db12847ca8 mac80211: Re-fix accounting of the tailroom-needed counter
When hw acceleration is enabled, the GENERATE_IV or PUT_IV_SPACE flags
only require headroom space. Therefore, the tailroom-needed counter can
safely be decremented for most drivers.

The older incarnation of this patch (ca34e3b5) assumed that the above
holds true for all drivers. As reported by Christopher Chavez and
researched by Christian Lamparter and Larry Finger, this isn't a valid
assumption for p54 and cw1200.

Drivers that still require tailroom for ICV/MIC even when HW encryption
is enabled can use IEEE80211_KEY_FLAG_RESERVE_TAILROOM to indicate it.

848955ccf0 mac80211: move U-APSD enablement to vif flags
In order to let drivers have more dynamic U-APSD support,
move the enablement flag to the virtual interface driver
flags. This lets drivers not only set it up differently
for different interfaces, but also enable/disable on the
fly if needed.

69253b6108 cw1200: Remove useless return variables
This patch remove variables that are initialized with a constant,
are never updated, and are only used as parameter of return.
Return the constant instead of using a variable.

Verified by compilation only.

The coccinelle script that find and fixes this issue is:

type T;
constant C;
identifier ret;
@@
- T ret = C;
... when != ret
    when strict
return

77be2c54c5 mac80211: add vif to flush call
This will allow the low level driver to make decision based
on the vif such as queues etc...
Since the vif might be NULL, we can't add it to the tracing
functions.

5a6e0cf707 cw1200: Fix spurious BUG_ON() trigger when starting AP mode.
There's an underlying race condition with the unjoin_work() call that is
sometimes triggered depending on scheduling order and the phase of the
moon. This doesn't fix the race condition, but it does remove the
ill-advised BUG_ON() call in an easily-recoverable situation.

7258416c51 cw1200: Fix up a large pile of sparse warnings
Most of these relate to endianness problems, and are purely cosmetic.

But a couple of them were legit -- listen interval parsing and some of
the rate selection code would malfunction on BE systems.

There's still one cosmetic warning remaining, in the (admittedly) ugly
code in cw1200_spi.c. It's there because the hardware needs 16-bit SPI
transfers, but many SPI controllers only operate 8 bits at a time.

If there's a cleaner way of handling this, I'm all ears.
