dc3583c86a drm/qxl: Delete an unnecessary check before drm_gem_object_unreference_unlocked()
The drm_gem_object_unreference_unlocked() function tests whether
its argument is NULL and then returns immediately.
Thus the test around the call is not needed.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

7b2d16f55c drm/qxl: Remove deprecated create_singlethread_workqueue
System workqueues have been able to handle high level of concurrency
for a long time now and there's no reason to use dedicated workqueues
just to gain concurrency. Since the workqueue in the QXL graphics device
driver is involved in freeing and processing the release ring
(workitem &qdev->gc_workqxl, maps to gc_work which calls
qxl_garbage_collect) and is not being used on a memory reclaim path,
dedicated gc_queue has been replaced with the use of system_wq.

Unlike a dedicated per-cpu workqueue created with create_workqueue(),
system_wq allows multiple work items to overlap executions even on
the same CPU; however, a per-cpu workqueue doesn't have any CPU
locality or global ordering guarantees unless the target CPU is
explicitly specified and thus the increase of local concurrency
shouldn't make any difference.

flush_work() has been called in qxl_device_fini() to ensure that there
are no pending tasks while disconnecting the driver.

76bf0db554 dma-buf/fence: make fence context 64 bit v2
Fence contexts are created on the fly (for example) by the GPU scheduler used
in the amdgpu driver as a result of an userspace request. Because of this
userspace could in theory force a wrap around of the 32bit context number
if it doesn't behave well.

Avoid this by increasing the context number to 64bits. This way even when
userspace manages to allocate a billion contexts per second it takes more
than 500 years for the context number to wrap around.

v2: fix printf formats as well.

d59a1f71ff drm/qxl: fix cursor position with non-zero hotspot
The SPICE protocol considers the position of a cursor to be the location
of its active pixel on the display, so the cursor is drawn with its
top-left corner at "(x - hot_spot_x, y - hot_spot_y)" but the DRM cursor
position gives the location where the top-left corner should be drawn,
with the hotspot being a hint for drivers that need it.

This fixes the location of the window resize cursors when using Fluxbox
with the QXL DRM driver and both the QXL and modesetting X drivers.

f8c47144bf drm/<drivers>: Drop DRM_UNLOCKED from modeset drivers
Just one special case (since i915 lost its ums code, yay):
- radeon: Has slots for the old ums ioctls which don't have

Every other kms driver just has DRM_UNLOCKED for all their ioctls, as
they should.

266424b537 drm/qxl: avoid dependency lock

qxl_release_list_add will hold a reference by itself avoid

7eb9974f36 drm/qxl: avoid buffer reservation in qxl_crtc_page_flip
This avoid a dependency lock error.
According to https://lwn.net/Articles/548909/ users of WW mutex API
should avoid using different context.
When a buffer is reserved with qxl_bo_reserve a ww_mutex_lock without
context is used. However during qxl_draw_dirty_fb different locks
with specific context are used.
This is detected during a machine booting with a debug kernel with lock
dependency checking enabled.
Like many other function in this file to avoid this problem object
pinning is used. Once the object is pinned is not necessary to keep
the lock so it can be released avoiding the locking problem.
