373fb0873d enic: add devcmd2
devcmd is an interface for driver to communicate with fw/adaptor. It
involves writing data to hardware registers and waiting for the result.
This mechanism does not scale well. The queuing of "no wait" devcmds is
done in firmware memory rather than on the host. Firmware memory is a
rather more scarce and valuable resource than host memory. A devcmd storm
from one vf can disrupt the service on other pf/vf. The lack of flow
control allows for possible denial of server from one VM to another.

Devcmd2 uses work queue to post the devcmds, just like tx work queue. This
allows better flow control.

Initialize devcmd2, if fails we fall back to devcmd1.

Also change the driver version.

d9382bda4e enic: allow adaptive coalesce setting for msi/legacy intr
* Allow setting of adaptive coalescing setting for all types of interrupt.

* In msi & legacy intr, we use single interrupt for rx & tx. In this case
tx_coalesce_usecs is invalid. We should use only rx_coalesce_usecs.
Do not display tx_coal values for msi/intx. And do not allow user to set
  this as well.

* Driver supports only tx/rx_coalesce_usec and adaptive coalesce settings.
For other values, driver does not return error. So ethtool succeeds for
unsupported values. Introduce enic_coalesce_valid() function to validate
  the coalescing values.

* If user requests for coalesce value greater than what adaptor supports,
driver uses the max value. We should at least log this.

fc865d6b4a enic: add adaptive coalescing intr for intx and msi poll
Adaptive interrupt coalescing is available for msix. This patch adds the support
for msi poll. Interface for adaptive interrupt coalescing is already added in
driver. We just did not enable it for legacy intr & msi.

enic_calc_int_moderation() & enic_set_int_moderation() are defined as static
after enic_poll. Since enic_poll needs it, move both of these function
definitions above enic_poll. No change in functionality.

25c14ef86a enic: fix issues in enic_poll
In enic_poll, we clean tx and rx queues, when low latency busy socket polling
is happening, enic_poll will only clean tx queue. After cleaning tx, it should
return total budget for re-poll.

There is a small window between vnic_intr_unmask() and enic_poll_unlock_napi().
In this window if an irq occurs and napi is scheduled on different cpu, it tries
to acquire enic_poll_lock_napi() and fails. Unlock napi_poll before unmasking
the interrupt.

v2:
Do not change tx wonk done behaviour. Consider only rx work done for completing
napi.

f586a33601 enic: use atomic_t instead of spin_lock in busy poll
We use spinlock to access a single flag. We can avoid spin_locks by using
atomic variable and atomic_cmpxchg(). Use atomic_cmpxchg to set the flag
for idle to poll. And a simple atomic_set to unlock (set idle from poll).

In napi poll, if gro is enabled, we call napi_gro_receive() to deliver the
packets. Before we call napi_complete(), i.e while re-polling, if low
latency busy poll is called, we use netif_receive_skb() to deliver the packets.
At this point if there are some skb's held in GRO, busy poll could deliver the
packets out of order. So we call napi_gro_flush() to flush skbs before we
move the napi poll to idle.

138b15ed87 drivers/net: remove all references to obsolete Ethernet-HOWTO
This howto made sense in the 1990s when users had to manually configure
ISA cards with jumpers or vendor utilities, but with the implementation
of PCI it became increasingly less and less relevant, to the point where
it has been well over a decade since I last updated it. And there is
no value in anyone else taking over updating it either.

However the references to it continue to spread as boiler plate text
from one Kconfig file into the next. We are not doing end users any
favours by pointing them at this old document, so lets kill it with
fire, once and for all, to hopefully stop any further spread.

No code is changed in this commit, just Kconfig help text.

8b13b4e0bc enic: fix memory leak in rq_clean
When incoming packet qualifies for rx_copybreak, we copy the data to newly
allocated skb. We do not free/unmap the original buffer. At this point driver
assumes this buffer is unallocated. When enic_rq_alloc_buf() is called for
buffer allocation, it checks if buf->os_buf is NULL. If its not NULL that means
buffer can be re-used.

When vnic_rq_clean() is called for freeing all rq buffers, and if the
rx_copybreak reused buffer falls outside the used desc, we do not free the
buffer. The following trace is observer when dma-debug is enabled.

Fix is to walk through complete ring and clean if buffer is present.

c3f8324188 net: Add full IPv6 addresses to flow_keys
This patch adds full IPv6 addresses into flow_keys and uses them as
input to the flow hash function. The implementation supports either
IPv4 or IPv6 addresses in a union, and selector is used to determine
how may words to input to jhash2.

We also add flow_get_u32_dst and flow_get_u32_src functions which are
used to get a u32 representation of the source and destination
addresses. For IPv6, ipv6_addr_hash is called. These functions retain
getting the legacy values of src and dst in flow_keys.

With this patch, Ethertype and IP protocol are now included in the
flow hash input.

a145df23ef enic: Add Accelerated RFS support
This patch adds supports for Accelerated Receive Flow Steering.

When the desired rx is different from current rq, for a flow, kernel calls the
driver function enic_rx_flow_steer(). enic_rx_flow_steer adds a IP-TCP/UDP
hardware filter.

Driver registers a timer function enic_flow_may_expire. This function is called
every HZ/4 seconds. In this function we check if the added filter has expired
by calling rps_may_expire_flow(). If the flow has expired, it removes the hw
filter.

f009618ac5 enic: Update driver to use __dev_uc/mc_sync/unsync calls
This change updates the enic driver to make use of __dev_uc_sync and
__dev_mc_sync calls. Previously the driver was doing its own list
management by storing the mc_addr and uc_addr list in a 32 address array.
With this change the sync data is stored in the netdev_addr_list structures
and instead we just track how many addresses we have written to the device.
When we encounter 32 we stop and print a message as occurred previously with
the old approach.

Other than the core change the only other bit needed was to propagate the
constant attribute with the MAC address as there were several spots where
is twas only passed as a u8 * instead of a const u8 *.

This patch is meant to maintain the original functionality without the use
of the mc_addr and uc_addr arrays.

7c2ce6e60f enic: Add support for adaptive interrupt coalescing
This patch adds support for adaptive interrupt coalescing.

For small pkts with low pkt rate, we can decrease the coalescing interrupt
dynamically which decreases the latency. This however increases the cpu
utilization. Based on testing with different coal intr and pkt rate we came up
with a table(mod_table) with rx_rate and coalescing interrupt value where we
get low latency without significant increase in cpu. mod_table table stores
the coalescing timer percentage value for different throughputs.

Function enic_calc_int_moderation() calculates the desired coalescing intr timer
value. This function is called in driver rx napi_poll. The actual value is set
by enic_set_int_moderation() which is called when napi_poll is complete. i.e
when we unmask the rx intr.

Adaptive coal intr is support only when driver is using msix intr. Because
intr is not shared.

Struct mod_range is used to store only the default adaptive coalescing intr
value.

Adaptive coal intr calue is calculated by

timer = range_start + ((rx_coal->range_end - range_start) *
		       mod_table[index].range_percent / 100);

rx_coal->range_end is the rx-usecs-high value set using ethtool.
range_start is rx-usecs-low, set using ethtool, if rx_small_pkt_bytes_cnt is
greater than 2 * rx_large_pkt_bytes_cnt. i.e small pkts are dominant. Else its
rx-usecs-low + 3.

These are copying data into 16 char arrays. They all specify that the
