299066bb37 PM / AVS: SmartReflex: use omap_sr * for enable/disable interface
SmartReflex driver interface is natively divided to two parts:

- external SmartReflex interface
- interface between SmartReflex driver and SmartReflex Class

Functions which belong to AVS class interface can use
struct omap_sr* instead of struct voltatedomain*, to provide a
direct connection between SR driver and SR class. This allows
us to optimize and not do additional lookups where none is
required.

sr_enable() and sr_disable() are interface functions between
SR driver and SR class. They are typically used by Class driver
to enable/disable SmartReflex hardware module.
Now they take struct omap_sr* as input parameter.

dad2d9e666 ARM: OMAP2+: Make sure files with omap initcalls include soc.h
Looks like there are few more places that I missed that can cause
compiler warnings. After grepping for omap initcall, all files
needing soc.h should now have it.

b76c8b19b0 ARM: OMAP2+: Use omap initcalls
This way the initcalls don't run on other SoCs on multiplatform
kernels. Otherwise we'll get something like this when booting
on vexpress:

8b765d727d ARM: OMAP2+: smartreflex: Use the names from hwmod data instead of voltage domains.
Associate a name with each SmartReflex instance from the hwmod data,
rather than attempting to reuse the name of a voltage domain. The name
from hwmod better reflects the smartreflex integration in the system.

Also have the name passed to the drivers using pdata, which helps to remove
any dependencies on SoC-specific structures.

80821c9c90 ARM: OMAP3+: SmartReflex: class drivers should use struct omap_sr *
Convert SmartReflex "class" functions to take a struct omap_sr *, rather than
a struct voltagedomain *. SmartReflex code should be driver code and not
tightly coupled to OMAP subarchitecture-specific structures.

Based on Paul's original code for the SmartReflex driver conversion.

b86aeafc76 ARM: OMAP2+: SmartReflex: move the smartreflex header to include/linux/power
Move the smartreflex header file

include/linux/power/smartreflex.h.

This change makes the SmartReflex implementation ready for the move
to drivers/.

ad54c3ddb4 ARM: OMAP3+: SmartReflex Class3: disable errorgen before disable VP
SmartReflex AVS Errorgen module supplies signals to Voltage
Processor. It is suggested that by disabling Errorgen module
before we disable VP, we might be able to ensure lesser
chances of race condition to occur in the system.

7328ff4d72 OMAP: smartreflex: move plat/smartreflex.h to mach-omap2/smartreflex.h
There's no reason for this header file to be in
plat-omap/include/plat/smartreflex.h. The hardware devices are in
OMAP2+ SoCs only. Leaving this header file in plat-omap causes
problems due to cross-dependencies with other header files that should
live in mach-omap2/.

Thanks to Benoît Cousson <b-cousson@ti.com> for suggesting the removal
of the smartreflex.h include from the OMAP3xxx hwmod data.

fa765823a3 OMAP3: PM: Adding smartreflex class3 driver
Smartreflex Class3 implementation continuously monitors
silicon performance and instructs the Voltage Processors
to increase or decrease the voltage.
This patch adds smartreflex class 3 driver. This driver hooks
up with the generic smartreflex driver smartreflex.c to abstract
out class specific implementations out of the generic driver.

Class3 driver is chosen as the default class driver for smartreflex.
If any other class driver needs to be implemented, the init of that
driver should be called from the board file. That way the new class driver
will over-ride the Class3 driver.
