Mike Frysinger	b5f2d739e1	sh: remove PTRACE_O_TRACESYSGOOD from asm/ptrace.h ... The common linux/ptrace.h already defines PTRACE_O_TRACESYSGOOD so there is no need to have arches do it. This also keeps glibc-2.7 from breaking since it has an enum for the PTRACE_O_* flags. Paul Mundt	21264136ce	sh64: Trivial build fixes. ... While we've been sorting out the toolchain fiasco, some of the code has suffered a bit of bitrot. Linus Torvalds	1da177e4c3	Linux-2.6.12-rc2 ... Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it.
