b9d957c5b1 net: wan: remove redundant include
module.h already contained moduleparam.h,  so it is safe to remove
the redundant include.

e404decb0f drivers/net: Remove unnecessary k.alloc/v.alloc OOM messages
alloc failures use dump_stack so emitting an additional
out-of-memory message is an unnecessary duplication.

Remove the allocation failure messages.

86ae13b006 headers: Fix build after <linux/sched.h> removal
Commit d43c36dc6b ("headers: remove
sched.h from interrupt.h") left some build errors in some configurations
due to drivers having depended on getting header files "accidentally".

10d024c1b2 [NET]: Nuke SET_MODULE_OWNER macro.
It's been a useless no-op for long enough in 2.6 so I figured it's time to
remove it.  The number of people that could object because they're
maintaining unified 2.4 and 2.6 drivers is probably rather small.

c2ce920468 [WAN]: converting generic HDLC to use netif_dormant*()
This patch converts generic HDLC (and WAN drivers using it) from
hdlc_set_carrier() to netif_dormant*() interface.
WAN hardware drivers should now use netif_carrier_on|off() like
other network drivers.

4446065a2c [PATCH] WAN: ioremap() failure checks in drivers
Eric Sesterhenn found that pci200syn initialization lacks return
statement in ioremap() error path (coverity bug id #195). It looks
like more WAN drivers have problems with ioremap().

1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
