6308939617 watchdog: uniphier: change order for setting default timeout 
watchdog_init_timeout() will preserve wdd->timeout value if no parameter
nor timeout-secs dt property is set.

e7bf02895f watchdog: uniphier: add UniPhier watchdog driver 
Add a watchdog driver for Socionext UniPhier series SoC.
Note that the timeout value for this device must be a power
of 2 because of the specification.
