af6af87d7e ARM: Device-tree updates
We continue to see a lot of new material. I've highlighted some of it
 below, but there's been more beyond that as well.

 One of the sweeping changes is that many boards have seen their ARM Mali
 GPU devices added to device trees, since the DRM drivers have now been
 merged.

 So, with the caveat that I have surely missed several great
 contributions, here's a collection of the material this time around:

 New SoCs:

  - Mediatek mt8183 (4x Cortex-A73 + 4x Cortex-A53)

  - TI J721E (2x Cortex-A72 + 3x Cortex-R5F + 3 DSPs + MMA)

  - Amlogic G12B (4x Cortex-A73 + 2x Cortex-A53)

 New Boards / platforms:

  - Aspeed BMC support for a number of new server platforms

  - Kontron SMARC SoM (several i.MX6 versions)

  - Novtech's Meerkat96 (i.MX7)

  - ST Micro Avenger96 board

  - Hardkernel ODROID-N2 (Amlogic G12B)

  - Purism Librem5 devkit (i.MX8MQ)

  - Google Cheza (Qualcomm SDM845)

  - Qualcomm Dragonboard 845c (Qualcomm SDM845)

  - Hugsun X99 TV Box (Rockchip RK3399)

  - Khadas Edge/Edge-V/Captain (Rockchip RK3399)

 Updated / expanded boards and platforms:

  - Renesas r7s9210 has a lot of new peripherals added

  - Polish and fixes for Rockchip-based Chromebooks

  - Amlogic G12A has a lot of peripherals added

  - Nvidia Jetson Nano sees various fixes and improvements, and is now at
    feature parity with TX1

ebc41018d8 dt-bindings: gpu: add bindings for the ARM Mali Bifrost GPU
Add the bindings for the Bifrost family of ARM Mali GPUs.

The Bifrost GPU architecture is similar to the Midgard family,
but with a different Shader Core & Execution Engine structures.

Bindings are based on the Midgard family bindings, but the inner
architectural changes makes it a separate family needing separate
bindings.

The Bifrost GPUs are present in a number of recent SoCs, like the
Amlogic G12A Family, and many other vendors.
The Amlogic vendor specific compatible is added to handle the
specific IP integration differences and dependencies.

Eric Anholt
eea9b97b45 drm/v3d: Add support for V3D v4.2.
No compatible string for it yet, just the version-dependent changes.
They've now tied the hub and the core interrupt lines into a single
interrupt line coming out of the block. It also turns out I made a
mistake in modeling the V3D v3.3 and v4.1 bridge as a part of V3D
itself -- the bridge is going away in favor of an external reset
controller in a larger HW module.

v2: Use consistent checks for whether we're on 4.2, and fix a leak in
    an error path.
v3: Use more general means of determining if the current 4.2 changes
    are in place, as apparently other platforms may switch back (noted
    by Dave). Update the binding doc.
v4: Improve error handling for IRQ init.

7fa049dd1b dt-bindings: gpu: add bindings for the ARM Mali Midgard GPU
The ARM Mali Midgard GPU family is present in a number of SoCs
from many different vendors such as Samsung Exynos and Rockchip.

Import the device tree bindings documentation from the r16p0
release of the Mali Midgard GPU kernel driver:

  https://developer.arm.com/-/media/Files/downloads/mali-drivers/kernel/mali-midgard-gpu/TX011-SW-99002-r16p0-00rel0.tgz

Remove the copyright and GPL licence header as deemed not necessary.

Redesign the "compatible" property strings to list all the Mali
Midgard GPU types and add vendor specific ones.

Drop the "clock-names" property as the Mali Midgard GPU uses only one
clock (the driver now needs to call clk_get with NULL).

Convert the "interrupt-names" property values to lower-case: "job",
"mmu" and "gpu".

Replace the deprecated "operating-points" optional property with
"operating-points-v2".

Omit the following optional properties in this initial version as they
are only used in very specific cases:

  * snoop_enable_smc
  * snoop_disable_smc
  * jm_config
  * power_model
  * system-coherency
  * ipa-model

Update the example accordingly to reflect all these changes, based on
rk3288 mali-t760.

bef2c7bd57 drm/tegra: Changes for v4.3-rc1
There are a bunch of non-critical fixes here that I've collected over
 the past few months, but the biggest part is Tegra210 support, in the
 DC, DSI and SOR/HDMI drivers.

 Also this finally restores DPMS with atomic mode-setting, something
 that has been broken since the conversion and which I had originally
 expected to take far less longer to fix.

459cc2c680 drm/tegra: sor: Add HDMI support
The SOR1 introduced on Tegra210 supports HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort. Add
HDMI support and name the debugfs node after the type of SOR. The SOR
introduced with Tegra124 is known simply as "sor", whereas the
additional SOR found on Tegra210 is known as "sor1".

The SOR found on Tegra210 is very similar to the version found on
Tegra124, except that it no longer supports LVDS.

53bdcf5f02 drm: sti: fix sub-components bind
Fix misunderstanding in how use component framework.
drm_platform_init() is now call only when all the
sub-components are register themselves instead of the
previous broken two stages mechanism.

Update bindings documentation.
