4183bef2e0 Merge branch 'late/dt' into next/dt2
This is support for the ARM Chromebook, originally scheduled
as a "late" pull request. Since it's already late now, we
can combine this into the existing next/dt2 branch.

* late/dt:
ARM: exynos: dts: cros5250: add EC device
ARM: dts: Add sbs-battery for exynos5250-snow
ARM: dts: Add i2c-arbitrator bus for exynos5250-snow

daa7d392ff net: freescale: fec: add support for optional enet_out clk
Some MX28 boards need the internal enet_out clock to be enabled. So, do
this in the driver iff the clock was referenced via devicetree.

c29dc2d771 net: fec: handle optional clk_ptp more gracefully
When the optional clk_ptp is absent, we can just set it to NULL, and
clk API will just handle it gracefully. It saves us from checking
clk_ptp whenever calling into clk API.

Also since clk_ptp is optional, the "ret" variable shouldn't be set
in case that the clock is absent.

3f104c3825 net: fec: fix missing napi_disable call
Commit dc975382d2 introduces napi support
but never calls napi_disable. This will generate a kernel oops
(kernel BUG at include/linux/netdevice.h:473!) every time, when
ndo_stop is called followed by ndo_start.
Add the missing napi_diable call.

d97e749769 net: fec: restart the FEC when PHY speed changes
Proviously we would only restart the FEC when PHY link or duplex state
changed. PHY does not always bring down the link for speed changes, in
which case we would not detect any change and keep FEC running.

Switching link speed without restarting the FEC results in the FEC being
stuck in an indefinite state, generating error conditions for every
packet.

Fix this by rearraging the code so that fec_ptp_init() is called only after

f9a8f83b04 net: phy: remove flags argument from phy_{attach, connect, connect_direct}
The flags argument of the phy_{attach,connect,connect_direct} functions
is then used to assign a struct phy_device dev_flags with its value.
All callers but the tg3 driver pass the flag 0, which results in the
underlying PHY drivers in drivers/net/phy/ not being able to actually
use any of the flags they would set in dev_flags. This patch gets rid of
the flags argument, and passes phydev->dev_flags to the internal PHY
library call phy_attach_direct() such that drivers which actually modify
a phy device dev_flags get the value preserved for use by the underlying
phy driver.

f4d40de39a net fec: do not depend on grouped clocks
the current i.MX clock support groups together unrelated clocks
to a single clock which is then used by the driver. This can't
be accomplished with the generic clock framework so we instead
request the individual clocks in the driver. For i.MX there are
generally three different clocks:

ipg: bus clock (needed to access registers)
ahb: dma relevant clock, sometimes referred to as hclk in the datasheet
per: bit clock, pixel clock

This patch changes the driver to request the individual clocks.
Currently all clk_get will get the same clock until the SoCs
are converted to the generic clock framework

clock management changes for i.MX

Another simple series related to clock management, this time only for
imx.

Fix up trivial conflicts in drivers/net/ethernet/freescale/fec.c due to
commit 0ebafefcaa ("net: fec: add clk_prepare/clk_unprepare") clashing
trivially with commit e163cc97f9 ("net/fec: fix the .remove code").

9b07be4b2a net: make ethtool_ops const
Auditing all usage of ethtool_ops found several drivers that
are not declaring the struct const when it should be.

c3b084c24c net: fec: Adjust ENET MDIO timeouts
On extensive NFS boots on a mx6qsabrelite board it was noted that "FEC: MDIO read timeout" were occuring,
which caused failure on loading the FEC driver.

The original FEC_MII_TIMEOUT was set to 1 ms, which is too low when passed to the usecs_to_jiffies macro.

On ARM one jiffy is 10ms, so use a timeout of 30ms, which corresponds to 3 jiffies.

After running extensive NFS boots, the MDIO timeouts do not occur anymore with this change.

e163cc97f9 net/fec: fix the .remove code
The .remove code is broken in several ways.
 - mdiobus_unregister() is called twice for the same object in case of dual FEC
 - phy_disconnect() is being called when the PHY is already disconnected
 - the requested IRQ(s) are not freed
 - fec_stop() is being called with the inteface already stopped

All of those lead to kernel crashes if the remove function is actually used.

setting in FEC_R_CNTRL needs to be preserved to keep the MII interface
functional.
