function prototype.
The function is always called to release all the buffers in a BM pool, and
the number of buffers freed is not needed. Therefore, we change the return
to a void, and remove the "num" parameter. This is a cosmetic change, to
make the code slightly cleaner.

After a call to mvpp2_bm_bufs_free(), the caller usually wants to know
if the function successfully freed the requested number. However, this
cannot be done by looking into the BM pool count, because the current
buffer count was updated by mvpp2_bm_bufs_free().
In fact, the current callers of mvpp2_bm_bufs_free() use it to release
all the buffers in the pool, so we can fix this by simply checking
if the pool is not empty.

Currently, the network interfaces that are not configured by the bootloader
(using e.g. tftp or ping) can detect the link status but are unable to
transmit data.
The network controller has a functionality that allows the hardware to
continuously poll the PHY and directly update the MAC configuration accordingly
(speed, duplex, etc.). However, this doesn't work well with phylib's
software-based polling and updating MAC configuration in the driver's callback.
This commit fixes this issue by:
1. Setting MVPP2_PHY_AN_STOP_SMI0_MASK in MVPP2_PHY_AN_CFG0_REG in
mvpp2_init(), which disables the harware polling feature.
2. Disabling MVPP2_GMAC_PCS_ENABLE_MASK bit in MVPP2_GMAC_CTRL_2_REG in
mvpp2_port_mii_set() for port types other than SGMII.

The check for Nagle contains 6 separate checks all of which must be true
before a data packet is delayed.
Separate out each into its own 'if (test) return SCTP_XMIT_OK' so that
the reasons can be individually described.
Also return directly with SCTP_XMIT_RWND_FULL.
Delete the now-unused 'retval' variable and 'finish' label from
sctp_packet_can_append_data().

If the expected throughput is queried before rate control has been
initialized, the minstrel op for it will crash while trying to access
the rate table.

Add some missing ops and prepare for new devices support. This patch is
a great stability improvement for BCM43217. Earlier Tenda W322E used to
disconnect every 2 minutes (16 times over 30 minutes). With this fix I
got it running for 4 hours (with iperf) without any disconnection.

mmc_rescan will scan for non-removable cards only once, hence the card
will not be rediscovered.
